We switched to a new vet due to feeling pressured for unnecessary treatments for our younger dog. They also forgot our older dog passed away (after they took care of all his treatment and cremation) and asked how he was two weeks after we picked up the ashes. Very overpriced too.

During the pandemic we are visiting with the vets via video chat which is pretty great but we can't wait to meet everyone in person!

I was able to get a same day emergency appointment for my sick furbaby. Friendly support staff, knowledgeable and informative veterinarian. Pleasant front desk personnel and clean facility. This is the new veterinarian office for my animals!

Took my dying cat in and they immediately misdiagnosed her as blind which is verifiably false....just prolonged my cats agony in order to squeeze money out of my family then had to euthanize her anyway. Dont take your pet here.

Dr. Harkins is great with my two cockapoos. Very caring and takes the time to explain training techniques and routine care.

Always great staff, friendly, professional. In and out found the problem, set plan for solution and off. Will never go anywhere else.

While we were on vacation my dog developed a condition that required urgent care. Queenstown Veterinary Hospital saw him just a few hours after I called, and treated him wonderfully. They explained everything very clearly. And as a bonus, the bill for an emergency visit at Queenstown was less than the bill for an annual checkup at our vet at home in Charlottesville, Virginia. I HIGHLY recommend Queenstown Veterinary Hospital.

horrible services, only nice people were at front desk. will never go here again. The vet tried to tell me my dog needs training.. disrespectful!! he’s a year old and he was at the shelter his whole life. She went to give him a shot and he was terrified so she didn’t give it to him like it was a problem for her. so unprofessional!! so expensive don’t recommend going here at all.

Dr Meyers saw us emergently. She took the time to listen to our goals of care, clearly explained our options, and was very kind, understanding, and extremely knowledgable. Wonderful vet!

Queenstown was wonderful with our elderly doggie. The vet and assistant got down on the ground with her and were gentle and caring. They were understanding and sympathetic to our doggies pain tolerance and figured out a wonderful treatment plan. Highly recommend them!

They were wonderful. Very caring.

So far it has been great and with the TeleTails where I can see and talk to my Vet while she performs her exam is awesome. Makes you feel as if you are in the exam room with your dog. So for now I don't think Queenstown Veterinary Hospital can do anything better at this point. I will be glad though when we can be there physically for our pets.

EDIT, I'M sure they agree still great but I was referring to my vet, whose elsewhere now. So we're don't go here anymore yet they were very nice!! They care for their clients, YOUR PET. They gave My birthday boy a gift and one for his sister at home. I was touched. Wonderful visit.

Over priced in my opinion..which I'm entitled to...charge more then most other vets .vets are great but pricey...they provide a great service. And don't call me to discuss...and I updated my post from the original post...forgot the world we live in...freedom of speech just watch what you say...best vets ever...superstars... recommend to all

Dr.Bailey and the entire staff are very devoted. I so much appreciate the weekly follow up calls regarding Mattie's condition and lab results. It is very comforting knowing they care.

I took my cat there for the first time today and I was thrilled with the care and attention and time they took with her to diagnose her. The vet was very thorough in her diagnosis to me. She wasn't rushed and she didn't push extra services at me, she took her time to explain what she thought was going on and what she wanted to do for her. I was also very happy with the rest of the staff, the tech Jennifer was great and so were the office staff. I felt that my cat was very well taken care of and we will be bringing her back! Thanks so much for going the extra mile today!

My dog (who was not a regular patient) became very ill. The staff made every effort to accommodate me and took excellent care of my pet.

As usual, our visit for our beagle duo was productive and low stress for our worrier pup. We feel confident that our guys are in good hands.

BEST. VET. EVER. I have a dog that absolutely hates car rides and dislikes the vet and they made him feel very safe. We went back yesterday to them and that was the happiest he has EVER been on a car ride. Everyone who has treated my dog, my sister's and my mother's dog has been the most helpful with them. Not only that, but they have been consisted in what they recommend to our dogs which is always amazing! Would recommend this vet! BTW the receptionist and the vet techs are absolutely amazing with people and the dogs as well!

Dr. Bailey and staff are so caring and professional. I completely trust them with my aging dog’s medical care. Dr. Bailey has spent a lot of time communicating with me about my dog’s significant needs. We found Dr. Bailey because we have a vacation home nearby (our primary home is 1 1/2 hours away), but we now use Queenstown exclusively.

1st time was great! Great customer service, friendly, compassionate vetinarian.

Dr Heather Myers is awesome. We are new to the Kent Island area and Dr Myers picked up on a heart murmur in our 2 1/2 yr old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She even recommended a local Cardiologist in Annapolis. Thank you Dr Myers for going the extra mile for our little guy!

The veterinarians are wonderful but I've had several issues at this point with booking appointments, most recently today. I'll call, schedule appt, show up for appt and I'm told I'm not on the schedule. I don't know whats happening on their end to cause this but its gotten annoying.
