They use prong collars for dogs in their daycare every time they take them on a walk or use the treadmill. Prong collars are the default for all dogs. Be sure you are aware of and comfortable with their use of prong collars on your dog.

The staff must have done a great job disciplining and training my Sherlock. He is now very good with sit and wait at the door before going out. Best of all, he came home tired after half day day camp. I was told a tired dog is a happy dog. I am particularly happy to see him in his training session behaving like a champ.

We continue to be extremely happy boarding our dog Sam at Pack Place K9. Sam gets super excited when we arrive and it's obvious they treat him as part of their family. To date we've used them around a dozen times and have had nothing but great experiences. Mark and his staff have always been friendly, and provide great feedback when we pick Sam up. We take great comfort in knowing Sam is well cared for when we are out of town. Mark is also an excellent trainer. His classes and input helped address some behavior issues that Sam was having related to his anxiousness. And Sam loved the agility course! I can't speak highly enough of Pack Place K9.

Great staff and reasonable pricing! I attended their reactive dog classes before the pandemic and it was always a great experience and very helpful. One thing I would love if they could change is accepting intact dogs to their daycare. With more studies and research coming out to keep your males intact and females intact until their first heat, times are changing! (And temperament testing can be handled the same!) I highly recommend them, the owner is a wonderful person too!

I can't recommend Pack Place K9 enough. The ability to video stream the agility training let me see first hand how wonderful the people are and how happy my pup was with them. All the dogs I saw while dropping off and picking up were happy, clean, and calm. The staff are great with all the dogs. Love this place!!

They have helped me so much with my sweet girl since 2016. I feel very confident she is receiving the best care while I have to be away.

We signed up for K9 Communications training and it's been a great experience - Very efficient and straight forward tips & training that we can easily bring back home. We went from thinking our puppy was particularly difficult to understanding that we just need to train ourselves on how to work with her. We dabbled in trainings at other companies but they seemed scatterbrained and unreliable when compared to Pack Place K9, we plan to return here for day care.

This place is great. The staff really seem to really like what they're doing. Great hours and location . The webcams and text updates are a plus. Very well done, you can trust this crew with your loved one.

I have a 5 month old Aussiedoodle who is very nervous and anxious. Andy at Pack Place K9 is incredible! He was so nice and helpful and everyone in the office was so nice with my pup. Mark and his staff at K9 Pack Place are wonderful! My GSD is making incredible progress with his socialization, treadmill work, agility, and anxiety. I love K9PP because Mark treats Bauer as if he were his own dog. They take their time really bonding with Bauer and progressing slowly so he can be a happy boy!

It was the first time my six months old puppy went to This school , I loved the fact they send me the link to see my dog when he was getting trained which is fantastic and also the place is super clean and organized and staffed are super nice to the dogs and well trained. For the first time I didn’t feel stressed when I left my puppy at a day care I had done this before some where else I wasn’t happy with the results.I felt like they do care a lot about all the dogs and do spend time to train them . It’s worth it to give your dog a chance to be with them.he will learn a lot from them .

Our dog loves Pack Place K9! We have been taking her there for 5 years and they are wonderful. They take such good care of her and it gives her the opportunity to socialize with other dogs in a very safe environment. We also did some training with Mark (the owner) and it made a huge difference in our relationship with our dog.

The staff is great. They know how to take care of the dogs. My dog was overweight and they made sure to watch his treats.

Today I dropped off my 6 Month old 6 LB YorkiPoo for a day of training and day camp to learn manners and be less fearful of others dogs. It was like dropping off your first born child at the first day of school!! I am a holistic vet next door and my staff and I helped raise little Jack. All day, we interrupted our work and watched Day camp video, Treadmill video and agility training video and were so proud of our little Jack and the staff and especially Mark Hergott the owner/trainer who were watching out for little Jack amongst ALL those dogs and showing him the ropes to new lessons. I commend Mark for having all the webcams for we nervous parents. I recommend anyone with a new puppy to go through this day camp 4 day training to give them confidence and manners.

Started taking my new puppy there after several friends recommended it to me. The owner and staff care about the animals, and the facilities smell great, which is truly a compliment given that there can be around 40 dogs there on a given day. Got to see my puppy doing agility training, and then could see her apply her training at home. It was super cute.

Mark and the entire staff of Pack Place K9 has been very professional and taught us great deal of how to deal with a super sensitive dog. They taught Carly how to calm herself down, how to eat, walk and behave. Highly recommend their business!

Amazing perfect everyone should always bring their dogs here forever

Always super nice. The training sessions have really helped our dog with basic commands. Everyone is very nice. I wish there was more to it than just the large main room, but it’s definitely more than enough with what we need.

I was in the shopping center in a device call to one of the other businesses, and I just stopped in to get information, when I saw the sign for pack place. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and informative. She took her time to explain the different programs and options and I really appreciated it. If she's an example of the type of employees at this establishment, I feel very good about this place.

I recently got a puppy. He is super active, and needs a lot of training. While I have the ability to train, it is a little bit harder to do during the day while trying to manage working from home and helping my son with his virtual learning as I am a single mother. Pack Place K9 has been amazing and done great work with Peanut. Every time I have walked in the door, I get greeted as if I were family. They take care of Peanut, like he is their own dog. I am able to watch Peanut's training session, via the link that they send me prior to starting the training, and I also get to watch Peanut on the treadmill, which is super cute. Peanut LOVES spending time at Pack Place K9 and is asleep even before we get out of the parking lot to come home! I HIGHLY recommend Pack Place K9!

Didn't think about that Mark, huh? Unfortunately, the second part where you goes at us for leaving a review I did not screenshot. If he wasn't shy nor think his response was justified or appropriate he would have left it BUT as you see he deleted it. Don't leave your dog with someone emotionally turbulent like this as that is whats transpired onto your dog when you're not there. I rarely leave BAD reviews but this place is a joke! Feel free to read my reviews by clicking on my name. To the owners response (WHICH HAS NOW BEEN DELETED), uhh yes I leave reviews and over 90% are 5 stars. Sad that you guys didn't fit that criteria. Did you really say my dog needs a new home? Wow....and you're the owner? Update night of Oct 10th - looks like someone got a little triggered lol. Never seen a reply from an owner with so many lies in it. This place is just as immaturely ran as his response. Yes, it was our fault that your staff is highly untrained and definitely do not know the basic cost of things. Their reply was "Uhhh I'm not sure" for basically every question. This place is seriously a joke. Go to dogizone where they actually treat clients like family and know what they are talking about. Lastly, yes its weird to randomly snap a photo of a client's dog without asking or in the middle of the paid evaluation which was a bs evaluation to start with. Just an easy way to collect $50 ,huh Mark? I went in after taking my German shepherd to dogizone to get her beginning training there and came here for leash walking around other dogs. Did the consultation with the owner Mark (I believe his name is) and he took pictures of my dog, which he didn't ask first which was weird, and told us 2 Saturday trainings would be "good to go". I had to leave to WV because I am in the medical field and had to reschedule my class. Well we were never told that for $50 more she could enroll into a 4 day camp to become a member and train ($299). Since we did not know, we opted for 2 private lessons at $249. Next, anytime you hit call from Google search it calls their "emergency " line which I did not know and second why tie that to your Google page as the main line. I left several voicemails on separate days and never received a call back. So much for "emergency " line that nobody responds to. Next, nobody at their front desk knows about their own services. I simply asked how much is it for my dog to stay per night. Th girl didn't know so she asked another girl who finally just told her to tell me to call back and speak to Mark. Well I tried on several days at different times but he was busy. Which makes sense but why doesn't your front desk, who answers the phones, not know what you offer. My question was pretty simple to where I just Googled . So staff is not knowledgeable, emergency line is a line that nobody monitors and I wouldn't leave my dog with an unorganized location like this. Dogizone is a bit more expensive but they are professional to the T. Lastly, they tried to charge us another $50 for a 2nd consultation before the camp and I said we just had one and they didn't have any of what I spoke about or anything in our notes. We asked for a refund on a Tuesday and we were told to wait till Friday. Umm...do you guys not have money?? It was supposed to hit on Friday morning but yes you guessed it! They forgot so I emailed and finally the owner and he finally processed it. He's not mean just the whole place is disorganized and not knowledgeable. No way I'm leaving my GS there!

We have been pack members since Mark opened and we go at least 3 times a week. We continue to learn and have more fun all the time because of it. Great playground for dogs and their people who want to play with them. Great people and very clean facility. Now it is years later and we added Buddy to our home 2 weeks ago and he is already a Pack Place regular. We love Pack Place and Buddy is loving his social life while settling in to our home with us.

We have been using PPK9 since they opened, with superb experiences. We started with training sessions to learn how to manage our reactive Australian Cattle Dog, added socialization play days for the ACD and our elderly cocker (who has since passed), and have continued using PPK9 play days for the ACD and a new pup (mixed rescue). On days we take them, the dogs get happily excited as soon as we turn the corner into the parking lot! Last year we began using PPK9 boarding services when we traveled, and it has been the only boarding place where our dogs come home relaxed and sane. We can travel comfortably, knowing they are alright. Working with Mark and the team at PPK9 has made huge difference in our dogs' relationships with each other, with us, and with others. We definitely recommend them!

Having a 16 week old GS puppy is a adventure, having her in a unfamiliar setting around other dogs and people she never meet . Wow ! Uneventful after the 4 days at day camp , she was awesome , Everyone complemented on her behavior and the interaction she had with the Lab and ? Doodle . Twice her size .Than she meet 2 other puppies!! Wasn’t sure how she was going to react as they were 4 times her size 6 mo old Great Danes ..took a minute. I figured Danes Thought they had a new toy ! One bark sniff and a smell. .The staff at PPK9 did great! She is now a member and will be making visit to keep up with her progress .

I mean all around amazing business. They take very good care of my baby and I’m a helicopter mommy hehe. I highly recommended them:) they are so nice and so professional:) the owners are amazing. Marc is so fantastic and very knowledgeable. Excellent place:) all around
