Paradise for Pets lost our dog. They removed both our dogs from the secured area with no collars on. One dog became extremely sick, the other has been missing for over 100 days. While their manager initially tried to help us, his lack of communication + attention to detail cost us valuable time. The owners of the business never contacted us once. At this point, I would never in good conscience recommend this business to anyone.

I was looking all over the DMV for somewhere that would be a good fit for my 5 month old border collie mix who’s nervous around new people and places. This place is set up for flexibility for your dogs specific needs. The staff did a great job , they are all so sweet and clearly love the dogs under their care. I will absolutely be coming back here with my puppy the next time I need to board her. Highly recommend paradise 4 pets for anyone looking for trustworthy care for their dog!

Terrible Customer Service!!!! I called for the first time to make a reservation for my dog for this upcoming weekend and Christmas. My plans changed so I called today to cancel for the weekend but still wanted to keep my reservation for Christmas. I was told I didn’t have a reservation for Christmas. I explained I made both reservations at the same time knowing that Christmas would be booked early. I was asked when because the person I spoke to told me they have been fully booked for Christmas for 3 days. I looked in my phone log and told her I called on November 11th at 4:27pm and could screenshot it to her if necessary. The person explained that she could put me at the top of the waiting list. I said, “So you’re telling me I have to be put on the waiting list because someone on your end did not make my reservation?” Her response was, “you’re correct.” UNBELIEVABLE!!! Not worthy of ANY stars………..

Wonderful place to board your dogs! They love it as they think they are going to camp with their furry friends. Friendly, dog-loving staff! My dog Jax gives it 2 paws up! Woof woof!

If you're looking for a place where your dog gets to spend a significant time outside and with other dogs this is your place. It is not an indoor kennel where they take them out a couple of times a day it's exactly the opposite they're out all day long and they brought in at night for sleeping and in bad weather. Unbelievably great place!

I used to love bringing my dog here. It was close enough to where I work, they keep them outside all day which means my pup came home well exercised and they are reasonably priced. However, last week I received a call at work from them stating that my dog was at the emergency vet. When I asked what happened they said that she attempted to get out of the enclosure while another dog was being brought in and one of her ears was caught between the door. There were two tears in that ear which required stitches and at home care. I have to accept their explanation of what happened since I was not there but I did ask what kind of door would cause that type of injury. They said that it is a wooden door. They also told me that there was nothing sharp in that area when I asked. I don't understand how one ear could get caught in a door since its attached to her head. So my overall complaint is that the materials at this site caused my dog injuries (if that's what happened) and the workers do not own up to any responsibility.

Very friendly and professional staff. There are lots of activities for the pers to do during their stay. When I came back from vacation my dog seemed equally refreshed as I did.

Our dog loves boarding here. When we are on the way and she realizes where we're going, she whines and gets really excited, can't wait to jump out of the car and run in. They always tell us which dogs she played with and had a good time meeting while we were gone. She typically is so tired from all of the play she mostly sleeps for a day or two after we get back. We like that they can give her a bath and returns happy, tuckered out and smelling good when we come to get her.

As much as we hate to leave our Aussie, we love that he can run around outside with lots of other pups while we’re away!! The staff is always friendly and very helpful, they make sure to give our dog his medicine every day. Can’t recommend enough for boarding your pet!!! We’re so happy to have found Paradise for Pets in the DMV.

My dog Lucy has been going to Paradise 4 Pets for a year for both boarding and daycare. The staff greet us right when we walk in and Lucy is always excited for her time at P4P. I've been satisfied with all their services (daycare, boarding, nail trim, bath) and see that they go above and beyond to take care of the dogs and tell you how their stay went.

I really can't speak highly enough of P4P. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. The facility itself is awesome and I love that the dogs get outdoor time and paired with dogs of a similar temperament. Jonathan and his staff are fantastic and clearly love dogs. They take the time to know your dog and are great with my anxious pup. On top of all of that, their price are incredibly reasonable. They're always my number one option when boarding.

PFP is amazing! We have notoriously "difficult" dogs-- and big, too-- and the staff was so good with them! Our dogs stayed for a week during hot weather and they were safe and well cared for. Prices are more than reasonable, the kennels and play area well shaded and maintained. We couldn't be happier!

Paradise For Pets is an excellent place for boarding/daycare! The staff here are super friendly and do a great job with pairing dogs into smaller playgroups by their temperament! My timid and high energy rescue dog has a great time here! There is plenty of yard space, and the prices are very reasonable! I'm so glad I found PFP!!

I have only just started bringing my dog to Paradise For Pets but they have been so incredible. They are extremely affordable for an extremely reliable and quality service. They have remembered my dog each time I bring him, remembered all of his allergies and needs, made sure he's 100% comfortable, and always been friendly and responsive. The facility is stunning and kept up very well. My dog truly loves going there every time, he doesn't even look back while I'm leaving (and he's got decent separation anxiety). I cannot say enough good things about this place, your dog truly is in wonderful hands.

Paradise is a wonderful place to board your dog. The staff is fantastic and knew my dog by name. The way they group by size and energy level is so smart, and makes my little dog feel comfortable. He was never afraid when we dropped him off. In fact, once when I picked him up, he didn't see me and happily ran right to one of the paradise staff :) We just moved out of state and it will be difficult to find another place like Paradise!

Hands down the best boarding kennel out there and Doggy Day Care! The customer service is outstanding, and although I hate leaving my dog, I am ok knowing that he always gets so much love at P4P! The space is amazing As well. The ones are huge for your dogs to play with other similar dogs in size or on their own . Highly recommend paradise 4pets for boarding or doggy daycare !!
