I love this company! They are responsive and are great with our dog. We have a fearful dog and they have been incredibly patient and great with her! Could not recommend them more.

All of the sitters do a great job. I am very pleased. You get pictures from their visit and a comment about how it went. The website is easy to navigate and setting your schedule is no problem. This company accepts several methods of payment. My kitty is in good hands while I am at work!

Nicole and her team were great. They would come1-2 times per day when I was working and walk and play with Rosie. I couldn’t be happier with Bel Air Au Pair. I needed someone to take out my new dog when I had to return to the long days in the office and the kids were back in school. I met with Nicole and immediately knew I had found my people. Patti and Chase are the two that take my pup out most often and they are both wonderful. I get these great notes and pictures of their time with my dog on his walk and they are sure to make sure the house and the dog are all safe again when they leave. Having this service and Patti and Chase really help out my mind at ease on those long days away from my pup.

I have a 7 year old lab pit mix that I recused a year ago. She is vey reactive to people and other dogs. She now has an E-collar. I had Nicole over to meet my girl and was a bit nervous for them both. Turns out my dog did wonderful with Nicole and I can’t tell you the stress it took off me so I could enjoy my getaway. I am so lucky to have found Nicole! My big boy is so important to me I can't even express how worried I am to leave him. I usually take him with me everywhere but some vacations require a plane ride and he needs to stay behind. Knowing that he's with Nicole totally puts my mind at ease. Nicole is awesome! We have two cats that she has cared for on multiple occasions. She always sends texts and pictures when she visits and lets us know if anything is wrong. One of our cats is very skittish around new people but she eventually won him over and now he comes out to play. The cats trust her and we do too!

Nicole has taken care of my terrier mix, Tucker, for a while now when I travel. I’ve never used a pet-sitter for Tucker and I was pretty nervous about how he’d react to something new. I am so impressed with her dog whispering abilities! Tucker loves her and her team, and I am completely at ease leaving him in her care. Nicole and her team have walked my dog for about a year or so. Can't say enough good things about them. They are professional and reliable. Nicole always responds to my messages. My dog LOVES his walks with her and her team members. He has also boarded with her and did great. Nicole sent pictures and let me know how he was doing. Nicole is an excellent pet sitter for all kinds of pets. She has not only cared for my 2 cats and 4 dogs but she also took great care of my lovebirds, fish and turtle. She is very responsive and regularly contacted me with updates. Elder animals are not an issue for Nicole. She took care of my diabetic cat who has since passed. She also cared for my two very old dogs. One has since passed due to kidney issues. She was able to feed each animal their proper diet, too. (kidney, diabetic). Nicole is the only pet sitter I trust completely with my animals. I currently have 1 older cat, 2 elder dogs and one middle aged dog. I will be calling her in the spring to watch them all including the turtle, fish and lovebirds. Whatever kind of pets you have her natural ability to care will give you confidence that your pets are being taken care of no matter what. Thanks Nicole for being here!

I can’t recommend Nicole and her team at Your Pet AuPair highly enough! They are all fantastic and I feel confident that my dogs are getting exceptional care and that our home is secure as well. My schedule can be unpredictable but she’s very flexible and always fits our dogs into her schedule and she even drove out in a snowstorm when I was stuck at work.
