Freetown Animal Hospital Columbia, Maryland

I worked there and I want everyone to know that everyone that works there doesn't think this Is a good vet. I just want to pass this on so YOU know! I have also noticed that none of her staff stay very long.

Very nice and understanding staff. Accommodating to my dogs separation anxiety. Dr.Y cares and is never judgey, she also never pushes us to do anything unecessary, and she's always honest with us, all of which we appreciate greatly.

Dr. Y and her team are simply the best! The attention, care, and love given to my now senior citizen, is unmatched. I couldn't ask for more. The hospital has so much more to offer, ranging from reasonable care plans that cover a wide range of services to pet supplies. To Dr Y., and her team, thank you!

Very nice vet. Takes wonderful care of my frenchie. Plus they have a great monthly care plan to help with costs.

Dr. Y and the entire staff are wonderful to work w/I take Sammy to the office. Dr. Y is excellent in her diagnosis and her caring demeanor is very comforting.

I called in. They asked for about $72 deposit for keeping a reservation, so I moved on...

Dr. Y has been very patient and caring with our 18 year old kitty. the COVID procedures are excellent and have not affected treatment. I don’t have anything bad to say.

I love Dr. Y and everyone at Freetown. Extremely friendly and attentive, even with Covid. I've never met Dr. Y in person, but she always takes time to talk through and explain everything with me on the phone. I have taken both cats for annuals and sick visits, and I've been extremely happy with how well the staff has treated them. My cat has had some health issues that other vets never took the time to address, but Dr. Y has helped me get her on the path back to health.

Dr. Y is one of the best. She is kind and caring and very patient with our pets. I enjoy the visit every time.

Dr. Y is the only vet that I will ever trust with my cats. She truly cares and is incredibly knowledgeable/skillful. I would trust her as my own doctor! Haha! Jokes aside, I can't describe how grateful I am for her, her team, and the care they've provided for my two cats over the years. Her staff is friendly and responsive- I can trust that they are only a call away and ready to answer my questions. I know that when I leave Mimi and Olive, for surgeries, dentals or regular visits, they are in the best possible hands. Thank you for all that you do Freetown!

Love the staff at Freetown! They’re responsive, nurturing and really care about the animals (and the owners). You won’t find a better veterinarian in the area!

I always feel confident that my pets are well cared for when we visit Freetown Animal Hospital. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. They seem to really care about my pets' health and well being. Dr. Y is professional and my cats always feel comfortable when we visit. One of our cats had a severely injured paw before we adopted him. Under Dr. Y's care he was able to recover 100%. We are so grateful for Freetown Animal Hospital's care and expertise!

The doctor and the staff are so kind and compassionate. I can't say how much I appreciate how they are trying to help me and my dog Harley even though my finances or not but they should be. And also a big thank you to Katy at Katys mobile pets about who referred me to this wonderful place

Love this Place they also have a new location on Meadow Ridge Rd called Meadow Ridge Animal Hospital she's the only Vetranarian I know who will explain everything to you about your Pet until you understand it she's by far the Best around.

Mt first experience here was amazing. My dog has several health issues, and the veterinarian was knowledge and helpful. They will be my animal hospital for life!

Wonderful front desk staff. Very clean and centrally located at hickory ridge village Center. Excellent vet technicians and doctors. Several of my pet clients come here and really enjoy their service.

Padma is a delightful combination of professionally competent and as nice as can be! In a time of sorrow, she came to our house to help with the passing of our big Bernese. You'll look far and wide before you find a better vet or a better practice. We always feel that our dogs are in the best hands.

We took our dog to the Freetown Animal Hospital to have his teeth cleaned and received outstanding service from Dr. Yadlapalli and her staff. She is an excellent veterinarian and took the time to answer all of our questions. The price was also very reasonable.

I'm so thankful to have found Dr Yadlapalli. I've been taking my animals including my fosters to her for several years now. She is very thorough and I absolutely trust her judgement. Her staff is professional and very empathetic as well. Can't say enough good things about all of them!
