Dr Golden and the staff are so awesome! Recently our Lola was very sick and they took her right away. After hydrating her and bloodwork we were sent home. She was 75% herself the next day. Dr Golden called on a Sunday to check in to see how she was doing. He is the best! We won’t go any where else with our Princess! We love you all!

We brought our cat in a few days ago for an asthma diagnosis/treatment and had a great experience. Everyone that we interacted with was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond. The veterinarian took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all of our questions, and they even helped us when our car battery had issues while waiting curbside. We are extremely happy with the care and service that our cat received here and would definitely recommend!

Not only did the veterinarian personally come out to explain what was wrong with our dog, but typed and print all of the details and instructions to helping our dog recover from his illness. They are the best!

I'm very grateful and pleased for the service received for my 7 yr old cat. The Vet Tech and Veterinarian took their time to explain what was going on. My cat received a couple of Prescriptions (1 Rx I received there... the other was easily filled at Weis Pharmacy on Rt1 in Laurel, MD), a Special Food, and Fluid, to assist w/ his bowels blockage. A couple of days later...he's beginning to become his active self again.

They were fantastic- the tech working with the vet was amazing at explaining everything to me (including in the cold, outside for curbside!!). Dr Kenarky (sp) was amazing with my dog: thorough in his exam details for me and really great. I’m happy I switched to them!!!

You can fully trust that your pet will receive thorough and loving care here. The doctors do what they do because they LOVE and CARE about animals. My recent adoptee received the BEST of care and is already feeling better.

The doctors and staff always take great care of our cats. They always take the time to communicate results and answer all questions. They are kind and understand, without being judgmental about our (overweight) cat.

Update 11/11/2021 changed from 5 stars to 3, the staff has made numerous mistakes on scheduling and prescriptions. They gave us the wrong prescription for our dog and then wouldn't take it back. One of my dogs, Shilo, is a patient of Dr. Golden. She was recently diagnosed with Stage 4B cancer and doesn't have much time left. I don't think I'd be able to handle this as well as I have without Dr. Golden, Jessica, Mike and the rest of the staff at Veterinary Housecall Service and Clinic. I move around a lot and have taken my 3 dogs to many vets. Dr. Golden is by far the most knowledgeable and compassionate vet I've ever encountered, let alone the best vet in Maryland. I live in Upper Marlboro, MD and I have no problem taking the 30min drive to their office in Crofton, MD. Dr. Golden, Dr. Kanakry and the staff at Veterinary Housecall Service and Clinic are responsive, transparent and most importantly I don't just feel like they care for Shilo, I know they do. I'm reminded of it every time I have any contact with the office whether by phone or in person. What I'm going through with Shilo is one of the saddest parts of my life, but every day I thank God for Dr. Golden and Veterinary Housecall Service and Clinic.

Nothing but praise for this place. Been taking my Havanese puppy here since we got him a year ago. He goes in happy and comes out happy for all of his exams, vaccinations, etc. The staff are all friendly and it is EASY to tell that they care for their patients.

The doctor comes out and brings our pup out at the end of the visit so she can tell us how Rosie did during the visit and ask if we have any questions - which we always do. Dr. Schmoll is always very patient and gives us lots of good advice. Dr. Golden is awesome as well!

I searched far and wide for a vet that would accommodate my 30-second cat. I'm grateful I found Veterinary Housecall Service and Clinic, and I happily drive 40 minutes to bring my cat here. The veterinarians and technicians at this clinic are such compassionate individuals, each with a strong moral compass. The last time I prepared my cat for a visit, she willingly walked into her carrier. I highly recommend this place. The services are affordable too.

Dr. Schmoll is the best, most caring vet we have ever worked with. She is understanding, sympathetic, and patient. She has a great rapport with her staff as well as with our dog Maggie. Maggie came to use with many health problems and Dr. Schmoll has been able to help us address them and find long term solutions. With her help, our dog's quality of life has improved greatly. The rest of the staff is pleasant, patient, and understanding of your time and needs. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Dr.Fenner and Dr.Golden are the best vets in the area. Dr.Fenner is very knowledgeable and her sweet personality adds to her attributes Dr.Golden is all about his patients and will do what he can do give his patients the care and love they deserve

Really every visit goes very smoothly and timely. Both the doctors and techs are very knowledgeable,friendly, and helpful. The offices are always very clean.

I love our vet Dr. Fenner! She is so compassionate and knowledgeable. It's easy to set up an appointment and order medicine/food. I love that they came to my car to get my doggie as a Covid precaution. Overall very pleased with them.

Came out to put our cat down. We didn't have an appointment, but they were able to see us same day. Dr. Golden was amazing and really made a bad experience as easy as possible for us. Thank you
