The Dog Pamperer Grooming Salon Clarksburg, Maryland

I took my dog there, unfortunately she did such a rushed job that I was very unhappy with the end results. Previously she had done a descent job.

Happy to find someone who my dogs like.

My 8lbs 10 year old yorkie had a terrible experience at one of the big pet store chains about 9months ago …. We have been desperately trying to find a new groomer that Teddy feels comfortable with ….. we found her!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!! I love my little baby so much and he looks great!

Libby always does such a great job! My dog, ollie has a double coat, she always gets his hair as short as possible and cuts his tail and ears really well, a lot of other groomers don’t cut him the way she does, which I appreciate since his hair grows back fast. She is very friendly and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and cares about animals. Oliver loves going to get a haircut from her. (Before and after pics posted)

They took very good care of our golden retriever, he was a little damp when we picked him up but he is nearly impossible to dry. Pricing is responsible and as it's an in home grooming salon he was the only customer which helps ensure he gets all the attention he wants.

Libby was an absolute joy to get to know. She is such a lovely lady, very accommodating. I have a hearing loss and rely on lip reading, Libby took her mask off so I could read her lips and she made my dog and I feel welcomed in her home where she does her grooming. She keeps her place very clean and takes the time to make sure your furbabies are comfortable. I definitely recommend Libby to be your furbaby's groomer!

The Dog Pamperer made my uncles dogs look like new money! Who know the last time they had a cut. When we picked them up they smelled good and looked amazing. I would definitely take my dog to her again.

If you love your dog DO NOT take them to this groomer she did a horrible job on our family dog. This was the first time we tried her out because our regular groomer didn’t have availability until 2 weeks out and we were looking for something sooner and of course this groomer was available sooner.. wonder why.. anyhow she messed up our dogs haircut badly it was such a choppy haircut I probably could’ve done a better job myself and I called to complain and to see if she would at least give us a refund and she said she does not do refunds and basically to deal with it. I told her I would even send her pictures of what I didn’t like and she did not care to hear about it or see the pictures. If you need great grooming and love your dog please do not go to “The dog Pamperer”

This is an amazing place. I've always been a dog lover and met many groomers but none so kind, compassionate, patient, AND with fair, transparent pricing! As stated, she doesn't charge extra for many services other groomers tack on. Today I took a rescue dog I've only had 10 days. My dog was well-behaved but I was so impressed with how attentive she was toward taking her time and following the dog's lead in terms of how quickly she groomed. I am 100% positive my dog will WANT to return AND I have already booked an appointment for my second rescue dog. Her website is super convenient as well, allowing you to book on-line. Don't worry if you have a mutt like I do - just choose the dog breed closest to your dog; she tries really hard to give you a fair price based on the dog's size, coat, etc. I HIGHLY recommend Libby and will be sure to tell others about my experience. This level of customer service is so rare! I jumped on-line to review Libby before I got side-tracked because I am so satisfied!
