Best place to get your cats nails clipped and bathed. I also love that they are right next to an animal hospital incase something happens. But everyone there is great, kind, and experienced. My cats love them there. Highly Recommend !!!????

After trying another groomer for my rescued dog (who had unevenly grown out hair due to being shaved for a bacterial/fungal infection that I had halted with help from my vet), I was so glad to find a vet that made him look like the beautiful Yorkie that he is! I highly recommend Terry - but I've been impressed at how calm the dogs have been whenever I brought in/picked up my dog. Class operation!

Been there 2 times and had 2 different cutter. They both did a great job on the bath shampoo nails clipped and ears clean after I got my cat shaved down in a Lions Cut. Absolutely adorable. Highly recommend. Nice people also. Good prices.

Today was my first day taking my 3 month old pup, Jay here and I am completely impressed with their services. My puppy LOVED his groomer, Alexis and instantly cling to her upon arrival. He looked so good! I am pleasantly amazed. He smells clean and his coat looks impeccable! I will definitely be returning!

Horrible service today, staff member by the name of Jessica, who stated she was the manager not only provided false information behind which services were provided to my dog today, she was very rude and unprofessional. I will be waiting for the Owner of this establishment to return from out of town on October 19, 2021 to further speak on this matter.

Been to another groomer twice in the past to get my little dogs nails trimmed. No luck. After coming here, they were finally trimmed and filed! (And he also got a bath). I was so happy and relieved they trimmed his nails! Definitely returning in a couple of weeks! Heather is extremely nice! Price is definitely reasonable too.

We have two corgis, one acts as if he is getting his legs removed whenever we get his nails trimmed. The workers here have been so understanding and kind with both of our dogs. Love working with them!

Great experience getting my small dog groomed, and nails cut last week. She usually hates going to the groomer, but the staff was very patient and cut her exactly as I requested and she seemed happy afterward. Will definitely return!

My dog may not love it, but my wife and I sure do! They do a great job with our dog and she seems more comfortable here than other groomers.

My cat was happy back home as if nothing had happened to her. The experience we had before in a different place was terrible. My cat was hidding and sad for a week or so. I definitely recommend Fidoz N' Felinez. They are the best.

A friend suggested Heather, to groom our Havanese. Had our 1st appointment on Monday and was pleasantly surprised how easily Lexi shifted into Heather's arms. Delighted that how relaxed Lexi seemed when we picked up. And yes, Heather did a terrific grooming.

I went to get my puppies nail trimmed but they somehow managed to cut multiple nails so short to the point of bleeding. While driving home, I noticed my car seat becoming more and more bloody. Worst part was when I called to inform them, they didn't even realize they cut it too short so they did not apply the powder to stop the bleeding.

Love this place! The groomers are great and take really good care of my dog. We've been going here for three years now and no regrets!

Brought our cat there for the first time today. It was her first time grooming her since we've had her. They did a fantastic job, very communicative pre-drop off and let me know an hour before they were done. Cat does not seem stressed at all after (despite the number of dogs) and she looks great. Thanks Randy and team.

They don’t care about you and much less about your pet. I took my dog for grooming and when I picked him up he was all shaved! I did not asked for that, I could have done it myself. I brush him every day and he loves it, so no excuses of any kind. My puppy came home and hid under the table when then I realized he had a razor burns. I called them right the next morning and Randy said : HE IS JUST A DOG. Take him to the Vet! What kind of response is that ? Please,I know you love your pet. Do yourself a favor, save your money and take your love one somewhere else. See what I mean how he responds? For your information it is not a LIE like you said. So be responsible for your own words !!! No wonder why you have such a bad reviews. Why would someone lie and give a bad review if has not been a customer? Just your answer tells a lot about you and your poor judgment.

The management here is horrendous. We took our puppy (yorkie-poo) here three times, and the first two times things went well . The third time, however, our dog came back with one of his claws sticking out from his paw at a 90 degree angle, it was obviously very painful for him. At this point, I understand that mistakes happen, however upon reaching out to Fidoz N'Felinez they refused to even acknowlege or apologize for it. Our pup had to be taken to the vet where the claw was cut off and cauterized because of the bleeding. We reached out to them again and they said it was nothing because "the dog was fine". No apology, no offer to pay the vet bill, no care about how the puppy was currently doing. Then to put the cherry on top, our neighbor who referred us to Fidoz put in a complaint about how our puppy was treated. In response, the manager called her and yelled at her about it not being her business at all, and that it was fine because nothing happened to the dog, and then he hung up on her. I want to be fair here, the grooming itself was well done, and I don't blame the groomer for the initial mistake, these things happen. The fallout, however, has shown that the management has a practice of lying when something goes wrong. The fact that the manager had the gall to call a customer and berate them for his own mistake is frankly appalling, and I feel obligated to share my experience.

Our old groomer closed due to covid. Past visits to Petco were bad. This is a game changer. My knotted Pomerania is adorable in his fox cut and the furminator treatment helped. The price is great too. I think I’ve found my new groomer.

I took my 12 year old border collie mix there and they did such a good job. She almost feels like a brand new dog. My dog is on the larger side and I have been told moves a lot. They said she did great and I just appreciate them so much ???? definitely take your dog here.

The staff is so friendly, and my dog was his first time and he was so relax. I appreciate even that we have snow you team was there.

I took my Bichon to Fidoz and Felines for at least 3-4 years off and on. The actual grooming was decent, but the customer service was awful! We never felt appreciated for being loyal customers, which resulted in us trying other groomers. However, we would return out of convenience, but also hoped the experience would be different, and it wasn’t. We always requested the same groomer Jessica, but her attitude, and services were equally inconsistent. At times, my dog’s hair cut was terrible, but he’s also had a few bleeding toes due to his nails being cut to low, or a swollen eye for whatever excuse she made up at the time. She never made any accommodations for his elderly age or health issues. Unfortunately, my dog died recently, and she didn’t even offer condolences, despite grooming him for years. I don’t usually write bad reviews, but made an exception because she cut a mole his last visit and did not even mention it! I regret ever taking my dog there and you should consider this a warning. Please don’t be fooled by the 4.5 rating.
