My pup got her last bad cut here today. They are adjacent to my vet who I like very much so I keep giving them the opportunity to do a better job. She’s (yet again) uneven, dirty, stinky face (even after paying extra for the blueberry face mask). At least they didn’t cut into her behind like last time! When I ask about the issues they say that’s “how her hair is” or that’s “how it’s supposed to be” in. Except when I take her other places she comes back cut even with a clean face. No accountability and very poor quality.

Can’t say Enough about the friendliness and expert work, the groomers are great and my Fred is always happy after his professional grooming. Thank You Grooming Room!

Dog still has tufts/spits of hair that was missed. Feet wasn't clipped well.

Took very good care of my little cat. It was her first time getting clipped. She isn't good at grooming and had too many mats to safely get rid of. They gave her a clean start.

Used this place since my normal groomer was booked out so far in advance. They are friendly, my pups were happy when I got them back. But, my pups didn't come back from 'the spa' smelling fresh and clean. Just the dried wet dog smell. Plus noticed that their nails had not been done as I specifically requested. They clipped/shaved my dogs in areas that made them uncomfortable by obvious behavior. This place is less expensive than my regular groomer. However, they aren't who I will use unless I have to based on this one experience.

Took my 60lb 5 month old there for her first groom and they did fantastic! She looked great!

I’ve been taking my pets to The Grooming Room for years. They are caring and conduct their business with professionalism and genuine love for animals. I would not even consider taking my Soft Coated Terrier anywhere else. We also brought our Airedale here and they did a beautiful job as well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter took our small puppy here for puppy’s first grooming appointment with Aubrey (groomer). After picking her up and paying a hefty $70 fee she noticed a small patch behind the ear of our puppy had been shaved down to the skin, cut with clippers and bleeding. It was also noticeable that the ear looked like it had not been completely groomed. Given the cut and unfinished ear, one can assume once the puppy was cut the groomer avoided that area and didn’t finish. My daughter called them and sent a picture of the injury immediately. Not only did they not show any concern, but denied any responsibility, and tried blame the injury on the dog possibly scratching. The injury was clearly a clipper cut not a scratch. When asked to speak with owner, they refused. Very bad experience and definitely poor customer service. I would definitely not recommend this groomer to anyone.

Have been using Grooming Room for years. Prices are kind of high but usually my Mitzi comes home clean and groomed. However there have been a couple of times when the groomer either didn't understand what I asked for or the clerk relayed incorrect info to them.

They do a great job on our dogs. Seems that they recently changed owners, but the dog grooming is still great. Prices are a little high though.

I'm a little disappointed since the place changed hands. My first experience after many issue free years with the previous staff, they told me that they had no record of my appointment. The woman fit him in but between the new faces snd the fact that the store looked like it had been abandoned I was apprehensive. The second visit my pooch just didn't look as clean and fluffy as he had after earlier visits. I want to continue using them and I have decided to try one more time. my pet is family and it is not easy to find someone you trust to leave him with. So I'm hoping the new folks have settled in a bit. I'll keep you posted.

It's a great place to get my dog and cats nails clipped. They are very nice to my pets and very quick. They have some nice toys and other accessories for dogs and cats.

Friendly people all the time. My Wrecks and Snickers always look gorgeous when they walk out the door. Prices are very reasonable. I love this place.

We take our dogs here every six weeks. Great locally owned business. The dogs always come back so clean and smelling so good!

The only good thing and I don't know if it was so good now, was that they got me in ASAP. I dropped of my dog with instructions to cut their hair short as we are going out of town and it's hot. I went to pick them up and paid 135.00 for both dogs and a bag of cat food. My dog were brought out, I don't know how you can cut a dogs hair like that and think it's okay to leave it like this. It was not short, rather medium.. one of my dogs had short and long hair... in the same spots!!!! They didn't even shave the back half of my dog! Best part, I get home and there's a tick on my dog! Did they even wash her? The short haired lady at the front was rude and walked off to go and mess with something on the other side of the store... I don't know if she thought I would just leave or what! After we stood there and a different customer was checked out, i asked for half a refund because my dogs gor half a cut. She did offer to have them fix it tomorrow or a free cut, why would I bring my dog back after the was she responded to me? Ummmm no thank you! I got my 50$ back and went and bought a shaver.... we are now at home shaving my dogs. Thanks for nothing!

Hank and Savannah love coming to the "SPA" and for the most part they always look fabulous when they come home! Hank and Savannah are miniature poodles and I love the puppy cut on them. I have never had any serious issues with the Grooming Room and I have recommended them to many of my friends.
