Everyone at the Dover, DE facility was so helpful and kind! We had plenty of time to meet our new pup and no one made us feel rushed or pressured.It was obvious that they were all animal lovers and really took pride in the work they did and services they provided ❤️

Picked up a new Kittie from them. They were very nice and helpful!

Very respectful staff and caring when it came time to have to put my dogs down. Two of our dogs went after our senior dog. I surrender them and when it came time to out the dogs to sleep. The staff was kind and understanding in a hard time. Only dealt with them that one time but highly recommend them just based on the compassion they have for people and pets.

Adopted Miss Ginny in March . She was 6 weeks old . It was love at first site . We have had her now for 6 months and have watched her develop her personality . She has given us so much joy and laughter . We love her so much and glad she is part of our family

I had an appointment they said they called us but they didn't they said they don't clip dog toenails only on Mondays why would you set up an appointment for Thursday if you don't cut nails on Thursday I rode 36 miles for nothing

Great place for finding unconditional love on 4 legs

Unfortunately, the Vet had an early emergency on a Monday morning, so we did not get to ask many questions. First time going there and will attempt to return for next year's Annual check-up. Low on supplies and no Rabies' tags.

Donated cat food that my cat changed his mind over, AGAIN. Facility was clean. One very pushy cat must have been new. 3 cats wouldn't move from the corners. So I gave them some extra loving.

I'm disappointed I tried to take some kittens and mothers there it seems my place is drop off fir mothers to be cats,I needed help I wanted them to take them so they could get good homes and be fixed,they say to quit feeding the cats,can't let them go hungry

It's hard to find, but it is behind the airbase.

The people there are very nice.

Got me in quick when everyone else told me not until July/August!!

I will never ask this place for help again, I tried to willingly surrender my dog and it was a emergency situation and they refused to help or take her, they kept referring me.to other places who also wouldn't take the dog.

Very efficient, however telephone contact is difficult

All I can say is that I thank God for Brandywine Valley SPCA Thank you for everything that you do and for the help with my cats.

DONATIONS from people who CARED ABOUT TAKING CARE OF ANIMALS and not the paycheck of those who chose to work there..! SPCA...Created by CARING PEOPLE and DONATIONS! And due to my last experience with someone at this facility. This is something I beleive they need to be reminded of!!!

Nice welcome staff, clean and neat dog lens the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because I wasn't able to find my forever buddy
