10 out of 10 recommend. Dr Rieckert is the best! She breaks it all down, she shares all your options with you, and you can tell she truly cares for our pups. If I had any feedback it would be the boarding/pet hotel. They are VERY slow to come out and get your pet/check them. Multiple times I’ve had to call and call just to get someone to realize I was there. Maybe their pre-pandemic drop off is better but now we always arrive 20-30 mins early.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They are a little on the expensive side but in my opinion worth it. They have been very good and patient with my dog that has developed a fear of needles. I can definitely recommend them.

Every vet, vet tech and admin is amazing. I have been going to them for years with my two dogs and will continue to go there. The prices are reasonable too.

I'm consistently struck by the professionalism, warmth, and competence of the Paradise staff. They're experts in working with reactive dogs like mine, their communication is clear and detailed, and I appreciate their commitment to Covid safety. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The staff are super friendly and explain everything in advance. My cat is is in good hands whenever we make a visit.

Was visiting family over the Christmas holiday. Our cat was I'll and I was fortunate the clinic made time to see our cat. The vet and rest of staff were all outstanding.

I have been taking my dogs to Paradise Animal Hospital for 12 years. The vets and staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional and love animals. I have boarded my dogs at the Pet Hotel frequently and they have had the best care! I highly recommend Paradise for all pets!

We saw Dr Riehl and Tim. Both were absolutely amazing! Calm and comforting with my baby and explained everything to me, answered all my questions, and went over several options to keep my baby as comfortable and pain free as possible. I only wish I would have seen them sooner!

Paradise is the only animal hospital I go to, even after I moved 30+ minutes away. The staff is amazing; always helpful and kind and extremely professional. When our one dog unfortunately had to be put down, their entire office wrote us an amazingly kind card I still have.

Very helpful and kind staff. They were able to fit my cat in at the last minute. With the curbside service, I feel like there's much less waiting time.

Everyone here cares about you and your pet. They have been very kind and nurturing to my slightly elderly and extremely cranky cat. I am grateful to them for watching out for her. I'm writing this while the post-surgery cat is relaxing happily on the recliner while I try to figure out what food she might accept next. She is back to being picky about what I serve her so she's clearly feeling better. The folks here dealt with my very cranky cat and were reassuring to her and to me.

The Vets there are very thorough and explain everything very clearly. They were able to schedule an appointment very quickly when I called concerned about my 8 yr old German Shepherd. Highly recommend Paradise for excellent care for your pet!

Each animal is very special to us-here at Paradise, there are folks with caring hearts for ALL the animals. Pleasant, friendly -ready to give info or help-I will be grateful for this caring vet practice as long as I have even a pet rock! haha-seriously-I know my cats are in the best of hands--thanks to Paradise!

You can't schedule a visit until 4 to 6 weeks out & the front desk staff seems either poorly staffed or not trained to be professional. Would definitely suggest you find another vet if you want your pets to be seen in a timely manner.

Very attentive and caring veterinarians and techs. They are good about getting blood-work results back and reviewing what needs vs does not need to be done despite recommendations. I recommend these doctors.

In the beginning; I loved this place and the staff but since Covid hit (2020) it has consistently gone down hill. You can never get an appointment and no matter the issue, they won't accommodate you. They started my Westie on Cytopoint injections but we couldn't get in with the technician and after waiting 1 week and still no availability we were forced to go to Westview Animal Hospital for the shot. The next situation, my Westie was drinking excessive amounts of water and vomiting. We called Paradise and they said "he may be diabetic and need to be seen but we can't see him and it's urgent, so find a er". A complete waste of time building a relationship with Paradise only to be directed every where else when your pet is in need of care. Do yourself a favor and find another animal hospital.

My first appt. here was more than I expected. Staff is friendly and they seem to work well together. I got information and advise on my pet's long term care not just on the issue we were there for, which made me feel very comfortable about bringing my dog there for all his care. Glad I went there.

I have been bringing my dog here for a few years and would not take him anywhere else. The vets are very knowledgeable and caring. I am always able to get an appointment and prescription refills quickly. Prices are reasonable.
