Absolutely amazing staff!!!! Everyone from the doctor to the assistants to the receptionist! We recently adopted parent cats with three kittens and just took them there today. They were great and so patient and kind, just wonderful people! It almost makes me want to give excuses to go to the vet, although my cats might not quite agree

There are not enough words to express our deep appreciation for Dr. Griffin. Janice Griffin and her staff are the absolute best. Accommodating, reliable, excellent care. She and her staff will treat your pets as if they were their own. Dr. Griffin is professional, but also very empathetic and tender hearted when it comes to the care of your pet. She shares the joy they give you and she carries you through the sadness of the difficulties you may have to face regarding the care of your furry children.

They are all very caring. Very reasonably priced . They do everything they can to help not only your dog/cat but you too. They have been there for me when I had to put my life long friend down and there when things aren't so bad. Takes her time with my skiddish dog and can handle my little tank of a dog. I have 2 cats also. One old and one young. When the baby took a plunge down the steps they were there for her all day until I could come back for her. They are all very caring and take their time with each individual animals special needs. I moved from middletown and still take them back there.

Very helpful. I really appreciate the kindness and patience of the staff as well as their extensive knowledge and understanding of an over-the-phone description. They were extremely helpful with giving me information about my cats bad reaction to her flea medication over the weekend when my vet was closed. I really appreciated the quickness they had with answering the phone and if they had to put me on hold it wasn’t for more than 10/15 seconds. Thank you again for all your help.

Valley Vet takes great care of my cats. From regular vaccines, to spaying and neutering or prescription refills, they have been there for us. Dr. Griffin and her staff are wonderful! I have been been taking my animals there since 2016. This year has been a rough year for our furry family. We lost two kitties (Fancy (13) and Axel (1)) and added two more kitties to our family (Rose and Candy). They have been great with all of our kitties. My oldest girl Gemini (4) had gotten a little out of date on her shots and Dr. Griffin got her back on track today. Thank you Valley Vet :)

Ever since I got my fur baby I have been taking him to see Dr. Griffin , I absolutely love her an they way she cares for all the animals that come in there. Everyone in the office is always super friendly an welcoming . The prices are very reasonable I never have had an issue with them . We even took our oldest dog up an unfortunately she had to be put down but I never seen a vet that cares so much she even cried with us . I have always highly recommend Dr.Griffin to any of my friends with fur babies of there own. I love this office an wouldn’t change it for the world . My fur baby always gets excited when I say we are going to see Dr.Griffin . Keep up the good work guys

Absolutely recommend Valley Veterinary Hospital to anyone who wants quality care for their pets. Valley Vet has saved my pets from multiple illnesses over the past few years and I cannot thank them enough. We won’t be going anywhere else for our veterinary needs. I absolutely love the doctors and staff here whenever I take any of my 5 pets there I immediately feel welcomed and my pets get treated like family. They even take into consideration my one dog who gets extremely nervous going to the vet the staff works with me and my dog to give us the most comfortable experience possible. We love Dr. Griffin and her staff. They always take great care of our geriatric dog, Maggie. I get Maggie's prescriptions refilled very quickly from their office too. Dr. Griffin has a great bedside manner. Her staff is always courteous and polite. I highly recommend Valley Vet. Clinic in Middletown!

Love this hospital! They are always so helpful and even when I called last minute as I realized my pup's Rabies vaccine was about to expire and I needed it for a grooming appointment they fit me in no problem and even did a full check up and updated all her shots. All the staff are so kind and I love that they have "hospital pets" there as well. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We just finished up visiting Valley Veterinary Hospital for the first time and we will definitely be returning. The entire staff was very sweet and the doctor was amazing. You can tell they really care and are very loving. thanks to them we are able to keep our rescued little kitten and provide great care for him. We will be bringing our other pets there from now on.

I am a long term client with Dr. Griffin. She is a highly competent veterinarian. She cares about the animals she treats. She refers animals as needed to specialists. She took great care of my aged Chow-mix throughout his adult life and was never afraid to handle him or help him even though his personality was not always agreeable or polite. She never raised her voice or created a negative situation for him in spite of his unpredictability. She had been great with my other pets as well though they are easier to get along with and have less health issues. I trust her with any pet I have or will ever have. I have recommended her to friends who have been quite pleased. She is a good, caring, competent veterinarian and takes her veterinary oath seriously.

Twice a year the vets work with the county for a very discounted cat spade and neuter program.

Dr. Janice Griffin and her staff are amazing! I do cat rescue and there is no way I could save 100 plus kitties a year without them. They have bent over backwards to care for my personal and foster animals by accommodating my schedule, fostering kittens in the office and finding homes, forwarding potential homes, great record keeping, lots of tender loving care, all while not overcharging. Dr. G even spent the night at the office with one of my very sick kitties, Percy! I highly recommend everyone in the area to this outstanding hospital.

Dr. Griffin is top notch. She was able to swiftly diagnose multiple issues my dog was having, and prescribe a treatment plan that was effective. I had brought him to another local vet who ran all sorts of tests- prescribed pricey shampoos and lotions which did nothing. This poor old dog ( new to me) may have suffered for years had it not been for Dr. Griffin and her treatment plan. What's more she treated me with respect and courtesy when I explained my financial situation- she still treated Charlie- bent over backwards to accommodate us. I won't trust anyone else. The staff are also the best. Quick and efficient billing dept, prescription refills, appointments and caring sincere vet techs.
