This place was convenient and well stocked. A shame they're closing.

Love this location. The self-serve pet washing stations are a life saver and the staff are great. It doesn't have the largest selection of large bag food given the size of the location but it's great for other every day items and the free pet scale is a great feature.

Tubs were down so I had to wait an hour plus for self wash.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Store was super clean and organized. Loved the self wash doggie bath. Will be coming back.

Not a bad pet store. I go to this pet store for the self-serve pet wash center. It's affordable and the parking garage is pretty big. The best time to was your pet is on week days because the weekends are very busy and normally have a long wait.

The guest advisors are lazy. They don't know the product. They are at least cordial but they lack real investment in their guests and it shows. The white tall male is very rude. Avoid him at all costs.

This location is fairly new and all. Looks good. There's 2-hour free parking in a garage that's attached to the location. There's a door leading straight from the garage to Unleashed. I appreciate the self-service grooming option which was what we went there for. We called beforehand and they advised that they had availability and weren't crowded. When we arrived they told us there was a 30-minute wait. Someone was already at the tub. When I checked the bath area out, there were two other tubs that weren't available because it looked as though they both were out of service. They didn't tell us that on the phone though. Slightly bad customer service, in my opinion. Just tell us about the one-sink availability. That doesn't mean we won't still come and use it. It just means we will plan accordingly and be more timely with our arrival. The wait was way longer than 30 minutes. When we were finally able to wash him, the towels they provided were these small, super thin towels that I can't even really say came from the dollar store because the dollar store towels I've encountered were actually nice and soft. We didn't use the shampoo they offered because of the pupper's sensitive skin but what they did provide looked like watered down alcohol. I wouldn't have used that on my dog either way. And the toy situation was pretty minimal. They had more food than anything but my dog is on a raw diet so that's moot for us. All-in-all, would I go to Unleashed for their self-service washing stations again? Yes. For anything else for me, I likely would not.

Good but slightly limited supply of stuff for dogs and cats. Free bathing area that is pretty awesome. Has a whole foods kind of vibe.

It was nice place, they only charge 15 dollars was dogs but you have to wash your own dog. That's was okay.

Went here to get dog treats and I found a plethera I loved it!

So I placed an order here online to pick up. I got an email saying it was ready for pick up got in line and was skipped over twice because “order wasn’t ready” it was. Anyways I mistakenly got the salmon Merrick bag online instead of chicken it was $64 but I used a coupon so I got a discount. So I tell the cashier can I just exchange it for chicken and she wanted me to pay an extra $15 for the same bag. Then when I tell her I’ve already paid for it she goes it’s actually more expensive online. She proceeds to lie and tell me the bag is actually $74 online and it is but the 30lb bag not the 22lb the 22lb is $56. Terrible customer service. Will not be returning to this store.

Great experience. Super friendly and helpful staff. I came in to use the pet wash station. It was my first time coming into this location and using the wash station. It was $15 and well worth it to not have to worry about clean-up at home in the tub and the discomfort of kneeling on tile for an extended period of time. You get shampoo, conditioner, three towels, and a small rubber groom brush (it wasn't useful for my dog). You have 30 min to finish your wash which I think is plenty of time (I have a small, 6 lbs dog). The water runs really cold initially so let it run for a couple of minutes to bring it to a more comfortable temperature. The pressure is good. It seemed a little strong to me, but my dog never seemed bothered by it. The air dryer is a comfortable temperature (not too cool, not too warm), but my dog didn't like it (I'm guessing it was the noise) so I did a quick pass over and decided we'd dry quicker and more comfortably in the outdoor heat. It's a really cute store that gives a boutique-esque feel and the treat stations are fun to browse. I bought a few of those and gave my dog the Oreo cookie-looking one for a job well done. Apparently they're also safe for human-consumption and a lot healthier (compared to the regular Oreo) which is good to know considering my 2 year old took it upon herself to grab one and start chomping down *facepalm*. Anyway, no vomiting or stomachaches followed so I'd say it's safe if you're ever feeling experimental. I also like the healthier bagged treat options that were available so I grabbed a bag to try out. I'm thinking this is going to be our go-to pet spot and next time I visit, I'll do a bit more browsing.

I went to unleashed today because the dog food I usually give my picky dog eater has been discontinued. Although everyone there was professional and friendly, I had the pleasure of being greated by Ryan, who was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and helpful! He made an extremely tedious task tolerable and less overwhelming by listening to my dog's needs and my preferences. Great customer service Ryan and good luck with your new kitty!

Got right in to wash my doggie, they fixed me up w THREE TOWELS, Shampoo, And conditioner, let me wipe & shine him AND BLOW DRY for FORTY minutes! $15 + tip

It's small but really nice. The space's layout is practical. It has a self wash for pets as well.

They took care of my baby Love their professionalism and service. It won't be my last time coming to them. Love them

Petco had everything my Granddaughter needed for her friend's pets and she was asked more than once if she needed help!

Very convenient, but only has a limited selection of items. Also seems to only carry the priciest items. The cashiers are very friendly and helpful.

The employee who helped us was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I really like this location, parking can be a little tight but I always find something close to the garage entrance. The store staff is very friendly and always greets upon entry and is quick to assist.

The store has all the basics (and even more) for my dog. Super friendly associates. I will visit again!!

It's like a smaller version of Petco. When inside for the first time. It's nice. Friendly service. They got indoor pet grooming and stuff.
