I am so pleased with Aussie Pet Groomers of Howard County. I appreciate the excellent customer service, always notifying me of my dog’s upcoming grooming service, follow up of the service with skilled and caring groomers. I highly recommend this service. I’m so comfortable and at ease that my “sweet boy”Grant is having a happy experience.

Requests for pricing using the website's contact portal have gone unanswered. Moving on to another firm willing to respond to potential customers.

I’ve used Aussie Mobile Pet Grooming for my puppy a few times and I love that she can be groomed right in the truck in my driveway. The groomers are prompt, professional and always do a great job. She looks like a brand new puppy after every grooming. Plus it’s easy to schedule an appointment with their very responsive staff.

I have used Aussie Pet Mobile for the first time this past week and I have nothing but great things to say about them. My appointment was at 7:00 in the morning, I have received the text message the day before about who will be grooming my dog, and also got a call in the morning 30 minutes prior of the arrival. Catina arrived at my place little after 7 and I brought my dog to the van. The van was very clean and it was all AC equipped so it would remain comfortable temperature for my dog. I wanted my golden retriever to have some what shaved down cut, but not too short, I showed Catina the picture I had in mind and she said it won't be a problem. Catina call me in the middle of grooming to make sure that the length was exactly what I wanted and I really appreciated it. I read other reviews and some of the complaint was the price. It was some what expensive, if I don't have to drop my dog for half day, (most of the time in crate), no need to purchase shampoo, conditioner, flooded bathroom, unclogging, and drying for hours and many more, it was worth every penny. It really is and I strongly recommend Aussie Pet Mobile!

My groomer Holly did an amazing job on my baby. I told her what I wanted and she delivered just that. She was on time (early actually) and her work was flawless. I found my new groomer.

I found Aussie Pet Mobile during COVID and it was really easy to get into their regular rotation. They are super responsive to texts and scheduling appointments. In fact, they’ve been early to my past few appointments and really good with giving ETAs or updating me if there are appointment changes (I.e someone canceled) plus they are very flexible. Although I started this because of COVID, I will definitely continue using them, makes grooming my dog so much easier!

I cannot wait to use Aussie's again. Super accomidating and professional ????

They are charging me $115 for a 4 pound Yorkie? It doesn't make much sense to me why they would charge that much for such a small dog. Alyssa was very rude to me when we spoke. Don’t want to work with them.

Aussie Pet Mobile is great! I love that they come to my house and that the grooming only takes about an hour. Before when I had to take my dog to the groomer, she would be there for hours and she did not like going there at all. Now she feels more comfortable, and she doesn’t have to get herself worked up in the car ride either ???? Also it’s nice to have the same person get to know my dog, and she takes such good care of her! Highly recommend!

They come to your home and groom your dog in their outfitted grooming van. The groomers are all very nice but you can ask for the same one every time. About the same cost as what you would pay at PetSmart or Petco but there is no waiting and your dog doesn't have to wait in a crate without you. Perfect for my nervous Chihuahua mix. Excellent service.

Wanted to share my experience with groomer, Maggie, she was absolutely awesome!!!!I She went far and beyond her groomer duties, I really can't say enough good things about her. I would highly recommend her as a groomer with this service.

Really happy with the job Aussie Pet Grooming does with my pup! She is a Havanese, so lots of hair, and her wash and cut is always PERFECT! Love that they come to me, and put my pup at ease before grooming her. Highly recommended!

Aussie Pet Moble is an awesome mobile grooming company! From the owner to the groomers, I have always had great service and wonderful interactions. The groomers are well trained and great with my pup, who has separation anxiety. I highly recommend!

I love this place. I love going to holly she was recommended by a friend and she has not disappointed. I do wish they came and serviced my zip code right now I have to drive to my friends house 10 min up the road to get my pup groomed. But other than that 5/5

We are new puppy owners. Monica came to groom our little guy and she was fantastic. He was abandoned as a newborn so he has some separation anxiety. She made him feel comfortable and by the end of the grooming, he was giving puppy kisses and thanking her for giving him an awesome spa day. We would highly recommend Aussie Pet Mobile Grooming and to go one step further, would be more than pleased to recommend Monica for your dog's grooming needs. She was really excellent, on-time, very friendly, and worked hard to put an energetic puppy at ease. We would be pleased to have Monica return for our pup's next grooming. We've found this company is very reliable and works well with our cats. Not many groomers seem to like grooming cats, but these guys have done a great job each time they've been out!

Aussie Pet started providing their services to our dog Skipper for over a year now. They do a great job with the grooming and follow our directions. It’s so convenient specially now with the pandemic. I will keep using them. Highly recommended

I have an older dog who is now mostly blind and deaf. As a result, he became skittish. I didn’t want to take him to his usual grinning place because too much was going on. I tried Aussie Pet and Tina shows up on time, is done quickly and does a great job and my little guy seems very calm because it is just him and her.

I started using Aussie Mobile about a year ago. They were very good about the transition with COVID. The owner is very responsive and immediately replies with appointment times and dates. And is very flexible if you need to be squeezed in last minute. My dog also has a much better grooming experience with this crew than at a pet store. In general it does take 4 to 6 weeks to get an appointment so plan ahead!

The groomer does an excellent job cleaning up my sweet Raven! This business is professional responsive, a great value and convenient.

Quick to respond but a long waiting list. Best to get on a recurring schedule.

I would highly recommend Aussie Pet Mobile. Less stress on my dog to just go from the house, to the mobile and back. No wait time in a crate. The groomers are all excellent. Very professional. A bit pricier than other grooming companies, but worth it.

We’ve been using this company for over a year now and they’ve been responsive and reliable. They do a wonderful job answering questions and taking requests for specific cuts for our two dogs. We have been happy with the ease of them coming to the house and being covid safe. Finally they have been incredibly patient with our dogs and their sporadic whining.
