Love this business! Dr.Sharkey and her team took care of my family’s pup so well when he was leaving us a few months ago. Made the whole process so easy. My boyfriend and I decided to get another dog and we took him in for a wellness check and they made him feel super comfortable and he is very shy so that says a lot! Highly recommend this veterinarian for all your furry friends!

When my dog had cancer they were so caring and she wasn't even a patient there. They made a terrible experience the best it could possibly be. Now my new puppy goes and he loves it. I love how they distract him with the Kong cheese when he gets shots.

I recently moved and switched vets to be closer to home. My dog has major vet anxiety so the idea of sending him somewhere new was daunting. However, Willow Grace went above and beyond to ensure my dog was comfortable. Usually, my dog barks a TON when he walks into the vet. At Willow Grace my dog was way calmer than ever before and it was a stress-free experience. I am so thankful that Willow Grace is not only close to home, but that my anxious dog feels comfortable there! WG also has an easy to use app to make appointments/refill prescriptions. Their staff is very kind and they seem to have honest pricing!

We moved to Delaware 6 years ago and our search for the perfect fit for a veterinarian has finally ended after disappointment with three other veterinarians. Dr. Stacey and her staff are the best as far as professionalism, compassionate care, cost factor and just all around excellent service. We have two dogs who are seniors and recently we had to make the very difficult decision to put to sleep one of our dogs who was a rescue and was about 17 years old. The staff provided such wonderful compassionate care up until the end and we appreciated all that they did to make a horrible situation much more tolerable. We would highly recommend this veterinarian office to anyone who wants the best care for their animals. Thank you to all of you at Willow Grace.

Had a great experience here. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I am new to Middletown and needed a vet visit for my cat Rudy who developed crystals which were brought on by the stress of the move. Dr. Stacey saw him, quickly diagnosed the problem, and prescribed medication that quickly resolved the issue. I'm so glad Willow Grace was able to see us on such short notice. I'll be bringing all my pets here.

I was looking for a new vet and I found them. This place is newer and I love the modern atmosphere inside. Everyone is super nice. And to me, it's the small things like writing your pet's name on the wall of the exam room or a mobile app that lets you post pet selfies. The prices are very reasonable as well, there's a reward system, there's different "memberships" if you wanted to go that route vs. directly out of pocket each time, and I could not be happier with my selection.

I wish there were 100 stars to rate Willow Grace. The are the best!! Pablo had come in on a Friday evening around 8pm (Oct 1, 21) he would not put his back leg down. He was limping and crying all night. Of course all veterinarian hospitals were already closed. I started calling around to different veterinarian hospital. After be told by several offices they were either closed or they had no openings. We have never been to Willow Grace. When I called that morning at 7:30 which was a Saturday (Oct 2) they told me, to get down there as soon as we could. We waited maybe 5 minutes if that. The tech was great! I can't remember her name ☹. Dr. Stacey came in to check Pablo out. She advised having x-rays. She wanted to make sure he had no broken bones. She went over the cost of the x-rays. She gave me the option. She went over the x-rays. Thank goodness he had nothing broken. The tech gave him a antibiotic, pain, antiflamatory shots and sent us home with meds. The fee's were very reasonable. Willow Grace is our new veterinarians hospital ❤ Everyone there was not only perfessional but very compassionate. Thank you from the bottom of our heart for being so good with our Pablo. I definitely recommend Willow Grace Veterinarian Hospital. Thank you to the entire staff!!

I called Willow Grace trying to set up a wellness exam/vaccine. The lady who answered the phone said she would check to see if my dog could be squeezed in the next day or 2. She took my number down but never called back letting me know when the appointment could be scheduled. They must not be accepting any more business. ***in response to owners comment*** I told the lady who answered the phone that my dog needed his yearly exam as well. I don't expect a vet to give vaccinations to a new patient without performing an exam. Like I said this practice must not need any more business. We would of switched over if they had the courtesy to let us know when we could schedule an appointment.

They are kind and thorough. Scheduling is easy and they have great communication. They also have an app to make things more efficient.

Dr. Stacy and her staff were absolutely amazing in my 14 year old dog’s final months. He began to deteriorate due to cardiac conditions which tipped the iceberg. They were extremely responsive and accommodating with last minute/near emergent appointments, never rushed us, and they made sure we were well informed. I honestly feel that they gave my dog a few extra months without sacrificing his quality of life. It’s so important to have a vet that you trust, and feel has your pet’s beat interest at heart, not how much money they can soak you for. I have no problem paying for quality, and she most definitely is the best.

They cleaned my dogs teeth, Lucky Floray . Dr Stacey loves animals and so does her staff! Her tech Chris was very kind to hold my dog before, they sedated her. The receptionist Erika is the best! Melanie is super sweet! My dog is over 15 yrs old. I was very concerned she was in good hands.

I called my veterinarian to make an appointment for my dog and they couldn't schedule anything and told me to keep calling. I called Willow Grace and even though they were booked up, the receptionist could hear my concern and was able to squeeze me in. Great customer service, the place is so clean, the staff is super friendly and Doctor Stacey is just amazing. This is our new veterinarian and I would highly recommend anyone looking for someone special to care for your loved one, bring them here you will not be disappointed. So glad we found this place!!

Dr. Stacey and her team were wonderful with our dog who had gone in for a wellness exam. In the course of the exam she found a large growth on her spleen. The staff was so very helpful in assisting us to get an ultrasound quickly, providing essential information so we could make informed decisions for our beloved pet. In addition they quickly accommodate us so we could schedule necessary surgery. When waiting for biopsy results the staff a were so supportive. Very compassionate and caring dedicated. We are so fortunate to have this level of veterinary care available here in our area. Dr. Stacey was so thorough in her exam and overall care I would highly recommend this practice.

They welcomed Lily, gave her a treat while she was being examined, she got her shots, heartworm and other blood tests. A complete check up. Dr. Stacy and Chris are awesome!

My dogs are high anxiety & not vet friendly & were on the verge of needing sedation medication for a simple vet appointment. Then we made the move to Willow Grace & they have been the calmest we've ever seen. They move at your animals pace & make them feel comfortable. I used to dread the vet, but now I know my dogs are in loving, capable hands. Could not recommend them more! <3

I had called four other places this past Saturday 6/12 including my current primary care who i’ve been with for 15+ years, couldn’t fit my dog Taz in until June 30th and others had hours long wait times to see him, as he was limping pretty bad on his surgically repaired leg. And then one of my friends recommended Willow Grace, and honestly I cannot say enough good things and a huge thank you to all the staff there. From the front desk receptionist Erika, to technician Melanie, to Dr Stacey and to David the rehab specialist. I will be making them our permanent vet as they gave such special care to my boy and it means so much to me to have a vet that truly cares. The facility is extremely clean, the staff wonderfully knowledgeable, and the personalized care, absolutely amazing. David went over some doggy physical therapy steps to help Taz strengthen his surgical leg that the surgeon who performed the surgery didn’t even tell me, and was so knowledgeable about all of it, as well as letting my boyfriend and I go back into his rehab area, and stay there with Taz while he had laser treatment. Bonus is that the prices for all of it were very reasonable. Thank you again for fitting in a new patient on such short notice, we are glad to have you all there as our new vet, and Taz said he loves you all too!

This Vet Hospital,the people that work here and Dr Stacey can only be described as God Sent ...their care, decorum and everything else made Angel and I so comfortable I almost got jealous ....I might start going here myself and stop going to Christiana Hospital lol...you guys keep up the outstanding work Angel and I appreciate you .
