I called to make a emergency appointment for my cat ???? They were not nice and helpful and I can't afford to take my cat to expensive vet and I was told you this place was reasonable

I have been taking my dog here for 7 years since he was a puppy. For the past few years, I have mentioned a cough he’s been having at every wellness visit even with a video recording of it. The vet as not concerned so I was not concerned. I went to a different vet for a second opinion after my dog had a more serious episode and he was diagnosed with tracheal collapse. I really regret not seeking a different vet sooner. Would not recommend this vet to anyone.

Very disappointed. Called to get appointment and got automatic recording asking me to send text message instead. Sent text and told to go to website to fill out a form. Filled out form and sent text. Hours later still no response so I sent another text and was told to fill out another form in order to schedule and that they could then see me late August/early September. With the many good vet options in area, why would I want to get started with a new vet that provides this first impression? I can’t imagine what working with them is like.

For 7+ years, CCVH took wonderful care of our Reggie while we lived nearby. The staff is caring, responsive and great to work with. Dr Eavers always took extra care of our Reggie and was very knowledgeable. They helped Reggie thru a tough battle with pneumonia and he made a full recovery. We are only leaving as we moved. Thank you to CCVH!

Charm City has been excellent. We brought our puppy here for his first 8 week check up and have used them ever since. The staff are animal lovers and it shows in the care they provide.

Can't say much about the pricing because its the only vet I have been to other than urgent care, but the staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly and have helped keep my pup healthy, so no complaints here- I definitely reccomend. Setting up appoinments was easy as well, and they also use text messaging which I really appreciate.

I wish I could give this place zero stars, my experience was terrible. Terrible doesn’t cut it, my experience was abominable. The veterinarian here is unreliable, unprofessional and shows a lack of empathy. She quickly asked for me to shell out more money to remedy her errors. This is after I’ve already paid ~$500 at her clinic. This vet recorded the wrong breed of my dog, she referred to my female pet, as a male dog and she question my credibility in a conflict. The techs are amazing, however, the veterinarian did not demonstrate any pride in her practice. I’m sad that I wasted my money here. Quick sorry short: she forgot to write my dogs prescription for tick and flea prevention. I patiently waited two weeks before I reached out to the clinic; I understand the world is piecing back together after covid. Finally my script was written. It has been 9 days and I still have yet to receive my pets medications from their pharmacy. Through this wait my dog was bit by a tick! I believe that everyone should be treated with dignity and respect and I also understand that to err is human, so I gently and respectfully asked her and her clinic for help and received none. Instead I received her palm out asking for more money (after I spent a heavy price of $500 easy on just this one visit) she claimed to have no responsibility of her negligence in my pets care and couldn’t compensate $50 lab work to check for tick borne illnesses! Even after I brought the tick in a plastic bag to show her! It’s a shame, I wish I could get my time and money back.

Hung up on me after I said my cat had ear mites. Didn’t give me a chance to decide if I wanted to bring my other cat there in the meantime.

The staff a charm city is very helpful. They have a great staff and customer service during this time and are very considerate of animals needing attention. I was recently there for a routine annual exam for my cats and they were great as always. They came out to my car to pick/drop off my cat. The vet called me after the examination was done and I was on my way back home in 15 minutes

Charm City Vet really impressed me when I took my dog, Cookie for her first visit there. I have never been so impressed by a vet's thoroughness, documentation, and workflow. As a healthcare provider myself, I was so pleased to get a copy of her exam without even asking. They were prompt and Cookie was done in no time. I didn't have to bring all my paper records in! All that was emailed to the vet in advanced and all intake was done online. It was SO stress free unlike any vet I've been to! Although you can't put a price your pet's health, their prices were also reasonable! I will be canceling my other vet appointments and bringing my other dog to this vet! Highly, highly recommended!

Terrible experience. Takes many days and calls to get any answers. Email only. Clearly do not care about ill animals or worried owners. After 2 years with them and a very sick cat, realize it is only money they are concerned about. Shame.

I called to inquire about an appointment and the lady simply laughed at me and said "No" when I asked if she knew anything that might help or where I could get treatment, she told me to "Google it".

Reasonably priced, respectful care. They even email you a report of the full examination (review of each body system) after every visit. I've never had a problem getting a same day appointment for urgent issues, which gives me such peace of mind.

We've been to many of the local vets over the past several years with 4 aging dogs. Charm City is by far the best - they're knowledgeable and caring without selling treatments and procedures that are unnecessary.

Too far away from me

Perfect place for dogs and cats and I'm glad I found this place. They do it all an more. They do annual exams among other tests that other places I know don't do regularly, they have microchip service, as well as a surgery suite if needed. Staff and doctors are always kind and helpful.

I'm so happy I found this place. My dog Lucas loved them well. They are so knowledgeable of their procedures and make sure they explain it to you in details. Now my dog is very well and he's back to being his silly self. I've been to a lot of vets in the city, now I finally found the right place for our Lucas. Great job you guys!

They went above and beyond to make my children and I feel welcome and ease our anxious feelings about our sick cat. My littles are 3 and a year and a half and they took her into another room for the exam portion so the kids wouldn’t be scared. They brought them little snacks to eat so they would always have a positive memory of the vet despite the reason we were there. The cat was ok and they reassured me that if any other symptoms popped up they were just a phone call away. The office was warm and inviting and the staff was welcoming and friendly. I will 100% be back and using them permanently as my vets office.
