I called on a Saturday with an emergency visit request and they got me in in 25 min. Dr Eric was the best vet I have ever had-thorough, engaging and really took his time with my pup. And the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We have been clients at GVAH for 15years. The staff is friendly, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. I do not feel rushed through appointments either, they definitely take quality time with you and your pet. Highly recommend!

The entire Glade Valley team is amazing. I've been overwhelmed caring for my elderly uncle and his cat, Otis after they came to our home unexpectedly. But everyone from the first appointment call to ongoing post-visit follow ups has made us feel at ease in caring for Otis. I'm sorry I don't remember your front desk attendant's name, but they were so so great at answering questions and rescheduling when Otis wasn't compliant in getting into the carrier for our first visit. Emily was so patient during our intake meeting and Dr. Derrenbacher is very kind and did a great job explaining his observations/care plan. It's wonderful to see talented professionals doing something they love and caring for others. Thank you for being a great support to our family!

This is our first time taking our own pet here. Everyone is super friendly and the doctors are very good at explaining everything clearly. The techs that work there are also amazing and are so gentle and sweet with our girl! I highly recommend this practice!

My first visit to Glade was welcoming and made me comfortable with the attention and warmth they showed my pet.

I'm new to the area. My dog was having a problem with her ear. The first place I called couldn't see her for over 3 weeks from the day I called. Glade Valley was able to see her a day and half later...So they get 5 stars just for that. additionally, all the staff (front desk, nurses, Dr) were super friendly and treated my baby like she was their baby. They treated her ear (infection) and she's doing great.

The staff at Glade Valley are wonderful. They know me when I walk in even if we haven’t been there in a year. They are very quick to respond to requests. They take great care of my animals by of course being very kind to them but also suggesting treatment plans and options available.

I am new to the area and chose this business for my dog. I had asked multiple neighbors who they took their dog to. I had to go three days in a row due to discovering my dog had Lymes disease. The staff was warm and welcoming. The vet and assistants took great care of our little Daisy and she is on her way to healing. Every time a test result came the vet called me immediately. What more could you ask for?

I can’t tell you how grateful I am for support my family has been receiving. My Momo, suddenly began showing signs of severe illness and by some miracle Glade Valley was able to see her right away. Momo has begun making good progress, but she still has a long way to go, and I know that this vet will stick with us to till my girl is better or the opposite of that (I’m not ready to even it admit it’s a possibility ????).

Excellent people. Showed up half an hour early (thought I had to fill out paper work) and they took me in after about five minutes of waiting. I left at the time they were supposed to be start my appointment. They work fast and well and are incredibly kind people.

Our experience at glade valley has been exceptional. From the front desk staff to the vet techs to the vet, you get the sense they really care about the animals they see at their practice. Dr. Krammer is knowledgeable & thorough, and is very good with nervous dogs. She works with them instead of trying to overpower them the way other vets do, which makes the visit much less stressful for our pup (I have to carry her in). Dr. Krammer also managed the end-of-life for our elderly family dog last year, and we could not imagine a better vet to trust with our furry family members.

Dr. Krammer was excellent, she followed up with me after the visit and discussed all the issues that I was worries about with my puppet. Care was professional and caring!

We love this practice! Everyone is so nice and they take the best care of my dogs. Even though we have only been using them for a short time, I always feel so welcome when we walk in the door. Highly recommend!

Our yellow lab was sick and coughing over the Labor Day weekend. We called 3 emergency vets who all had automated messages they were closed for the holiday. On Labor Day, Glade Valley Animal Hospital responded (almost immediately) to my message to call first thing in the morning- which I did. They had no available appointments but squeezed Hunter in. Thankfully, they were able to start him on antibiotics for Kennel Cough. We are so grateful for trusting our fur baby with them!

Thanks so much for Glade Valley's excellence in care. I had a very sick senior dog, and the staff went out ot their way to help me get the answers I needed.

Unfortunately our dog has had an issue with an reoccurring ear infection for over a year. Each time I bring her in, the doctors are at a loss and continue to do "trial and error". We have spent so much money at this point; on different medications, treatments, and vet visits. I'm starting to think we may need a second opinion from a new vet. One other thing we are unhappy about is how long each visit takes. Each one is over and hour...sometimes close to TWO hours. We spend this entire time just waiting in our car since they still don't allow people in. It's not sufficient. Especially for families with small children.

I like to thank all the staff that helped me with my pet Lola. Everyone had excellent information and were very informative they also treated my cat with love and care!

This is the first time we have had a dog in 15 years, and we are nervous parents. The Vets and staff at Glade Valley have been reassuring and encouraging, and have taken the time to explain our dog's care along the way. I am very impressed by how they have created a safe corona virus environment that works really well. We are delighted we chose Glade Valley and would recommend it to anyone. Update: Our rescue dog was found to have heartworms in April. Dr. Kramer worked very hard to find the best treatment for her, calling specialists to come up with a plan. She explained every step of the treatment with us, including costs. We are so grateful.

I had to bring 3 pets in a day and they were happy to accommodate. Everything about my visit was wonderful and professional. The vet took the time to answer all of my concerns about my pets and also to provide me with information I hadn't even considered. I felt my fur babies were in great hands with him as well as with the vet techs. The prices were very reasonable, too.
