Dr.Kerns was AMAZING! She was so pleasant and very informative about just what our furbaby needed. My husband and I had been debating on changing Vets for a long time now as we were very dissatisfied with our last Vets unpleasant attitude and very “mute” on information when we asked for it. I am so happy we made the choice and switched to Dr.Kerns !

Doctors are amazing and compassionate to the pets, and their owners ... even available by phone in case of a pet emergency or when far away from home. Support staff are also wonderful and well trained!

One of my Siamese boys had an urgent medical issue on a Saturday several months after we moved here. Hadn’t had time to find a new vet. The people at Midshore were so kind when I called (unlike a few other places in town) and got us in same day. I am now a customer for life and would not go anywhere else. Also, they have hours on Saturday and Sunday, which is so wonderful for those of us that work long hours during the week. Grateful to have found them. Highly recommend!

Midshore Veterinary Service has provided services to sweet Hines since she was three months. She is eleven now and we wouldn’t want anyone else to care for her. We’ve always been able to obtain an appointment in a reasonable time. All of the staff from the front desk, Vet Assists, and doctor are so kind and compassionate. Midshore Vet feels like family.

Having Midshore close by gives me great piece of mind as I know they care about, and provide great care for Lizzy, Henry and Ringo. The service is always professional and friendly, procedures and meds are clearly explained and I never feel pressured. The facility is clean and spacious and it's an extremely well run practice, from initial response to inquiries to smart, sensible health, safety and covid protocols.

Been with mid shore for bout 4 years now . Very friendly and great with me animals i have dogs and I rescued some cats years ago and and even tho one is still skittish to who she don't know they still do what they can to help her definitely have a cat whisper in there lol. I love this vet and won't go any where els.

They took very good care of my dog but it was expensive.

Best vets and staff ever! Very knowledgeable! And have been overly kind to me and mine during at least my time in the USA! (18yrs) although doctors have changed at mid shore Dr Steve Harris has made it his priority to (excuse the pun) vet the new doctors thoroughly making sure the practice is the best along with the service! He treats your animals the same as his animals! "The best way possible" and all the staff listen to your pets problems as you relay them! And some!

Very good service! The staff is kind and very informative. In bright multiple kittens here for wellness appointments and when something was wrong and they were all gods experiences!

I have seven animals that I take to Midshore, so needless to say I communicate with them a lot. They are always polite, personable and most importantly knowledgeable. They have never had a problem taking time to talk with me or to answer my many questions in a way that's easy for me to understand. It's obvious that they love their job and they love their patients.

They were great with helping our African Grey George fly free

I drove my duck over an hour to this place. It was well worth my time. The veterinarian came outside to discuss my duck as if that duck was the only concern in his world at that very moment. Words can't say how nice and caring he was. As if that wasn't enough, his assistant is meeting me this Saturday on her day off to give me her duck wheelchair because her duck has just passed away. Talk about going out of their way and above and beyond.

Absolute the best place to take your fur babies. The staff is excellent, caring.
