They took great care of my kittens! Very responsive to my phone calls before the appointment, and accommodating when I had to reschedule. The doctor also included her personal phone number for the cats after hours if any concern were to arise following their appointment - and we had a minor concern (not ABC's doing - the kittens were loosing their baby teeth that same night we took them home, just a coincidence!) and she quickly called me back and worked through what we could do, and started setting up an appointment to see her the next day. I would recommend ABC to anyone needing a price alternative to their current vet, since the professionalism and care for the animals is amazing.

Place is affordable for my entire michief of pet rats to be neutered and spayed and the staff is fantastic!

I gave two stars for inconvenience. I scheduled my appt. and I was honestly hesitant and pondered on it till my son's appt. because when I called the young girl that answered was anything but friendly. She had an attitude and wasn't friendly. Then, I dropped him and they called me about 30 min. Later saying they think "we" had a misunderstanding and there was paperwork that needed to be signed when I dropped him off. "We" didn't have a misunderstanding, you all dropped the ball and didn't tell me then I had to fill out and sign paperwork while I was driving. All of this should've been sent in the first email. How are you going to say "we" and pass the buck to the client?!?! Smh terrible service.

My pup went with them happily. Hes usually a Mommas boy and may need some encouragement. Surgery site was clean and my boy was happy coming back out with them. Sleepy boy after surgery thank goodness.

Took my puppy in to get spayed and they were very professional and also treated her like a member of the family ???? everyone was kind both on and off the phone, and the post-op care instructions were complete and easy to understand. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to have their dog spayed.

Due to covid 19, you are unable to go inside with your pet. I had a scheduled drop of time, called upon arrival, but still waited 25 min only to call again and remind them I was there and wait an additional five or 6 min. Upon leaving with my spayed kitty (I had paid an extra $10 for pain meds) and when I got home i opened bag and read surgical care directions and discovered it was just a one dose syringe with no directions or recommendations as to when to administer meds so waited til bed time. Surgical incision site looks intact and kitty is doing fine. I would go again as staff was friendly; perhaps, that day was just extra busy.

They have reasonable prices that makes it easier to adopt and care for cats and dogs. They are the best.

Just wonderful and affordable !!! They do not give out cones so make sure you have something in place for your dog . I would recommend to everyone . Surgical sight was neat!

We got our puppy spayed here. The price was very reasonable ( $145 +$15 for pain relievers) and the service seemed excellent. There was a very kind vet tech who came to our car to get her and was really nice with her. Also, she recovered quickly and well so I guess the surgery was done very skillfully.

You get what you pay for. The prices are cheaper, but the customer service wasn’t the greatest. They didn’t let me know that the surgery got pushed back till the afternoon when it was previously for the morning. Second, my dog was on the table to have her surgery at 1 which means she was probably done at 1:30. Then, they expect her to be able to walk at 2:10 to be able to go home.So, I see the persons who is working with this company almost dragging my dog a long the road. My dog could not hold up her back legs while walking. When she got in the car, she couldn’t hold up her head and it just hung off the car seat toward the floor. If the dog is still under medication/not able to fully walk, you should monitor them more than a half hour or till they can function. They rep was hurrying to walk the dog to me in order to go home since they were suppose to go home at 2. No verbal explanation of post operations steps to take, amount of medication, or about things to look out for after the surgery. They do however provide a paper that talks about what signs to look for after the surgery though in a plastic bag with the medication. Don’t know if this is how they treat the animals or guests during COVID, but it wasn’t pleasant by any means. Definitely won’t be taking another dog here in the future. Updated post to be more accurate and take out the reps name that brought out my dog
