Wonderful Dr...and didn't try to sell me things..just options to decide myself

I’ve had good experiences here and their prices are pretty fair. They’re pretty nice and caring. Knocked down a star because of one time a dog I had was recommended to be put down, but after I pleaded for a muscle relaxer, the dog was back to normal. I don’t blame the vet because my pup was very old and it was difficult to diagnose. Also, the facility is a little worn… just lower quality building materials and furnishings.

Front desk is horrible . No customer service skills at all . When I called to say I need an appointment because my cat has blood in his urine all the girl could say was the next appointment is Dec 6 . I said to her do you not understand he has blood in his urine when he went on the floor her reply was ok the next appointment is dec 6 or you can bring us a urine sample. At this point I am getting extremely upset asked to have a dr call me all the girl could say was ok . Not I am so sorry let me see what we can do to maybe get you an emergency appointment, just ok you can call back today or call to see if anyone cancels. I was so angry that I told the girl I am looking for a new vet and hung up . I think this young lady needs to get a new job where all she has to do is say OK

I’ve been taking my dog here for several years and now added our puppy to the roster. We moved about 25 min away but still prefer the care and service of the staff at Crofton Vet Center.

I love this place. Take real good care of my pet.

We've gone to Crofton Veterinary for 13 years. Drs Russell, Harker, and Rudd always made our Magic comfortable throughout that time. 5 stars

4 minute tech visit for a booster shot costs 34.95.!! Shot cost $35 Something is just not right. Doesn’t matter how much they care for your pet, they are ripping you off people . Run!!!! 20 plus years using this practice and we are leaving . It’s all about the money, not the animals .

The CVC Vets and Staff are second to none. Drs. Russell, Maxson, Rud, and Harker have been caring for my 10-yr old Boxer Bishop for 7-years and they always provide him with the best care and love as if he were their own pet. Their genuine care and passion for providing optimal health care for animals is why I am a devoted customer of CVC. Additionally, the staff are fantastic, friendly, and a joy to interact with. This was my initial appointment . Every person with whom I dealt was professional, skilled, kind and courteous. Dr. Rudd was exceptional. She was clear in her explanations and answered my questions. Elizabeth, the Medical Tech, was extremely helpful and provided excellent support and assistance throughout the visit.

Just very very slow! Lots of waiting. Vet was great though! Very kind staff!

They are so caring and helpful. I have a difficult fur baby and they are understanding and gentle with her. Would not go anywhere else.

The entire staff was wonderful with my 2 new rescues. Both Nanook and Sir Barnabas ran off with vet tech with their tails wagging. The Doctor was super helpful and nice.

Staff is always nice and professional. Our vet is the best in the area and hardly ever try to push products that we don't need for our pets. Highly recommended if you need a good vet in the Gambrills area.

The people at CVC always take great care of Indee and me - like family. They're all very communicative, understanding, and go above and beyond. I live an hour and a half away, and still make the drive in order to be able to be in these great hands!

The vet technicians and the veterinarians are all very friendly and helpful and you know your pet is being well cared for.They are also really good a keeping to appointment slots and they will have you and you in and out in a reasonable time. I would certainly recommend Crofton Veterinary Center to any pet owner.

My family is PCSing overseas and CVC has been great. Dr. Russell and Sarah have been particularly great at ensuring all the necessary care and paperwork has been completed. Highly recommended.

All the doctors are really good here and it's a very clean veterinary hospital and they give excellent care.

THE BEST VETRANARY CLINIC ANYWHERE My family hated used them for over 50 years in their original location in Upper Marlboro(Squire).If you want Doctors that really car about your pet and charge you the same or less than many other Vetranarians.

Greatful for having a great place who was available to take care of my dog especially during this difficult time. This is my VET but unexpectedly my dog had a laceration on his pad. Being able to have Dr Rudd and her staff take exceptional care of my dog was a Blessing. Love the care and calls they made making sure he was ok. Thanks so much.
