Absolutely would not recommend!! What a nightmare! Heather the office manager and Kristen were absolutely disrespectful and were extremely condescending when dealing with people who are frustrated because they were promised information two times and had to hound them for it. I had a pregnant dog and the doctor only cared about adding costs to my bills but wouldn’t offer me any advice on what to expect, look for, or tips on what to do or expect for whelping dog. In fact I paid about $180 for an X-ray… and they not only took just one photo, they said they would send me the picture via email but I had to call twice to ask them to send it. First the day of, and then the next day.. because allegedly only a couple of people can email them? As if it wasn’t easier to just email it while you had the photo up on the screen and we’re babbling about nonsense irrelevant to the visit. When I tried to schedule a checkup visit for my newborn litter and mama dog. I had asked for estimate on cost for vaccinations, allergy tests, as well health tests for my two dogs in addition to the new litter vaccinations. This is a lot of information that I am trying to gather to best provide for my situation and care for my animals. I was warned not to come here by people on Nextdoor app and quite frankly I should have listened! With so many other vets nearby I am frustrated. I have also mental health issues in which one of my dogs is my service animal and these people have absolute zero regard to triggers that people might have and are absolutely inconsiderate of peoples frustrations from dealing with repeated disregard of following through with what they promise their customers. Sometimes cheap services are due to cheap customer service and this place proved that. Not to mention their rooms don’t look like they clean them regularly. Verma doesn’t followup or offer and security or compassion towards the people bringing their animals. I think that bets are backed up all around that they are benefiting from sacrificing on customer service because of the shortage in vet check appointments. But anyway, read the bad reviews and pay attention the to the patterns because I sure saw them but I definitely ignored them smh. Paws and Claws has been more than happy to take over and is down the street and they are not only more careful with customers and staff, they are still practico safety measures which is comforting.

Great view. Fun atmosphere and good food. A bit pricey, but enjoyable. Good 'crush' drinks aren't cheap so but nice after a hot day on the water.

We are active Duty Military. This vet was money hungry and did not seem to care about our pet. We got moved to a new station. This vet would not accept the medical records from the previous vet. Rather than an office visit they wanted to charge us for a new set of expensive tests.

Excellent staff. They tell me all the prices ahead of time and give great care. Dr.Lida is the best veterinarian I've ever met. She is so kind, explains everything so well and gives many options regarding my cat's health and costs.

I absolutely love this animal hospital! All of the workers have been extremely kind and helpful each time we have gone. They helped my family take good care of our furbaby until he passed and now we bring our other ones here and they always receive the same love and care! Definitely would recommend their services!

The vets/ nurses here are rude I’ve literally watched 2 nurses who stood in front of the window of my room laugh and point at Me and my dog for some reason? They don’t go into detail when describing pets condition, don’t do anything to comfort scared pets. Prices are WAAAAAY too expensive. Just ugh. The female vet was better but she quit working here. Yeah all the staff are just trash. Especially the younger ones.

They've been great. I've been bringing my dog here for a couple years. Dr. Verma has always been excellent at explaining things and the techs and front desk have always been pleasant and helpful.

I brought my cat for her first visit to the Vet, and neither the vet and nor the Vet tech were able to clip her claws and unfortunately we came here for this reason.

Our dog goes there for all his exams and for occasional boarding. The staff is very caring, as is Dr. Verma. I haven't shopped around much for vet care recently, but it seems to have gotten more costly for the same things. But it is wonderful care.

This place was good for my first time vet appointment since it's covid it was curbside but the doctor talked to me on the phone after the visit and told me what he saw and everything. Very inexpensive total with exam and 2 prescription was $99. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because my dog and I had to wait 25minutes before they took her into see the Vet. I definitely feel comfortable taking my dog here though!

While most dogs hate going to the vet, my little girl gets excited every time we get out of the car and she realizes where she is. She gets her medical care, weight advice, grooming (beauty appointments), and camp (kennel) all in one place. The staff treat her like a friend and she adores everyone. The care is quality and the cost is industry comparable.

They we're okay for the most part, but the services took a long time and it seemed like they didn't really care about our dog. To the point where they couldn't remember what gender our dog was and had me wondering whether we were talking about the same dog. I probably won't be going again.

Friendly and helpful staff, and good prices. I drive from Baltimore because the care is great and costs less than most places in the city.

Two stars because honestly, we received decent care here overall, and the staff is nice - kind and caring. Cannot say the same for Dr. Verma, and his attitude around end-of-life decisions. In 2014, our fifteen year old cat Spike stopped eating. Tests at Elkridge Animal Hospital determined he had cancer. When we went to pick him up, we could hear him howling in pain even before he was brought into the room. Dr. Verma told us that Spike was going to die in the coldest, most unsympathetic manner imaginable. He was not open to the idea of at home euthanasia, and unwilling or unable to recommend any veterinarian who was. As soon as he understood we weren't going to pay him to put our cat to sleep, Dr. Verma turned and walked out of the room. Spike was in serious pain, so we called Dr. Verma back into the room and asked for painkillers to lessen his suffering until a home visit could be arranged with a different vet. Dr. Verma then lectured us about our cat becoming dependent on painkillers - as if that should even be a consideration for a cat he'd just informed us had only days to live. At this point I started crying. Spike was howling in his carrier, and Dr. Verma was more worried about the abuse of feline pain meds than ensuring his patient didn't suffer. My husband literally had to beg this doctor for the medication. He gave us two pills, and walked out without another word. He didn't say, "I'm sorry for the bad news," or, "I understand how you must feel." Instead he said nothing, showed no compassion or concern for the obvious pain of the animal in his care, or for the sorrow of the animal's guardians. When we got Spike home, he couldn't walk anymore, and was still howling in pain. Online, we found a wonderful, compassionate veterinarian willing to make house calls. He sent Spike to rest that night around 10pm. A month after Spike's passing, we received a lovely sympathy card from Elkridge Animal Hospital. Several staff members signed it. Do I even need to mention Dr. Verma's signature was not among them? I will NEVER take another animal to see this doctor. A cardboard cutout of a veterinarian has more compassion.
