Dr Johnny made me feel more comfortable in 3 minutes of meeting him then the vet I had been going to for awhile. This was a homecoming for us. I am glad to be back.

They're great. Always thoughtful and listen to all concerns. Most importantly, they have furbaby's best interests at heart.

I am new to DE, having recently moved here from NJ, and I just love this Vet office! The staff are super friendly and helpful (especially James!), and Dr. Amanda Galloway was amazing! She sat right down on the floor examining my sweet Golden Girls, and they just loved her and had no fear at all during the visit! Dr. Galloway listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions! I am so happy that my Sammie & Gracie have such a great doctor to care for them as they age. Thank you!

I've been coming to Middletown Vet for years. They have the most fair prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not to mention a lovely and clean facility.

They were so compassionate and caring during one of the worst times of my life. My Cheeto was born with a tumor on a kidney (we weren't aware, even with regular checkups). They were so patient and understanding as i came to terms that my baby boy had to be put to sleep at 3 yrs old..they took great care in the way they handled my baby and the care they showed to me and my family thru it all. I will always be grateful to them for that. Thank you ????

If you need emergency care you can count Middletown vet out.. My dog has 3 seizures back to back, called them numerous times and no answer drove my dog there because they are supposed to have a 24/7 emergency vet. To show up to a VERY unprofessional women to take her time chatting on the phone to ask us from the other room "are you here to board your dog or something" we explained to her in a panic the situation which is then when she decided to get up and tell us "well we don't have an emergency vet on staff, next time we should call, you will have to go somewhere else" .... excuse me? an emergency vet that has no one on staff... she told me she they get so busy and that's why she was unable to answer the phone on the several occasions i tried to reach someone there.. she then read off of a piece of paper where we could go with our dog that just had back to back seizers, every single place was over a half hour away. When we asked her if there was someone else we could speak to because this is our primary vet since my dog was a small puppy. she then proceeded to tell us "well if you want i can ask my lab tech" as if this was not an emergency. so we agreed hoping she would quickly grab someone to speak with she was gone for about 5 minutes... no one else was in the building, we left without speaking to anyone or her coming back out and drove to another vet where they whisked her away immediately and took so much care! At this point i don't know if i will continue to use Middletown Vet as my primary vet or not, the lack of service, care and compassion was so unsettling and upsetting. The women was not helpful was not compassionate and didn't seem to want to help by any means.

Staffing means they can sometimes be hard to get a hold of on the phone, but 10/10 would recommend. They always take FANTASTIC care of my family's pets

They were quick to see us an our cat and staff were amazing treating Shadow. They explained everything in detail to us and the pricing which was completely affordable. Shadow is now doing better thanks to this hospital and was worth the trip down.

They care more about the look of their office than they do the animals better have a lot of money

Picchu had his first shot, quick and painless.

Last night as I was arriving to Middletown Veterinary Hospital, I received a call that my daughter had been in a vehicle accident. When I went inside and explained my dilemma, they immediately offered suggestions on what I could do in reference to whether to reschedule or not. They were kind, compassionate and concerned. Ultimately, after I was assured my son-in-law was able to get to the accident scene more quickly, I went ahead with the quick appointment for my 13-year old cat to diagnose her issue which turned out to be a behavioral issue. Dr. Johnny was very kind and I thought the overall charge was very fair. A big shout out to James…this young man is an amazing example of care and concern for not only for fur-babies but also for us human folk. Keep up the great job Middletown Veterinary Hospital.

Pet was seriously ill after blood work was completed they decided on treating quality of life as apposed to more tests and or other treatments that can grow costly. Vets and staff are extremely humble, and honestly care about their patients and owners. Middletown vet is not in this for money
