Nice place to get all your pet needs. Admit some things are way more expensive than online but hey then u don't get to see things for real online not can u get them immediately. I prefer so much to go to the store especially to shop for things that I did not know existed. The pet training classes also are great my pet enjoyed them and I learnt a lot. The large food bags for dogs are not much more expensive than online but u get to see the fully stocked shelves and pick out food that u think works for your pet. DOG Treats are expensive but the constant offers make it some what bearable. The grooming services are okay.

I love my guinea pigs I purchased from here. They were healthy and my kids love them. The staff is so nice, very professional. The store is very clean. Will be back again and again

I want to first give a 1/5 stars to the grooming. I have taken my dog here a few times for a bath and cut but he somehow still comes back with dirt in his paws and nails. They seem to just glaze over them. I give 5/5 stars to a young woman I heard explaining CORRECT hamster care. The cages they sell are horrible and no hamster should live in them.

Cassidy groomed our doodle last week and I can't say enough about the great service! Waffle looked great and he was relaxed and happy when I picked him up. Also, I loved the little note about how he did on the grooming table. Highly recommend! ????

First, they greet every customer with a friendly hello as soon as you enter. That makes me feel secure (they have a feel for how many are in the store) and it gives me the cheery warm and fuzzy. I love their great varieties for my finicky cat. Curbside/in-store pickup is extraordinarily efficient. Their customer service is unsurpassed - I never worry about shopping with PetSmart.

Great place for animal owners or just a cute place to stop by in and see all the smaller creatures. Sometimes you may be lucky and be able to watch a puppy training sesh!

Nice store but cat products are all the way in the very back of the store. Makes me feel like they hate cats and cat owners. Having to get heavy bags of food and/or litter to the front to pay is really tough and inconvenient. Just saying. It's not like parakeet and fish food need to be so close to the front! Chewy's brings it right to my door!

My experience was Excellent I can’t explain it .it is the best Petsmart in Ellicott city I cannot believe I got three parakeets last week and I could not catch them and put them in a box they let me bring the parakeets with the cage to the store I never seen a customer service like this before I would say outstanding excellent I can describe in the other words thank you so much ,I will highly recommend whoever wants to get a pet get it from Ellicott city at national pike Baltimore..????????????????????????????????????????????????????❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

You’re voicemail when you call the phone says where we will do anything for pets. Well that’s a lie, I called to make my dog a grooming appt and was told they had a cancellation and I could bring her tomorrow then ask for my dogs information and age and says oh we don’t do dogs over 13 years old and there isn’t a emergency vet close by to them. First off what the hell did you plan on doing to my dog that an emergency vet had to be close by anyway. Don’t have a recording on the phone if you aren’t doing services to help pets it’s called false advertisement. Glad I found someone else to do my dogs grooming PetSmart won’t get anymore of my money. Very unprofessional then had the nerve to text me about the appt after denying my toy poodle who is 14 service.

Me & Stella had to make our stop for her & Ravens dog food & their Fresh Pet as usual Stella gets her treat from the lady at the register. Oh , and we decided to go visit where the training lessons take place. I decided to take a list of the classes. I filled out a form and put it in the box to talk to someone for some 1 on 1 training. Just what she needs in order to be by my side everyday as my emotional support pet!!!

The staff here is always super helpful. I have a new dog and the staff helped me find everything i needed to welcome her into my home.

Nice place, nice people, decent prices, management is having a little bit of issues, probably Post C-19 headaches...

Was a little uncomfortable with the big dog running around. The owner knew her dog was not friendly with others so I have no idea why she even brought it to the store in the first place. Besides that, the customer service was excellent a gentleman was able to help me find what I was looking for and the cashier was nice and made sure I had everything I needed overall good experience besides the dog and the dog lady.

Excellent PetSmart location with pleasant associates & well stocked. I can usually find what I'm looking for here.

Has a variety of foods,toys,maintenance supplies for my pets...just pricy compared to other pet stores

Had everything we needed. Shelves were stocked nicely... they were out of a few things...however it was over all great.

They have a lot of supplies, but they sold me a sick cat and said it was because of a nasal vaccination. Took her to the vet because the poor kitten was literally blowing snot bubbles and open mouth breathing and the vet said it was a URI. Just goes to show you that the workers at per smart are clueless when it comes to the actual care of their animals and all theyre worried about is making a sale.

Ms Maureen was simply the Best(in pet grooming). The associates were helpful and very friendly with helping me find items for my new puppy. Maxx also loves his little brother.

It is my go to place for my aquarium needs.

Cant avoid visiting for buy supplies but seeing the condition the animals are put in is quite disturbing. Especially the poor hamsters who have to suffer the harsh lighting and rusty wheels. The amount of bedding they provide barely covers the floor sometimes.

Super clean and doesn't smell like animals (some of the other ones I've been to has been bad). And is surprisingly fully stocked with everything you need!
