We have been taking our pugs to Groomingdales for over 12 years now. Groomingdales has become like family to our furry baboes. I never worry about my dog's when I drop them off and I am truly overprotective so that trust is a big deal to me.. the pugs look great and smell great and they're so happy when the grooming is done.. We love Groomingdales. Thank you ladies!

I can't say enough how much I recommend Groomingdale's! No other groomer compares. Jamie is the upmost professional and always works my busy schedule and commute from Richmond. That's right, I recently moved to Richmond and still come up to Woodbridge for my dog's grooming.

Quick friendly service for nail trimmings. Price is right for me as well. I'll be right back there after this thaw out from this snow storm!

Journey has always been afraid of groomers but not anymore. Everyone did a FANTASTIC job one clean and happy pittie! Fairly priced great results.

Took my Australian Shepherd puppy to Groomingdale's for her first groom. For $50, I was pretty happy with the results, especially because I wasn't expecting much since I wasn't sure how she would react to getting groomed for the first time. I walked in to pick my puppy up expecting the worst, but she was happily running around the room and barking/chasing another dog lol. She smells and looks great. Definitely worth a try here.

Amazing how all the dogs love to be here. The ladies are very calming and do an excellent job of grooming. Usually around $70 for grooming, which is in line with other places. Nice people, great groomers.

They discriminate against dogs because of their breed, it is very wrong, I do not recommend it at all.

They accommodated me at the last min and did an excellent job as well.

I absolutely LOVE Groomingdales! I took my mini goldendoodle here for the first time and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They asked me exactly what I wanted done with him and they exceeded my expectations! My boy looks AMAZING. I definitely will be returning

Thank you so much for my wild puppy’s wonderful first grooming experience! Even though he has the energy of ten puppies, they made him look so handsome and handled his headstrong nature and wiggles like the professional puppy-whisperers they are!

They are always so sweet to our 4 pups!! We have 3 small dogs and a big one and they always come out looking great and happy!

They are super quick and gentle with our, Betty ❤️ My daughter said Betty’s fur is so soft and she smells like cotton???? perfect experience!

I have been bringing my shih tzu here for the past four years despite the fact that I no longer live in Woodbridge. I make the drive anyway, she always sees Patricia and she is great with her! She always smells and looks great. She gets all kinds of great compliments after she gets groomed! Patricia is just the best! My doggie will not see anyone else.

Awesome groomers with great customer service

I took my two Yorkies for a grooming we ask for a Yorkie hair cut and a nail trim. My niece pick them up and when I saw them and a charge of $175.00 no hair cut and no nail trim. Is not the first time I took them there but it will be my last time.

Great place. Friendly staff. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place if need to get your pet groomed.

Groomingdale cut my dogs fur exactly how we wanted it.The staff was very friendly! They let Coco play with the dogs and have him a cute little bandana! Highly recommend coming here!

My pup is nearly 3 years old now and he's always gone to Groomingdales. I love that the owner remembers that my big-scary-looking dog is actually terrified of the dryer - he shakes like a leaf - and she's always quick to remind her team of that when they take him back without any prompting on my part. My pup is always happy to go there and he knows he looks like King Stud when he leaves - he prances all the way to the car!

All in all service was OK. Could have been better. Not very friendly and we later saw scabs under dog fur where the groomer shaved too close.

I'm new to the area and found this grooming shop on a referral from one of my new neighbors. The first thing I noticed when I entered was that the place looked like a real salon and the second thing I noticed was that it was clean and smelled good. My pup was in pretty bad shape, but, they assured me that she would be in good hands and would make her look as cute as they could. When I came to pick her up, I was expecting the worst, but, was pleasantly surprised! Although she was very short (my fault) she had the cutest clip and the bows made her look like a puppy again! They even put her up on the table so I could take pictures and send them to my husband who's stationed overseas. Thanks Patricia and Groomingdale's I'm a very happy customer and will be returning.

I'm new to the area and really liked the staff and the salon. They treated my little Coco like she belonged to them putting us both at ease. My husband is deployed so it's just me and Coco so it's nice to have found a nice place for her and new friends for me. :-)

I had to give 1 star to be able to comment. In reality, I would not give them any stars. I brought my hound and cavachon to them about 14 months ago. The facility is not particularly clean. The two women speak a limited amount of English making it difficult for them to understand what the customer is requesting. They had thrown their lunch scraps (chicken bones) in a wastebasket in the grooming area. When I returned to get my dogs, I was told that my hound had gone through the wastebasket and ate some chicken bones.......a BIG NO NO. I was extremely annoyed, and did not ever return. Like most pet owners, I am incredibly particular regarding the level of care and attention my pets receive. Groomingdales does not even come close to that level. I do not recommend.

The one thing I didn’t really like about this place was their customer service. They have no idea on how to best treat a client. Not a place I’d like to take my dog back to. Even the manager is rude to the clients
