Worst groomers ever! Don’t waste your time!!

This is a great place! Sebastian has special needs and the team here treats him like a prince. They are great with communicating with me about extra care that he needs while being groomed. I love this place and highly recommend it. Photo credit- Megan Purtell Photography

While Happy Dog is slightly more pricey than other groomers in our area (e.g. PetSmart) the grooming is outstanding. We are never disappointed nor feel like we overpaid.

Have been taking our Cavachon here for couple years now. they always do a great job and highly recommend them.

This place is 10/10 been coming here for two years now and I’ll tell you what my boys love it! Everyone is so friendly! They do book up fast though for large dogs and scheduling a month in advance seems to be the best choice! But they always have great scents and adorable bandanas or ties! Would definitely recommend, plus also a bonus you get text message reminders so I never forget!

Went to Happy Dog for Charlie's nails trim. In and out in 10 minutes with a perfect trim at a reasonable price! Charlie was a happy dog!

Not happy at all with this place. We took our dog here for the first time. The cut was totally uneven. It looks like a complete amateur did this. Come to find out they cut her on her paw and didn't even mention it to me. When I picked her up I saw the fresh blood and instantly asked about it, to which they blamed it on a scab between her toes.... the cut wasn't between her toes, it was right at the top of the toe. And no scab. Really disappointed with this place considering they had good reviews, but the fact that they didn't call and tell me they cut her and I had to find out myself is not good customer service. Not worth the money at all. Do not go here.

We’ve been taking our anxious pup here since we got him to cut his long, sharp nails. Wes has taken care of him since the first day! He’s the only groomer that really make sure they cut all his nails instead of giving up. Really recommend them 10/10 everytime.

The best customer service and my dog loves it there ! No wiggle room for appts ..Unfortunately I am now looking elsewhere I had an emergency and needed 30 mins past my appt time but they cant accommodate.

We love the grooming team at Happy Dog! We have two large very hairy dogs (malamute mixes) and they do a fantastic job with them! It's so great to have a groomer who understands how to groom northern breeds! Also, our dogs are so happy to see them and not anxious at all- that speaks volumes! We have been a customer for 6 months and will definitely keep going back!

***Call ahead to confirm appointment*** I was very pleased with our last visit but incredibly disappointed this morning when I arrived early for my appointment that didn't exist. I made my appointment in early September and even called a second time to confirm as my pup has cancer and a cough, to make sure they could still groom him. I had taken off work and structured my day around dropping off my pup which did not happen. I don't live terribly close so I had to drive home to drop off my pup which then made me late for other appointments. It was suggested that I may have called the other location, which was possible but I confirmed with them that I had no appointment there either. I was offered another appointment, now in November. I can't risk taking off work again to have my appointment lost so I will be going elsewhere. The gentleman that spoke with me was very nice but not able to accommodate the mistake. Just make sure you call ahead to confirm.

Very strict on timing. I lived a mile away and was coming at 12:08pm for the appt at 12:00pm but was told if I was one minute late past 12:15 then I had to reschedule. Let me find a groomer that is a little more understanding, geesh.

They do a fantastic job with my malamute! Fast, friendly and great prices.

I have two dogs that enjoy their spa day at Happy Dog. We’ve been very pleased thus far.

We took our Lab in for nail trimming, bath and ear cleaning. He can’t stand to have his paws touched or nails trimmed. Happy Dog Grooming got it done easily with no problems. We are very pleased and surprised. Our boy looks great and was not at all stressed. ????

Yet another successful grooming for all of our dogs! They look wonderful!

My Lhasa Opsa has been to MANY groomers I became very untrusting after she came back from Petsmart with hip pain. No one seemed to please me or hear what my wants were I saw how good of a rating Happy Dog had and figured I would try it. They completely listened and really did a great job! Thank you for taking care of my baby and she was happy! I will be coming back!

Diamond hasn't had an experience of so much kindness And Love from your Staff in awhile. I know she loved the grooming Because she wasn't shacky Upon my drop off and pick up We love that she doesn't have to wait a looooong time period. So Thanks sooo much Diamond????

The staff is caring and loving. You can tell that they truly enjoy their job and it shows, especially when I came pick up my pug who usually growls and bites. According to the tech at the gooming center!

I have a Husky and we didn’t know what to do with his hair all over the house and our clothes but they did an amazing job with him. After his appointment he was so clean, his paws were so soft and no more hair falling off :)

Love going, and my sweet pup actually likes to go. I got a full service and added teeth cleaning ($10 extra) and they made him so sweet smelling and clean!! Even got a cute bandana for my pup. Awesome customer service. Recommend for teeth cleaning especially.

Every time my dogs come back from this salon, they're always so quiet, so I wonder if they give our 2-year-old DOGS a hard time. They also always get NIPPED every time they return to us. ANOTHER reason to NOT take these dogs here is that they reported my siblings, ( that shall remain nameless ) for something very much UNTRUE. She was putting a BRIGHT blue Pepsi in the trunk of her car, and "mistaked" it for TWO beige dogs. (yeah, right.) If you're reading this, take your dogs, and RUN AWAY.
