I have a dog with a hurt left and I don’t get paid till the 10th asked if they could bill me since it’s an emergency and they say I have to have cash upfront. What kind of vets office puts money over an animals well being. This place is a joke I will take my animals elsewhere. Not to mention how rude the lady was to me on the phone.

The veterinarians and the staff are incredibly nice and caring. They listen to all concerns and treat you with the utmost respect. They are so kind to my 3 dogs! I would highly recommend their practice. The new location is amazing!

This was my first visit. The staff was wonderful and Dr. Weaver is a gem. Felt so as ease and immediately knew they had the pet's wellness foremost in their minds.

Dr Megan is the best! She saved my dog's life when she swallowed a knotted sock. As a last ditch effort, she had us try a different approach and also saved us thousands of dollars! We are so thankful for her and her associates.

Every human should be so lucky to have a personal physician as fantastic as Dr. Meghan Weaver! Can’t say enough about how impressed I was with the entire practice. A wonderful, caring and attentive staff. Not pushy, takes the time to answer questions and completely honest. I truly appreciated this experience and so did my new pup!

I’m kind of really disappointed in my experience. I was unaware it was curbside only and I find that to be an issue. It was my first time using this vet. A few days ago, I had two kittens that we recently got. One was dropped off prior to the appointment so they were aware that I knew nothing about it and wanted everything they could do done. While there, they were very mindful of the fact that my A.C doesn’t work as well and since we had to wait in our cars, they took the cats inside for me and called me when they were done to come back as I went to a place with A.C during their appointment. After receiving the kittens, I was informed a couple of things were done but was not told either of the kittens had fleas. After the appointment, I was letting these kittens walk around my house until I went to bathe the one that stepped in his own fecal matter and found that he was infested with fleas. Of course, I’m upset because I am unsure how they didn’t see them and it makes me question if they’re really thoroughly getting looked at since we’re not in the room. I called to inform them of my disappointment and was told to “come pick up some flea medication”. There was no discussion about payment or cost, so we believed they were giving it to us as reimbursement for their error. We showed up and paid. I probably wouldn’t consider coming back unless they open their rooms to the owners of the animals. But, I will say super nice staff.

Best Vet in Carroll County hands down. Dr. Megan is so caring, sweet, and understanding. She always takes the extra time to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy, even explaining for the 11th time.

Dr. Megan is a fantastic vet. She took care of our mastiff during kidney failure. She was patient, understanding, and took great care of our June-Bug. I wouldn't go anywhere else. - A very positive experience for such a difficult time. - Thank you - Highly recommended -

I am astounded! I'm am so used to going to vets that pressure you into costly and unecessary diagnostics, shots and procedures, I was completely dreading the visit. Dr. Megan saw my cat for some scabbing around his head and quickly diagnosed the problem (allergies), prescribed some meds and sent us on our way with the cheapest vet bill I've ever seen in my lifetime of owning animals. Awesome, no nonsense service. Tesla's scabby head is all cleared up and we're both thrilled.

Dr. Weaver and her staff are very caring. The office is always clean and her fees are reasonable for her services. My dogs dogs love going to see her!

Dr. Megan misdiagnosed my dog. We will not be returning to this place ever again. EDIT: So since this facility likes to lie to the public in response to their google reviews let’s put the whole story out. I took my dog there for a lump on her gum. Dr. Meghan diagnosed it as an abscess, sent us home with antibiotics. After a MONTH on said antibiotic, she still had the lump, so we went elsewhere. I took her to White Marsh Animal Hospital, where Dr. Brennan diagnosed a mass, and I was sent to a dental specialist in Towson. That doctor informed me that the mysterious lump in her mouth was a BONE GROWTH, which would require surgery in order to remove. Last time I checked, a bone growth that requires surgical removal, is not the same thing as an abscess that’s treated with medication.

Dr. Megan is a compassionate vet. She is very thorough and explains issues with my pet in a manor I can understand. I was there today and you can tell the entire staff is working hard considering the current covid situation. Making sure each family and pet is taken care correctly.

Dr megan is the best. She has been there for us through rough times and good. She made it easy sonny's after a fur baby had passed and we were looking to get another one. Ty for all u do for the love of our animals.

Best Vet around, we have four dogs and drive over a half hour to come see Dr. Megan. Pebbles, Bam-Bam, Betty, and Minnie sure do appreciate you all!!!

Took my dog here for the first time today (new to the area). I was very impressed with the office. It was clean, and everyone was friendly. Dr. Megan did a through exam, and was easy to talk to. Their prices are very reasonable. I'd recommend this clinic and Dr. Megan to anyone.
