Great service, took care of my baby well. Staff was very professional, Doctor cared for my pooch with a complete look over.

Been with them for 3+ years now and they have treated my dogs so kindly. They are on it when finding answers to medical issues and keeping my pups healthy!

So full disclosure I’ve brought all my animals there for the last six years and have spent thousands of dollars there for regular check ups and etc. never a problem. So today I call because my dog that they have taken care for the last six years is not doing well and something is wrong. Today is oct 20 and they tell me they can’t see my dog until nov 16th even for emergencies. To basically go somewhere else - Really? Think about that before you establish a relationship with this clinic. They took my money all these years and when I needed them they had better things to do.

Dr Cunningham is not only a vet but a teacher! He is helping us raise our beautiful lil Chika to be a healthy addition to our family with the best recommendations and advice!

Animal Clinic has been caring for my fur babies for over 20 years. The doctors and staff are very caring and have been instrumental in helping my pups live long, happy and healthy lives.

Friendly atmosphere. Vet and tech were very caring and gentle with my pup. Vet clipped her nails quickly with no issues which in my book is like having a super power!

Dr. Johnson and her staff are very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend their clinic.

They were very quick and helpful, even with covid limitations.

The doctor and staff at the clinic are phenomenal. My Cocker McKenzie has been going there for almost 15 years . From the call for appointment till check out is always done with ease. Polite, courteous and CARING. Mckenzie had heart issues and the compassion was so amazing. Mckenzie now is @the Rainbow ???? bridge . I’ll never forget how Dr. Johnson gave us as much time to be with her. A peaceful quiet environment! A huge Thank you to Dr. Johnson and all the staff who make it a great animal clinic . ????????????????

Update: 4/17/2021 Google notification and up to date popular DupaArt Killer views are over 2, 400. Fair and honest. Dr. Frasier is the best. Update on my review 4/13/2021. Dr. Frasier and the outfit she works for are NO LONGER THE BEST. They turned my cat away from being seen after going to the Animal Clinic for over 10 yrs. Having no idea what her conditions were and claiming they were too busy. Yeah right after I gave them a 5 star with a short positive review and over 600 ( now up to date over 2,400 views) views on Google over the summer of 2020. Google even notified me telling me I was popular and have over 600 views. My furry friend's issues became life threating. All the Animal Clinic of La Plata would offer was to suggest taking her to the way overpriced ER. The Animal Clinic of La Plata are nothing but fake and heartless as I come to my conclusion. Paws in Indian Head came to her rescue the Next Day after finding out her conditions were life threating and they said it would be 2 weeks before they could see her unknowing her conditions. I will never go back to see Dr. Frasier and the dirty rotten Animal Clinic of La Plata. Now that the truth is out. Do not take your loving furry friends to them. Go to Paws and your furry friends will be in good hands at any given moment, unlike The Heartless Animal Clinic of La Plata. I experienced the complete opposite at Paws. Paws staff and doctors are very personal and absolutely caring. Plus they answer the phone on the spot unlike we know who. I am so thankful for Paws of Indian Head. Also I will not go into details but Dr. Johnson at Animal Clinic of La Plata is the boss witch. Watch out for her, man. She's known to do bad unjust things to your pet. One last thing is that I called the Animal Clinic recently and asked for Dr. Fraisier to no avail. I asked for her to please call me when she returns to work. I have not received her call back now day 2.

Someone wrote a nasty review about the receptionist, Ellen. I found her to be very pleasant and helpful. In regards to the rest of the staff, I just moved to the area and I have been very pleased with all my interactions with everyone in the office.

In my opinion, Dr Carrie Johnson is a great veterinarian, she knows her stuff. She really cares about her patients!

Although the medical staff are friendly and knowledgeable, one of the receptionists, Ellen Waters, is VERY rude and off putting, hence the reason my rating is only three stars. As the first impression of a business, the receptionists can either facilitate its growth or decline. This woman can single-handedly bring this business to its knees when she opens her mouth. This place would be better off keeping her in the back of the shop where the rest of the vermin reside.
