I called about 4 times today to make an appointment and no one ever picked up. Left a voicemail and no one ever called me back either.

All around wonderful experience. Great staff, great care for my pup and great price/value as well. My girl is spayed and healing beautifully - it was worth the wait to get her an appointment!

Service was amazing as well as the staff! I emailed the doctor a picture late in the evening and got a reply within minutes! Absolutely loved how well they took care of my pup!

They preformed a $6,000 surgery for $1,100. These people are heros.

My dog had a freak accident on a Saturday and was in here on Monday having her leg amputated. With in 2 days I raised money through a website called Go Fund My Pet. The only problem was that in order to get the money you raised you have to wait 7-10 days for a debit card to come in the mail. When I called to see if I could get her in for immediate surgery I also explained my dilemma with the money. The person on the phone specifically told me that if I could pay out of pocket then when the card came in in 7-10 days call back and they will refund my money and charge the debit card with the donations on it. No, I do not remember exactly who I spoke with but things were incredibly crazy at the moment and I could barely think straight. I had to take the money set aside for my car payment then borrow another $300 from a family member to pay for the surgery. When my card finally came in the mail I called Spay Now Laurel. The person I spoke to said that she didn't understand why the first person would tell me that I could do that because they cant refund my money. She did take my name and number and said she would call back. It took almost 2 weeks for someone to call me back. THIS person said that it should be no problem at all to refund my money and charge the debit card but she said she need to double check and took my name and number. Days later she called me back and said that they couldn't do it. When I asked why she said because of processing fees. So I am out almost $700 and I have a debit card (that can ONLY be used in a vet office) with over $700 that I can not do anything with all because of a couple of dollars worth of processing fees. She was very unsympathetic. No one seems to know how things work. Had I known up front I could have gone elsewhere to have the surgery done. I guess this review doesn't matter if you are desperate for low cost surgeries but just be careful because they will clearly screw you over and not even feel bad about it.

They are professionals and informative. Provides low cost ???? neuter for my bunny, includes 6 syringe pain meds for 3 days post neuter care. I am thankful to have found an affordable care for my babe. I am in Virginia and drove all the way to Laurel Md.

Be prepared because there will be a little bit of a wait to get your animal checked in, other than that it was great... They even cut my dog's nails and cleaned her ears for me...

I’ve been doing animal rescue for the past 15 years and been to dozens of veterinary practices and veterinarians. I always choose and recommend SpayNow if their pet needs spayed or neutered and 1000% for feral cats.

My dog was helped quickly and taken by attendant to clinic for spaying. Little dog was very anxious, but she was handled very expertly. I was notified promptly after the procedure and given an update on her status and a pickup time. Dog is doing fine, and I would highly recommend services at Just Spay.

Always caring with excellent service. They provide a much needed service in our area and help with the overpopulation issue. We would love them to open a office in Montgomery county but we know running two clinics is probably more then enough!! We appreciate you!!

When I got there with my puppy the receptionist was driving super fast through the parking lot. I was waiting in line with other pet owners and this person was extremely rude. He said “I told you to fill up the form and go around the building” I was so annoyed by his attitude. He didn’t have any customer care experience. I wasn’t able to go inside the clinic but from outside it looked dirty and the windows were very dusty. Overall the experience at the clinic wasn’t the best in terms of customer care, the surgery itself went well and my dog is recovering well. It’s still day 2 so he is in a lot of pain. I had a question to Dr Lewis and she/he responded very quickly.

I'm very happy with the service, my dog went through a very smooth recovery after getting fixed. Everyone at Spaynow was very nice and helpful, I got a ton of help with the doubts I had. I had to book very early in 2021 to have my appointment on June because of COVID but it was worth the wait. :) I highly recommend Spaynow

Took my dog here for dental cleaning and a excess gum removal. Very kind, responsive, nice and informative. My dog’s mouth looks GREAT & the medicine was included in the price. VERY affordable, I went to a vet surgeon for dentistry and the spay now price was about a 4th of what I was quoted elsewhere for QUALITY care. They called me updating me throughout which I was very happy about. My dog was very comfortable with them which made me know they were great (he has severe separation anxiety). HIGHLY recommend.

Visit to clinic was smooth. But communication before appointment was difficult - hard to reach. I guess it is COVID. Otherwise great clinic.

Now this is how you run an Animal Care Service! Thank you so much Spay Now Laurel ♥️ You literally saved my pup’s life. After having a TERRIBLE and NEGLIGENT experience at Pet+ER Towson, where they literally did NOTHING. Charged me $2100 and still nothing was resolved and tried to get $1200 more out of me until I had enough! Removed my dog from Pet+ER Towson after day 2. I was recommended SPAY NOW Laurel by a PetParent. Called them up, let me know of my pet’s symptoms and they set up an emergency surgery for my pup the next morning. If I would have dealt with Pet+ER Towson any longer my dog would have died. Apparently what my dog had was an infection that can kill a dog in as little as 4 days!! Spent $2100 with Pet+ER Towson and they still couldnt figure anything out. Spay Now Laurel fixed my pup for only $495 and my furbaby, was better in 3 days following her emergency surgery. It was a common diagnosis, after hearing the symptoms. How a PET+ER Towson Hospital couldnt figure it out is beyond me! And then wanted to charge $1200 more just to “monitor and watch” my pup another night. What, watch her die?! Not on my watch Pet+ER Towson are price gouging evil incompetent money hungry thieves!! THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH SPAY NOW LAUREL♥️ You were professional, timely, caring, and knowledgeable. Your entire staff was ON POINT! Everyone made me and my pup feel welcomed, important, and kept me updated the entire day. I will share the good news of your services to all my PetParent friends and family

Everything was great except for one issue. During the pandemic every other vet asks people to stay in their car w/the pet the entire time. When you arrive, you call & let the office know and a staffer comes to the car. This is much better than having people stand in a long line w/your pet. When I finally got to the front of the line I noticed a sign that said you can leave your pet in the car. An email explaining that ahead of time would've been nice. No one should be getting out of their cars during the pandemic and standing in long lines.

EDIT 04/21 Amalie had the rest of her teeth pulled this month due to resorptive lesions. She's my tortie, and I've been having teeth cleaned and pulled every other year or so since 2012. Because we don't know her exact age, but she's likely 12-15 years old, her vet on call and I decided we were going to remove the rest and get this over with for my baby bug. She wasn't underweight like Yue, and her recovery has been nothing of note. She is active and feeling so much better the day after the surgery! She is eating, bathing, calm energy but keeping up with her daily routines... This is great. 01/21 Yue has needed dental extractions since earlier last year, only that her brother took the funding because he was hyperthyroid and then a myriad of things that went along with it. Late 2020 my coworker had found Spay Now Laurel and told me to check them out. I placed my deposit and got on the waiting list. The list is quite long; months out, but I worked with it the best we could. I kept calling to see if there were cancellations, and the staff contacted me back twice to move us up based on my urgency. *high five*. Last year she was ripping her hair out, snarf and barf, lost over a pound - now it's been 3 days after and she's eating all the time with no vomiting and keeping up routine grooming. We had a complication getting her back from to herself after anesthesia. At times she seemed twilight, couldn't use her back legs at all and freely urinated. As I'd mentioned she was underweight going in, and we ended up needing to keep her on heating pads, bundled up, and a heater blowing on her or else she would not stop shivering. I thought we may have ended up needing additional fluids for an electrolyte imbalance. This lasted about 3 hours. 8 hours later she was doing swell we gave her a bath. In total 4 teeth were removed, and while my aftercare was a bit dramatic, we have experience in animal husbandry and triage. I am so proud of Yue.

They took such good care of a foster fail from Double Dog Dare Rescue. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to spay or neuter a pet!

People who work here do not know what they’re doing. Long story short, I called in the morning to try to get an appointment to get some flea medications for my adult cat and my new kitten. It took me about 10 times or more to get them to answer their phones. Finally, I got someone to answer—we spoke and I told them about my situation with my cats having fleas. I specifically asked if it was ok for my kitten who is to be 3 months to receive flea medication. They assured me that yes it was ok and gave me some options (which I chose “Bravecto”). I called them again about an hour later informing them I was going to come at 1:30 pm (because that’s when I get on my break). I drive about 40 minutes while it was pouring down rain. Mind me, I only go here because this is the choice of my adoption agency where I got my two pets from (Laurel Cats). I finally get there after I battle through the rain and traffic. Finally, I call them over and over —approximately I would say 10-13 times (this is a protocol at the arrival due to Covid). After I repeatedly call I finally decided to go and knock on the door to have someone help me. They saw me outside and the lady at the front desk completely ignored me and continued with whatever she was doing. Finally, some girl with short colorful hair came out and greeted me. I told her I needed to pickup, she ends up telling me they couldn’t find anything under my name. So, I just stand there waiting for them to find my stuff. About 10 minutes later she comes out and brings out one medication for only one of my cats. I tell them I needed another pack for my other cat and she ends up telling me “oh we need to see your kitten first before we give him flea meds”. I specifically tell her we adopted him from Laurel cats and he is registered. I end up leaving because I was so upset. I spent about 3 hours traveling there and back and ended up being late for work. I ended up calling and asking for the manager—the girl I was speaking to on the phone turned out to be one I was dealing with at the store. She tells me that they don’t give flea medications to kittens that are 3 months old apparently. I am so unbelievably upset at the service of these unprofessional people. All I needed was some flea medication and they couldn’t even handle that. All I have to say is “WOW”. Update****** I was recently informed that I no longer can bring my animal here to be seen. After all I had to go through this is how I get treated. I will happily take my business elsewhere and I suggest you people do too.

I received several reminders prior to the date of our appointment. The value of the procedure far exceeded that of other practices. The staff was friendly, patient and well informed . They shared important information well and explained the process well. The only thing that I experienced that could use improvement is to have an actual person available to answer the phone. I've called a few times to only get a recording. Either the staff is too busy or the practice doesn't support putting the additional support on to respond to phone calls.

Spay-Now did a great job for us and our kitten Shadow. They are very organized, pleasant, and the surgery turned out well and is healing without a hitch. Thank you very much to the vets and staff of Spay-Now. 5 stars from me!
