I have zero complaints! Everyone was super nice and they took care of him and saved his life after another vet told me there was nothing they could do. He was given an antibiotic and anti inflammatory for his pain and he is a brand new …

Everyone was fantastic!! Even though we moved and no longer used your services, there was no hesitation to welcome us back when we had an emergency and nowhere else was available! We will definitely continue to come back even though it’s …

Thankful that they were able to see my newly acquired tortoise so quickly. Everyone was great in offering advice and excellent information since this type of pet is new to me. He’s taking his medications well and his URI is getting better.

They were very kind and took the time to explain what was happening with my dog. They never made it seem like they were rushing me to get to the next pet.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. I appreciate the level of honesty in regards to my special needs dog’s condition and prognosis. The care is very professional and well-rounded.

I took one of my Boxers to have her leg evaluated for possible physical therapy. Every staff member I spoke to or dealt with personally was incredibly pleasant, helpful and kind. They also took excellent care of my girl and the doc took plenty of time with me to explain everything. I would highly recommend this practice for your pet's care.

I called Monday morning with a sick pup and they were able to squeeze us in their already busy schedule that day. They provided us with all of the needed information for at home treatment and explained everything thoroughly.

Took my pup in for her first set of shots. Gave her a welcome bag with a month worth of heart worm and flea&tick meds plus a chew toy! Super professional and knowledgeable, very caring and took their time to answer questions. Will definitely be back!

The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. Dr Thompson spent a lot of time with us answering our questions, etc.. It was very obvious to us that he and his staff love animals.

Nobody's better than the entire staff at E.V.C.! We and all of our pets love them and have for the past 17 years. They are the GOLD STANDARD for medical professionals. They should get 10 stars!

Very professional staff that is always available when we need them. Even during extreme renovations to their facility, they remain efficient, personable and provide tender care.

I had an emergency visit for my son's cat who is not even a patient at the clinic. The staff was very courteous and empathetic. They fit him into their busy schedule and then told me that they appreciated my patience and even apologized for my having to wait after a more serious emergency case arrived. Dr. Thompson was compassionate and made sure that I understood and agreed with the plan of care. They made my son's kitty feel better (and probably saved his life).

My dog had an infected foot and needed urgent treatment on a Saturday. I called several vets and could not get an appointment unless I was a current client, but They saw my dog that morning and got her taken care of in a very caring manner and followed up.

Not a good place, they are very unprofessional, doesn't respond to questions, both Dr.Thompson and wife could use a course or two in professionalism and customer service!!! I don't normally write reviews, but after my daughter's experience today, I simply could not!!! And I'm convinced Rebecca, needs some sort of TREATMENT!!! Definitely don't recommend you take your pets here!!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Rebekah and Dr. Thompson lack professionalism. Neither one of them can handle questions or the ability to express concerns without becoming upset. Rebekah literally yelled at the top of her lungs information that was never asked. I honestly feel sorry for her. She must live a terrible life to come to work and speak to customers who are helping that dreadful place stay afloat. I have never been so disgusted and down right embarrassed to be affiliated with such a place. Dr. Thompson not only lied to me he also hung up on me because I didn’t agree with him excusing Rebekahs hostile behavior. They both could benefit from a customer service course along with therapy.

I brought my dog in for dental work today and my experience was less than stellar. I’m honestly quite surprised because I’ve brought my dog here before and felt well taken care of by Dr. Thompson and his staff. Actually, I drove 6 hours from North Carolina because I was confident that my dog would be properly cared for. Unfortunately today, amongst other mishaps, I was notified that my dog needed an extraction that would cost an extra several hundred dollars. When I asked to speak with the vet himself about what was needed, I was met with hostility and apathy from Dr. Thompson, who made it clear that he did not care to be on the phone with me or speak with me about my dog’s condition. That conversation was so unpleasant that I no longer felt comfortable under his care, and have now opted to have another vet preform the procedure. I was previously very angry about the treatment today, but I am now just disappointed. I brought her here because I trusted Dr. Thompson to take care of her and he let us down.

Thank you to Dr. Thompson for seeing my newly adopted senior lab, Sonic, on Memorial Day even when you were closed. I sincerely appreciate the care you gave him. Dr. Thompson could not have been more kind to the both of us. Thank you!!

I don't know if I could say more amazing things about Dr. Thompson and his team! While I do not permanently live in the area, they have helped me with emergencies involving my cat multiple times and have always been so accommodating, kind, understanding, and professional. Truly the best vet clinic I have ever used!

I don't think my experience could have been any better. I am beyond happy with everything Easton Veterinary Clinic and Rehabilitation Center did for Sissy, my cat. Her vet she used to go to, is closed on the weekends. So when my little sweetie was very sick on a Saturday, I started calling every other vet anywhere near us to try to get an appointment. Every place I called up until Easton Veterinary Clinic, couldn't see her, even when I explained she wasn't eating or moving much and had been sick for a couple days. I was terribly upset and felt helpless, like there was nothing I could do to save my fur baby. When I called their office, I was treated with understanding and kindness from the first minute of our conversation. They found a way to squeeze us in, even though it was a Saturday and they were busy. And even understood I didn't have a lot of money as well. Dr. Thompson took time to explain everything to me, so I could understand. Dr. Thompson and the entire staff were kind, understanding, caring and respectful throughout the entire time. They even called to check up on her a couple days later. Thanks to them, Sissy is back to the sweet, playful cat she was before she got sick. I am forever grateful to them and I don't want Sissy to go to any other vet.

I appreciated your help so much as Nellie had a serious seizure and you, Dr. Thompson, saw us on an emergency basis. Your staff was helpful and caring. I was afraid and upset and you took care of me too with your helpful words, meds and your referal back to Nellie's regular vet. I am so pleased to know there is a vet in town who will see my dogs in an emergency. Thank you!

Can't comment on the actual building as COVID restrictions kept me outside, but everyone there was super friendly, not to mention very understanding and compassionate. I especially appreciated the welcome bag, and the follow-up call the next day. My dog ultimately passed away the following day, but that was no fault of EVC as they got me in the same day as an emergency and did all they could do for him considering the conditions.

We had a first time visit for a second opinion on our 12 year old dogs persistent cough. She is 12 years old and the visit was both reassuring and completely thorough. The Dr. kept us informed by phone, throughout her visit. He made sound and reasonable recommendations. I would highly recommend to anyone who values their pet to seek this Veterinary Clinics services. 4+ Stars.
