I will start by saying the company itself may be ok.** My horrible experience was with pet sitter Asta D'Errico. Had it not been for my baby cam & my neighbors I would of never known what she did while in my home. I was able to see her walk through my house into rooms she didn't need to go in to while talking on the phone criticizing my home & family !!! All the while my dog was following her waiting for attention & to be fed.Instead she sat on my couch talking on the phone. She also didn't follow Capital's rules& regulations which my neighbors thankfully caught ! If you dont enjoy pets & just want to berate other people Im sure theirs a better way to do it. You dont need to go into someones home & mistreat their pets & a families trust in you. Again this company may be ok but I will never use them again just because of this horrible person.

My cat and dog love Capital Petsitters! They're professional, easy to schedule, and really care about my pets as if they are their own <3 It's so important to support local business during this COVID craziness. We used them while we went out for a day trip. It was so nice to be able to get out of the house and not feel guilty about leaving the animals at home.

Do not use this company!! Highly unprofessional, rude, and all about monetary profit. Lost my apartment complex key and did not tell me about it until I moved and requested the key - ONE YEAR LATER. …

I was nervous about using a pet sitting service, since I've previously only had friends and family watch my cat. Katie did a great job and I'd definitely recommend her / use her again. Having an older cat with medical issues, it was such a relief that she was very responsive to my emails and left helpful notes describing when my cat received his medications and how he behaved. Very happy with my experience!

I've been using Capital Petsitters for the past year, we have a 15 year old cat who requires daily subcutaneous fluid injections so it was a real relief to find someone qualified to administer the fluids. Patricia's team is extremely professional. Great communication while we're away and their website is extremely user-friendly which makes setting up visitation appointments a breeze. It's a comfort knowing our cat is comfortable in her own house while we're away and being checked on by professionals. We've had several different sitters take care of Puppy and everyone has been kind and communicative, with daily text updates and notes when we return home.

Patricia and her team made sure to make a wrong a right, and I am so glad I gave them a second chance. I was totally put at ease during my consultation, and all of my expectations were met during my dog walking visits. I will use again.

Thank you so much Patricia for coming out to look after Waffle and Hobnob at the last minute! We are home and the girls have given us the "What, you? Not the petsitter! Oh man!" looks. That's the sign that they had a good time. Thank you again and happy new year!
