Hands down the best Veterinary team in suburban Maryland. We have been taking our cats to Dr. Stamberg for 15+ years, and have always received exceptional, caring service. She and her team are so dedicated to their patients. We do not what we would do without their services. If you are looking for a place to take your pet, this is it.

I’ve been working with animals and taking pets to veterinarians for over 50 years. Therefore I have dealt with many veterinary hospitals. Clarksburg Animal Hospital is a great, caring place. Dr. Greta is a fantastic surgeon and a great Vet. Without reservation, I recommend them over any other Veterinary facility in this area.

When we adopted/rescued Bella we wanted the absolute best start for her new life and had heard only good things about Clarksburg Animal Hospital. From the first appointment, wee 8 week old Bella felt comfortable and we felt respected (no one made fun of our crazy "this is our new baby" vibe). From the receptionist to the assistants to Dr. Greta, they conveyed the message that it is all about Bella, that her well-being is all that matters. When Bella had a health issue that brought us to an emergency vet, our follow up with Dr. Greta gave us the relief we needed to hear and feel. Even now, when I'm afraid Bella has gained some Covid poundage, I'm not concerned about how Dr. Greta will respond, because I know that her concern for Bella is always positive.

We have been with Greta and her staff for many, many years - pretty much from the beginning of her practice. They have been with us through the good, the bad, the ugly and the absolutely saddest times with our dogs. Greta and her staff have provided outstanding care for our dogs/cats Spanky, Kit-tey, Xander, and JoeJoe - who are no longer with us. And now for our dogs Deal and Daisy. It hasn't been smooth sailing as all our dogs/cats have come with health issues. We would not take them any where else for routine treatment or treatment of more complex issues (unless she sends us to a specialist, which has happened on occasion). They are professional, caring and reliable. We cannot sing their praises enough.
