I can’t say enough good things about this hospital, the vets and the staff. My dog was extremely ill this past week and if not for Dr. Feinberg and the staff, I’m not sure he would have survived. They have taken excellent care of him throughout his life. Many thanks to the staff!

We have a cat with renal failure and after the Pet ER SVVH took good care of Scully. Dr. Vinson took a lot of time with him and everybody was professional & friendly. Scully wasn't put out at all about the bloodwork and was prancing around like he was NOT at the vet.The staff was awesome also. You could tell that everybody there loves their jobs!

Since we transferred our dog to SVVH, our experiences with the entire staff, front and back, have been excellent. They are responsive to my calls, my emails, and in our discussions. This facility is very caring to pets and to their owners, and I highly recommend them. I am a retired health care provider and appreciate both ends of our relationship.

I have been very pleased with Dr Rathbun and the way he explains what he thinks the problem with my elderly blind cat, and the way he explains what the test have told him. Amanda is fantastic with the cat, too. She keeps her from stressing out too much in a situation that would otherwise be scary for her.

I brought my German Shepherd Dog, Lupo, to Stevenson Village Veterinary Hospital yesterday for a routine visit and booster shots. It was a wonderful experience from my first contact. Even though we are new clients, their office staff were able to give me an appointment at a convenient time, late in the day, within one week. I was immediately impressed by how friendly and accommodating they are. At the first appointment, Lupo, who is usually friendly, became anxious and threatening to one of their technicians to the point that they were unable to safely examine him. I discussed this at some length with Dr. Zach Rathbun. Although the whole episode took up a fair amount of their time, Dr. Rathbun declined to bill me. The following week I premedicated Lupo and returned for an uneventful visit. Again, the office staff and the technicians could not have been more pleasant and welcoming. Above all, Dr. Rathbun took his time and did a thorough examination. He then went over his findings in detail with me. I remain very impressed by his competence and his friendly manner. He exudes enthusiasm and clearly loves animals and loves his work. I am a “human physician.” I can say without hesitation that many of my colleagues (and their office managers) could learn a lot from Dr. Rathbun in terms of the caring and enthusiasm that he shows. l was very satisfied with my previous vet as far as competence is concerned, but her practice was overbooked and it was often difficult to get an appointment time that met my schedule. Stevenson Village Veterinary Hospital was amazingly responsive. Although I did not meet Dr. Feinberg, the owner of the practice, my encounter with everyone there, from the telephone desk staff to the technicians and Dr. Rathbun reflect a very well-run practice, with doctors and staff who are welcoming, concerned, and obviously enjoy their work with pets and their parents. Dr. Fienberg is very patient and professional. He has cared for our four small rescues forever and my wife and I could not be happier. His front office staff are friendly and very competent. They were very professional, knowledgeable, caring. First time taking my 11 yr old to a vet other than when she was a baby and she's in great health. The doctor said to continue doing what I was doing.!!!

Great team!! They take such good care of my pup and are always so kind when answering my questions and concerns.

I bring my cat with them and they help us to find out he got ear infection and also updates on vaccines for my cat, the price was favorable and the team was very nice with us. They’re also faster in appointments you don’t have to wait weeks for your pet to be seeing. I strongly recommend as a great veterinary.

The staff and vets are excellent. We bring our dog here. She was very sick they identified the issue and helped cure a problem I didn’t think could be. They saved her life. We continue to use their services for routine things. They never disappoint. I highly recommend them.

A great experience for both my pets and me....the doctor i saw, dr. vinson is a superb doctor...he takes the time to explain everything related to your pet's diagnosis, formulates a well thought out plan for your pets prognosis, very friendly, personable, patient and yet, professional... let's just say, his patience and willingness to answer every question an owner may have is beyond reproach... i would definitely suggest him and this facility to friends... and, needless to say, the staff is very friendly and again, patient and professional(which to me means everything)... and,again it's worth repeating, stevenson village veterinary hospital it is a great vet experience!!!

They are my go-to vet saved me a lot of money and my dog's life 2 years ago when another major local vet wanted a lot of money that I couldn't afford so mini still alive at 80 years old and upgrade is still alive and over 90 years old pictures of pictures that been added

This was the pick-up place for the ashes of my sweetie, Emmylou. It was arranged through Peaceful Passage. The personnel at the vets were very kind and friendly.

We needed to fin d a new vet and our dog happened to break her paw at the same time. We were able to get an appointment quick and they have been taking great care of her.

I recommend this vet to everyone I know with pets.

Excellent and attentive staff. They have always treated our fur babies as part of the family. During COVID they have contactless vet appointments: staff retrieves pet from the car, takes inside while you wait, vet will call you during the exam, and then return the pet to the car. As always, completely satisfied.

Best veterinary practice in the state..I moved out of the area, but still drive almost an hour to bring my pets to see Dr Feinberg because I trust him and his associates completely.
