We adopted a three year old Lab that is very timid/fearful, so we were very apprehensive about her first vet visit. Although Abby would have preferred to be anywhere other than at the vet's, it could not have gone better. The waiting area was spotless and comfortable. Our tech (Tiffany) was very understanding of Abby's fearfulness and tried her best to put her at ease. Dr. Tidd checked Abby out and explained all our vaccination options. Overall, the experienced was excellent.

During my last visit, the vet (Dr. Eastep) was most attentive and took her time with examining and reviewing test results for my pet. She gave good advice and answered all my questions - and I had many. Her staff went above and aboard to offer suggestions for specialized treats and took special care with my pet. As always, customer service was a 10!!

I have had the privilege of taking my cats to the Germantown Veterinary Clinic for over 30 years. Some of the vets and technicians have changed, but the quality of care both for the pets and me have not changed and is always the best. You can always trust their care!

Everyone in the office is friendly, knowledgable, professional, and most of all very gentle with all the pets. I always have a good feeling every time I take my dog to see the vet and always happy with the experience. The professionals are top notch and the cost is very reasonable. So glad I found the Germantown Veterinary Clinic. I have recommended this Vet and will continue to do so.

For many years I've been happy to get caring for my pets. There is my second cat who has been in good hands that completely satisfy my needs. I've highly recommended the clinic for pet owners.

Very overpriced for being based around apartment complexes. Staff is friendly but the prices are excessive. I would pay three times the amount of money here compared to what I would pay the Petco up the street to get my dog's nails clipped.

I can't say enough good things about this place. EVERY single time we come in for the past several years, we've had an amazing, professional, caring experience with my super senior kitty. We started coming here for annual checkups a few years back, and during this time I've gotten to know the staff very well. As my kitty's health is starting to slowly decline, and we are coming in more often, it's been extremely comforting to come to a place where we feel well taken care of and really look forward to seeing all staff members. I can't imagine going anywhere else for the quality of care we've received throughout the years. Absolute superior professionalism, caring, polite, always a pleasure to see them. We are always in good hands, I would highly recommend this place.

We've been going to Germantown Vet. for decades. We love the staff, but our dogs love them even more (especially when we go away on a trip and board them). We always know they are in safe hands.

I absolutely love Germantown Veterinary Clinic! My husky loves going to the vet and they really do care about both my dogs. They take time to hear your concerns and always make sure they cover all basis for anything. If my sweet husky loves going to the vet, that is saying something hahaha.

Dr. Robin G. takes such good care of my poochas. She is very thorough and provides great feedback. I have a vet for life! When my babies passed, the office was so kind and compassionate. The doctor even sent a handwritten card! I was very touched and appreciative! I always recommend them to my friends, family and colleagues.

I have brought my kitties here since 2016 and have not been disappointed ever! All the vets are so loving and caring towards my babies - they make me feel safe. I also bring my senior dog here and even though he’s a grouch they staff still manages to put him in a good mood when we’re here. I love Germantown Vet so much that I’ll keep bringing my current and future pets as long as I live within a drivable distance!

Everything here is excellent! Only complaint is the exorbitant charge for cat nail cutting. I really need this service badly but won't pay the price. Please change this!

I felt very uncomfortable, they misrepresent their prices and services. If you question anything, they threaten to “terminate” you as a patient. It feels almost like a hostage situation.

We love Dr. Bianca Eastep! Polly loves her too. She is thorough and takes her time with us and with our dog, Polly. She answers all of our questions and we never feel rushed.

I was referred to this office by a friend and they have been very good with reminder calls, emails and text messages. Recently I noticed my puppy had something wrong with his right ear and I called Monday and was given an appointment right away. When we arrived the tech came out to the truck to retrieve him and the vet came out to explain the problem and solutions. I enjoy this office and my puppy has been very comfortable when we arrive and always willing to go with one of the techs. Thank you for all that you do.

Staff were in a rush and seemed annoyed with questions that pertained to the visit and my dog's allergies. It felt like they were only worried about getting you checked out and charge their money. I wish I would have gotten a better experience today after going for past appointments and feeling the same after leaving.

The team that helped me decide if it was the right time for my pet to be PTS was fantastic. I was struggling with making the decision - you never know if there is more that you could do - and the vet helped me realize that I was making the right choice. They were incredibly patient and kind and I will be bringing all of my pets here going forward.

Germantown Vet agreed to take my sister's dog as a temporary patient when Daisy was staying with me while my sister was dealing with cancer treatments and recuperation. They were amazing and very caring. The veterinarians, the animal techs, and the patient people who answer the phones and responded to all of my questions. I just adopted a shelter dog. The staff spent so much time at our first visit to make sure that my little guy was well taken care of and that I understood everything that he would need. They were also able to schedule some much needed dental surgery within the week. All of the staff at Germantown Veterinary Clinic absolutely ROCK THE PLANET!

Charlie and I recently saw Dr. Estep. My "niche" is senior cats and Dr. Estep has helped me provide them with the care they need to enjoy their "retirement years". I like how she calls and goes through the test results with me and what they mean. Charlie's results show his kidneys are beginning to fail. She was respectful of my concern that switching Charlie to a kidney diet might mean he would become insulin dependent again because of the ingredients in the kidney diets. I asked what I thought was a crazy question: in the urinary diet there are ingredients added that dissolve crystals, is there something in the kidney diet that could address the toxins that I could give him as a pill or add to his current food? I was thrilled when she shared with me that they had recently learned of something that she thought might do that. I like that she is is constantly learning especially about ways to improve the "retirement years" of our cats.

All the staff at Germantown Vet are of the highest caliber. From the moment you are greeted at the front desk through checking out upon completion of your visit, the process runs seamlessly. The vets and there assistants are never rushing to get the patient in and out. They listen intently and explain everything so clearly. If you have questions, they will take the time to explain so that we understand what is going on. We know our three dogs are in the best hands when we need to make a visit to Germantown Vet.

Dr. Rozol, the other vets, the reception staff, the vet techs are all top notch. My experience with the other docs in this group practice have all been extremely positive. Everyone has been professional, warm towards me and my dog and followed up with me as needed. I have referred several dog friend owners to this practice and they two are extremely pleased. I have had dogs my whole life and this veterinary practice is the best.
