Petco feels like a friendly mom & pop shop, and they have everything I need for my pups.

The Sales Associates are the best. I have visited the store in the last month and the associates were extremely helpful and helped me with my purchases.

I love Petco in comparison to other pet shops. I always order online abs pick up in store and they are always super fast with filling my order. Most of the time they fill my order in under an hour. I got my dogs nails clipped and the groomer girls were so professional and gentle. Did I mention this Petco always has an amazing clearance section . I always get great toys for my girl dog who is a super chewer in this Petco’s clearance bin. I just love the Petco in Columbia, MD!

Items were as ordered and were available within an hour. Items were delivered to my car in less than 5 minutes after I arrived. That's all you can ask for.

The groomer did an excellent trim of Frisky's face and feet and included nail trim for the best price on town. Very happy.

Have supplies I need for my pets.

Better prices than the online on the dog food I buy. Not so great for aquatic turtle supplies. I use Walmart for that.

Store was very clean, easy to navigate and staff was all friendly and helpful. Prices are comparable to other stores, esp if you have an active free pals membership with petco. I shopped in store and also picked up an online order without issue and checking out was super quick. They also price match to their website prices so always double check website for savings. The litter box I got was over 15 dollars cheaper online and they quickly adjusted at register to match when I showed them on my phone.

Local store for me. It has an extensive inventory, especially dog and puppy foods and snacks. Prices are favorably competitive compared to other pet stores in the area. If you keep fish, this store has an impressive variety of products as well.

The store is always clean in the staff are always helpful and friendly. However I have found that many of the items I frequently purchase are no longer in stock so that becomes frustrating. Their change in the brands that carry is unfortunate.

I really like Petco. They have a great variety of toys (including educational and puzzles) to keep your companion engaged, happy, interested and, as a bonus, they can provide much needed mental and physical stimulation. They have a variety of food brands that are curated to ensure each meets the nutritional needs of your companion. They offer options such as canned, dry, fresh (refrigerated) and almost everything in between. I use the repeat delivery for food as I get both Large Breed and Tiny Bites for Adults. I love that they don't charge fees even though they're set at different intervals. Plus, I get an email reminder as it's getting ready to ship. They offer the option to add other items I may need, too. It's saved me a number of trips between deliveries. If, however, you're looking for the cheapest food made, you'll need to look elsewhere. Petco strives to ensure your companion thrives, not just survives. Petco is my go-to for all our pet needs. Their prices are competitive and, often times, lower than their competitor's.

Always have our orders ready in a very short time after placing orders. Staff are always friendly and quick to assist. The pick up area for orders is conveniently located directly outside the front entrance.

Terrible place. Save your time and just go to petsmart instead. Waited in their only line with 6 people ahead of us. They opened a new lane which we went to. After only checking out 2 people the cashier shut down the lane. We then had to go to the back of the original line again at the end. Check out process was literally going to take a half an hour. Saved time by leaving and driving down the road to petsmart. Petsmart has 2 of 3 lanes and after a line had 3 people they opened their third lane. Better customer service. Better quality. Cleaner store. There is quite literally no reason to go to petco in its current state.

It is always a pleasure to visit Petco. It is clean, peaceful and easy to find what I'm looking for. Very pleasant.

Ridiculous prices - $10 higher per item (litter pan, litter scooper) than offered online. Clean store, decent inventory, but prices were outrageous.

I was in the area with my puppy and she needed her nails cut so I called ahead and they told me I could bring her on in... Didn't take long at all very friendly staff will definitely take her back when she needs them done again...

Very nice fish store. Usually more variety of fish than other local PETCO or PETSMART and better care in my opinion since they are healthier than those from other location.
