Always have what I'm looking for my fur babies.

This store is a good place to find food, toys, carriers, bowls, and beds for pets. I have cats, so I look at scratching posts and cat trees, too. Today I bought kitten food. In the food aisles, there is a lot of empty shelf space, which a clerk told me is due to problems in the supply chain. (Everyone, not just PetSmart, is having that problem.) However, I still found plenty of selections from which to choose. For the first time, in the dog section, I noticed boxes that contain pet strollers. There was no stroller on display, which I would have liked to see. Today there were several cats and kittens up for adoption.

The store is big. There are hospital, training center, adoption center and more. The staff is nice

Even after the day they stock my brand of cstfood l need....ALWAY OUT ...l have asked if they could order for me and was told NO.‼️..to go on the computer ‼️ Well, l DO NOT have a computer ‼️‼️

They had all of the necessary cat supplies. However, their registers were low on change. I could only use my debit card to get back $80. I had to go to the ATM to get the rest of I have not had this problem at other stores. Also, the wait times at the register was king of long. They need more cashiers working.

Went here to check out some feeder sarasa comets in which Ben was very helpful and patient in picking out the best ones. Highly recommend!

They have a great selection of cat food!!!

Will not allow elderly people to adopt cats. The ugliness of discrimination makes this store tainted by privilegle. Pity.

As a rule I like PetSmart a lot. The staff are very personable and helpful. I can always find what I need and prices seem fair. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the Banfield Vet Clinic inside PetSmart not only raises their prices constantly they try to hard sell you their products which you can get for half the price online. There was one particular Vet that actually got into an argument with me because I would not buy their extremely expensive product (that really wasnt needed). I just gave her a hard NO, checked out and left.

Paid for a service (nail clippings, paw shaving, etc...) they only clipped the nails, nothing else. So I paid double price for nothing extra. However! I watched them and they are very gentle with my dog, and what they did, they did well. I asked them to finish the service and they mostly did (still missed a few things). So, essentially, they do a good job....but you have to remind them of each individual thing you paid for in left for them to do it.

We went really early in the morning for full grooming appointment for our dog but since it’s her first time she can be a little aggressive and scared too but she’s sweet once she gets to know you and when the groomers told us they got her and told us to come back, we trusted the process. We waited outside for an hour and half because it’s her first, we worry about her too and we live not too close to the store. For a long time, they didn’t call yet so we went inside at the store just to look around. The groomer saw us, little did we know he told us they didn’t do anything much to our dog because it got “busy” and told us to book for another appointment on a slow day. It just doesn’t make sense because we went first and even if it’s her first time they could’ve done something. If not, then they could’ve called us instead of letting us wait or come back for a long time and leaving our dog unattended there too. This was just a horrible experience. Really disappointed.

Always friendly, always reliable and always clean & well stocked! Once again, they came through in a pinch - we needed a chest harness for our puppy and they had a great selection to choose from. It's also nice that they stay open later than other pet stores.

Our family recently moved back from Japan and we brought our boy Marsh in for a much needed nail trim. We were refused because his actual rabies certificate was written in Japanese and the expiration didn’t match with what the VTC in Japan put on their records. Just in case there was concern, we brought in 7 years of vaccine records showing consistent vaccination and we were still denied. I understand the company’s position, but had we neglected to vaccine our boy and he had been a risk to the staff, it would have been apparent. Perhaps empowering your staff to make decisions on a case-by-case basis, even if it may not be to our benefit, could have helped in this situation. I will say, kudos to Kris, he’s an amazing person and employee at that store. I wish I could have reviewed this better.

Place is horrible long wait time to get any help best to go elsewhere... ????

We always bring our yorkie-poo Pepper here for grooming. They do a very thorough job and it seems well worth the expense to have him clean, clipped and and smelling fresh. Then we grab a toy for him and whatever our guinea pigs need. This store is clean, the staff is knowledgable and has good answers for our questions. These five stars are earned.

Nice PetSmart with convenient location and good parking, but not useful to me since they don't stock crickets for my gecko. Even when evey other PetSmart in the area has crickets, this location doesn't.

Horrible experience, tried to use 15% off coupon on food purchases of more than 50$. Didn’t work, store manager told me to call corporate, I did, was on hold for almost two hours and she said I have to take it with the local store. Called the local store, talked to the same store manager that told me to call corporate and he said he can’t do anything and he doesn’t care. Order was placed and paid in full without any discounts or coupons as promised. Don’t believe to any promotion or coupons you see from them, just a company of scammers.

Great service good selection of everything we need for our emotional biśons...and the best grooming anywhere!!!!! Update July 2021, Tim is who you want for haircuts and nailcuts on your furbabies, but you will have to book him in advance, his years and expertise doing this shows after every visit.

I would give this place 10 stars we adopted two cats a tabby and a Russian blue mix ever since them we've been coming back best place ever would recommend

I was there a few days ago to look for gold fishes for our lotus pond. PetSmart staffs were very helpful and friendly.

We brought out 4 months old puppy there for the first time for grooming and they did a terrible job cutting her nails! Splinters everywhere! Not smooth at all even tho we paid extra for the grinding???? also we gave them some shampoo the vet recommended but I don’t think they used it bc the bottle still feels full

I just went to PetSmart and It’s in Montgomery County where you no longer have to wear masks and they wouldn’t let me n without a mask.

On this date 05/18/2021 i literally had no good Communication with a Defective item I bought. Other then that this place is good.

We took our 12-year-old chihuahua with a heart condition to get groomed here. The grooming manager, Cayla, was so incredibly helpful to us. She found a way for us to get an express appointment (a necessity for pets with heart problems) that worked with our schedule. Then, when she broke her hand and couldn’t groom him, she found a way to get us in with someone else ASAP. She really went above and beyond, and we are very grateful to her for that. The gentlemen who ended up grooming our dog, Chris, did a wonderful job. This is the best haircut I think he’s ever had there. Then, when I went to pick him up, I saw Chris had our dog sitting happily on his lap at the front desk instead of putting him in a kennel, which could’ve stressed out him and his heart. It was so sweet! I highly recommend this grooming center to anyone, especially to those with pets who have chronic heart conditions. It was such a relief to know he was in good hands!

Great customer service. My family will definitely be returning.
