When going on vacation our pets get their own vacation at the Animal Inn. They love it!

We had to board our dog for the first time and had a very good experience here. Unlike some other places we looked at there wasn't much paperwork to complete and they seem totally comfortable with larger dogs. The price is very reasonable!

I wait a bit until I post a review as I want to be sure about what I am recommending. We are expats and have lived in a couple of countries and have relied on a couple of "dog hotels" to shelter our furry friends while we travel overseas. Animal Inn of Frederick is one of the most professional kennels we have come across. They take excellent care of dogs and make them feel safe and comfortable. We've also had conversations with the owner and she is very responsible, professional and trustworthy and will make you feel comfortable with your decision. The kennel is clean and well taken care of, the price is great but it is the people that make the difference. If you are looking for a "dog hotel" for your furry loved ones, look no further.

So my puppy was needing a grooming bad, they had had a cancellation and was able to get her in in one day. They were very polite and Gina did a nice job on the grooming. Will be using them again.

We just moved here from GA and needed to board our puppy. This business is fantastic, the lobby facility was big and spacious so there was enough room to abide by covid social distancing. The owner is VERY nice, she was super welcoming and informed us they have a military discount after we explained why we were there. We ended up finding out that we couldn’t sign for our house for a couple more days and so we called to see if they could keep our puppy there for a couple more days and she was more than willing to do that. Fantastic facility, highly recommend!

I have been going to Animal Inn of Frederick for many years now. My dogs always look amazing after getting groomed there. The cost is very reasonable and the staff is always caring and attentive. Nicole is a wonderful groomer and takes such good care of our pups. I highly recommend Animal Inn for pet grooming/boarding!

Great kennel! Reasonably priced and nice, clean kennel. Love the walks and that my dog always comes home tired but happy.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT BOARD YOUR PET HERE. After an 8 day trip, I picked him up with an eye infection he did not have prior to boarding as well as fecal all over his behind, they FORGOT what bed and pillow I brought for him and his paws were soaked. I will never come back here for any services.

We’ve had our dog here to board numerous times- Nancy and staff are always friendly, responsive and helpful, and our dog is always excited to be there!

We use this place every time we have gone out of town for the last 5 years. Never been disappointed. Pets are well taken care of and we also got our dog groomed just before we pick her up and they do an awesome job at that also.

The owner really cares about the dogs. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Nicole is the groomer for my little nervous dog, and she is very kind and patient with her. I highly recommend Animal Inn! Kathy P.

When I moved back to the area after spending 10 years in Virginia Beach I was so sad to leave my dog’s groom and board facility but Animal Inn is fantastic and I’m so glad that I found them for my pup!!! They are truly wonderful and whenever I get her groomed she always looks so cute!

First time that I boarded my dog here and I have a regular experience, my dog did not eat with them(more than 24 hours) maybe because he was sad ????‍♀️, I understood that part, but they charged me for 2 days without let me know about it in advance, I dropped my dog at 10am on saturday and asked to pick him up on sunday morning but they told me that they were open on sundays just from 4pm to 6pm, so, I did not have another option, I assumed that it was just 1 day on board $26, but finally they charged me for 2 days $52... I understand that my dog was there for more that 24 hours but that was because of their schedule, and I would not be so upset if they at least would'be told me about it when I dropped him off... very dissapointed with the service but thankful because my dog was kept safe...

Our dog actually looks forward to coming here for boarding believe it or not. We use this place to board our four legged family members while on trips that don't allow dogs. As long as your pet has all its shots and paper records its a hassle free booking, drop off and pickup. Though i recommend you get familiar with pickup and drop off times. Note: if its a holiday there is limited pickup/drop-off so plan ahead. They will provide food our you can provide your own food, and they will feed per your instructions

The greatest boarding facility. Always clean, pets are walked daily, and the owner takes care of your pets special needs. Prices are great. 20 stars.......

What a great place! We found this place in search of a kennel to board our foster dog while traveling. They were extremely easy to work with and most importantly to is is that the dogs get separate walk time as well. Our foster comes home happy when we pick him up!

Use their groomer services for my two large dogs. They come out smelling absolutely amazing in beautiful bandana’s. Staff is always so kind and friendly.

We take our dog here whenever my wife and I go out of town. He absolutely loves going there! They are friendly and take excellent care of the dogs. The price is unbeatable. I highly recommend using this place.

I have taken my dogs here a couple of times and they always come out happy. The members of the staff are friendly and really care about the animals you are trusting them with.

I am always comfortable leaving my Rottweiler in this kennel. They have been fabulous! I highly recommend using them for your pet!
