The cashier was rude , it was a older lady. I brought 1 item a medium size of dog treats for my dog who wasn’t feeling good so I got him these treats to have something to look forward to after I give him his medicine. So I’m not in the best mood because my dog isn’t feeling well. So she rings me up, I pay, and she just hands me that medium size bag of dog treats and a receipt. I ask nicely for a bag (I worked around jerks I know how it is so trust me I was nice I thought she just forgot ) She then says “we about to run out of bags” an hands me a bag not even open up , she didn’t even put my item in the bag. It’s not my fault petsmart didn’t order enough bags for the week. And I honestly don’t care and didn’t need that extra input . It’s a petco not fair from there like 5 mins go there , they always have bags and the cashiers aren’t rude and it’s cheaper Petsmart buy more bags and train your cashiers

Disappointed that the Clinton location doesn't have as many choices like food, pet carriers etc. as other Pet Smarts.

Nice friendly and helpful staff. A very large selection of products. Prices seemed a bit high to me, but I don't have a lot to compare it to. Definitely worth a look.

Great staff. If food you're looking for is out of stock, they go the big step beyond and call other stores to find it then go get it for you.

My Wife had purchased some Bettas a few Months back, I had to clean out the tank prior to adding fresh water for the fishes. In order to re-acclamate them to the tank, you have to add Betta conditioner to the Water. I walked into the Store, they greeted me as always and I purchased the conditioner I was out in 2 minutes.

Lets see the staffs are very helpful and friendly..the store is clean and organized... all the pets look healthy...I actually brought a nother breadon dragon...I would say this would be my number two petsmart...

Exceptional service each time we take our cat for grooming , such caring and loving staff who treat all pets with so much love and compassion , I really enjoy taking my cat for grooming each month , all customer support staff are always very helpful

Terrible customer service, prices are absurd and you can find the exact same things online for way less, and there is no point to go there and even the pet hospital is terrible, and it is not reccomended. Go somewhere else because this place is just not good.

Former PetSmart Store Director of Store 307 in Central Orlando, FL here… My husband and I have an 11-month-old 150-lbs Great Dane that has a peculiar stomach, and requires the Royal Canin Hydrolyzed Protein diet by order of his Internal Medicine specialist. This food costs about $110 per 25-lbs bag. We live in Columbia, so we are frequent shoppers of that location. I went in today to search for the food, noticed none on the shelf. There was an associate stocking nearby, and he was extremely nice to help search the back as well as other store location inventory to locate the food. He noted that Laurel was the closest store, with only two bags in stock. He called over right in front of me—the person that answered the phone in Laurel was very quick to advise that even though the system reflected two bags in stock, they had none in stock. Being a former employee and knowing the PetSmart culture, I decided to make the trip to Laurel to verify—pup is nearly out of food so we need it! Low and behold: two bags of Royal Canin HP sitting on the shelf, clear as day—if it was a snake, it could’ve bit you. I inquired with the two associates up front who answers the phones when it rings—they advised the Manager, Rick, had been answering the phone. I requested Rick to speak with me—he too, advised that he answered the call from Columbia. Instead of Rick verifying stock himself, considering he answered the phone, he asked another associate to and that associate stated they didn’t have it in stock. Don’t suck—do better. This is a veterinary diet, and my transaction was nearly $300 for dog food. Another store wouldn’t be calling to check stock if the pet parent didn’t really need it.

Today I went to this location to get some aquatic plants. There was a little sticker on almost every holder for a plant. Hard to understand, even more so with a disability. At the checkout, Tailynn, was an Angel. She had another customer having a problem and she remains professional and sweet. When I check out I had problems as well, it wasn’t ringing up for what it should be. This led the cashier to call Carlos. Who was so rude and sassy at 10 in the morning I was shocked. Carlos heard what Tailynn said about the discount not working. Proceeded to go check the discount and came back with a sticker and said that it was expired. When I questioned Carlos he slammed the sticker against the plastic divider and didn’t even look at me. I couldn’t help but tell him to not be so sassy. It wasn’t necessary and I won’t be going back because of that lack of kindness from a manager. What training did he receive?
