The doctors and techs are very good here. On the other hand, dealing with the front of the house is often challenging. We have just had to go for routine vax visits and a spay, which went well, but no experience with acute or emergency situations.

Been with Dr. SCOTT ANDERSEN FOR 17 YEARS NOW!! YOU WILL NOT..NOT FIND A MORE CARING COMPASSIONATE VET THAN DR. SCOTT!!! IF I HAD TO WAIT EXTRA TIME TO BE SEEN, WHO CARES. OUR PUPS ARE OUR FAMILY!! WCAH TRULY CARES!!!

Avoid at all costs - brought my cat in and had the worst experience I’ve ever had with the vet/nurses here. Aggressive and inhumane handling of pets, unprofessional behavior, unclean office. I will be finding a new vet immediately.

Dr Anderson is one of the best... although front desk receptionists have changed and not for the better... a year ago they had five stars. They seem detached and put off if you ask questions.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Really worked hard to make my animals experience calm and stress free! 2 thumbs up!

I love this vet! But I am not blind that there are problems. The vet is always running behind, normally they say that they took on emergency calls/walk-in. Simple shots take an hour almost every time. Also last time I was at the vet I waited over an hour after the appointment time before my pets were taken back. All those negatives sure but the vets are great, knowledgeable and well priced! Had to get several X-rays and they did not charge me for all of them. They have also given me discounts from time to time on things that they can discount. Also the doctors give back to the community regularly which is fantastic!

Waugh Chapel Animal Hospital is where I have taken my dog to for the past 6 years. Although they do have an issue with wait times usually on the phone and for appointments, they have always done an amazing job with my dog. He got his teeth cleaned there yesterday and I was a nervous wreck! They took all of my checking in calls swiftly, despite an absolutely packed office, and did a beautiful job on his teeth. They also NEVER price gauge you and have very reasonable pricing for their procedures. Thank you for all that you do to the team at Waugh Chapel and thank you for being there for my pup!

Great vet despite COVID slowing down their operations a bit.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My cat came back a new energetic boy. I highly recommend this veterinary.

I will say that the staff is respectful and nice. The problem is more so that this place is either taking on too large a patient load or is horrendously understaffed. The wait times when you arrive for a SCHEDULED appointment is like an hour. Almost always for me since I’ve been going there the last year or so. They take so long to get stuff done, even calling the main line for an appointment is a pain because it’s always busy. Professionalism is great, but from an administrative standpoint it’s not great.

Best place to take your fur kids! Dr.a and crew are very skilled and you'll never regret going. The wait is a little long due to covid, but it's well worth it!

I have lived in multiple states and have had my dog at many vets with great care, fast service and thorough wellness checks. This place is unorganized, absolutely in over their heads with over scheduling appointments and after waiting almost an hour without any conversation I canceled my appointment and will not come back. This is not the first time as well so I gave them multiple chances before making this decision. They are here to charge you an arm and a leg, and quick enough to subscribe meds to your dog like candy without any follow up. Please find another place and prevent this from another customer from happening.

Absolutely the best vet care around. They genuinely care about all the animals they see. They are very busy but worth the wait to get quality care for your pets.

This is a very very busy vet so occasionally you will wait quite a bit to be seen. I will gladly take the occasional longer wait times with how great the staff has always handled my dog who has fear-based reactivity. They are always accommodating - supplying a muzzle when needed, allowing me to wait outside/go directly into a room, working with my dog to get the most pressing needs taken care of without the extra fuss, etc. I've worked with both Dr. T and Dr. Andersen along with a few different techs. All have been respectful of my dog's quirks. My dog has also had extensive skin and allergy concerns - Dr. T didn't quit until we found a solution to her very stubborn ear issues and Dr. Andersen helped me work through her (and continues to!) allergies and never-ending skin issues. I live an hour away and continue to take my dog here!

I had been to 2 other vets where all they cared about was money. Not there they care about the dog. They treated me like family and I finally know what is Wrong with my dog. Thanks for everything.

Staff has always been helpful and friendly. It's a busy BUSY place, but they always find the time to make you and your furbaby feel welcome.

I love this veterinarian office! I've always been pleased with the service and the Doctors. I was especially impressed with how they modified their system for coVid. I appreciate that my appointment time was kept and that the doctor came to speak with me after the exam. They are always very thorough and explain everything clearly to me.

We've taken our beloved pets to Dr. Andersen for years. He's an excellent veterinarian and a true lover of animals. Our pets are our family, and we want the absolute best for them. Which is why we will continue to visit Dr. Andersen for as long as he's practicing! I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the phenomenal squad of vet techs and office staff that work along side Dr. Andersen every day. We've developed relationships with many of them, and have no issues at all entrusting our pets into their care.

Able to get my dog in same day. We unfortunately had to put her down and I was in the hospital. They worked with my roommate and me over the phone to be with my dog as much as possible. I would choose this vet again.
