My little lady, Ivy, is happy to be home after her 10 day stay at Sobo Dog Daycare & Spa while I was in the hospital. Sobo gave her TLC and tons of fun with doggy friends. They give individual care to each dog and are responsive to your needs. I highly recommend it for Baltimore residents. 1624 Beason St, Baltimore, MD 21230. Ivy is now my rehab partner.

Not well suited for (and they do not seem to want) small dogs, particularly ones with challenges with larger dogs

Great experience! So professional and well priced. Love that they have a playtime cam

Very professionally run. Clean and safe. Ruthie is a great manager. Sarah is wonderful! Morgan and the rest of the staff (sorry I should know everyone’s name but I don’t) are great too. They love dogs snd treat them very well.

Our pup always has a positive experience when visiting, whether it's just for the day or a long weekend! The staff always remembers the dogs and obviously do a great job with integrating the pups throughout the day.

The instructor is great. The class is small. Me and my dog learned a lot.

Tess is always so excited to go to daycare....she drags me the last half block. Very kind and conscientious staff that actually care about each of the animals and let you know how your specific is faring. A tired dog is a happy dog!!! For a big dog puppy, this has been a great thing.

My dog started going here weeks ago. Had no issues. He starts wagging his tail once we get closer to the place. This attitude shows he is well taken care off. I recommend.

My experience was only with grooming and it was very disappointing. We had a 1:00 appointment and were told the groomer was in traffic, come back at 1:30. At 1:40, the groomer still wasn't there and the staff person could not reach her by phone. I looked at Google Maps and it was just ordinary traffic. I suspect the groomer's excuse was a lie. Of course, it would have been nice if SoBo called us before 1 or before 1:30 to say the groomer was VERY late. We just moved one block away, and I desperately wanted to use and like this place. The staff was very nice and friendly. However, I have to go with other reviews about how this place has gone downhill (my daughter used to go several years ago). The place did not seem very clean. There are simply much better alternatives.

The smaller of the two dog care places in the fedhill / LP Aaron. Personal touch. Needs work on their organizational business systems. They're coming along. Dog's come home exhausted. Worth the money!

We have been bringing our dog here for years for boarding. He loves it! Thanks for taking such great care of our pup!

Very nice hole in the wall pet shop.

Place is going downhill quick. Rusted cages are also an issue that the owner doesn't want to fix.

We tried a number of dog groomers before settling on this one. Friendly employees, dogs groomed how you ask, good prices, and most importantly dogs come back really happy from here. Haven't tried their day care services, but based on how we see the dogs and employees interacting, will be our first choice when we do need any doggy day care.

Called to tour the facility and was told “...it has been absolute craziness today and it would be better to do so another day.” This is the second time I have called to tour the facility. It is like they are discouraging you from touring. I can only imagine the deplorable conditions they are trying to hide from new customers. Both times I have called they sound so unprofessional. This is not a place I would want to take care of dogs!

I've been to several Groomers around baltimore to get my 25lb Cockapoo groomed and until now I didn't know what great service was. Charlie (my pup) absolutely loved Nicole (red rocket status) even though it was his first time there. They went above and beyond to make sure he was properly cared for and bathed. At the end, I was called promptly (actually an hour before) he was scheduled to be finished so I knew when to pick him up. I don't write many of these reviews, but their service was impeccable.

Our oldest dog has been going to SoBo since 2009, and as soon as we got our second dog he started going as well. Sobo Dog Daycare is almost like family to us. I never have any stress about leaving our dogs - and it’s great when I need to get them out of the house, or they need to get some play time. Below are the pups having a post-sobo dog daycare nap!

We have been taking our dogs to Sobo for a long time. Always felt like our dogs were part of the Sobo family. They know our dogs so well! Recently they have done some upgrading in the facility which makes it feel cleaner and more up to date! Looks awesome! Keep it up.

In March 2015, my four month-old Westie was boarding here and they almost let him die of pneumonia. If I had not picked up my dog early and taken him for $400 emergency vet care, he'd be dead. I left the owner a note to call me about this negligence. Of course, he never did. I was never reimbursed for the $400 emergency vet bill caused by their negligence (and/or stupidity). Most of the staff here are very young, untrained, and not even able to diagnose and act appropriately when a four-month old puppy is gravely ill. Never, ever take your pet here. It's just too risky. If I could, I'd give them MINUS fifty stars. I can't imagine how they are still in business.

I've been to quite a few doggie daycares, and this place is the most caring, cleanest, and nicest smelling. and Nicole is an amazing help with my pup! Anything I ask, she's already thought of it! Also, the prices are pretty reasonable. Thank you so much for taking care of my dog!

This place is so amazing and accommodating!! It's really about the dogs. They go above and beyond with their pups and people alike. Never had anything but a great experience! They even help greatly with a rescue.

For the most part they are great with the dogs, but with people they need some work. Rude, patronizing, and arrogant comments to me have soured my once great experience with them.

I am so delighted. My experience with sobo was excellent. My little snoopsy woopsy came home looking so beautiful and her cut and wash. I had left her over night and called a few times to check in on her. She's is a bit prissy sometimes but I hear she had a great time playing with all the other dogs. I give sobo 5 stars and would deffinately recommend this doggy daycare to anyone

Thank you to the staff of SoBo for their excellent care of my best friend. She has been so happy ( and tired at the end of day) at SoBo. I love how the staff greets us in the morning and how happy she is to see them. The place is clean and everyone truly loves the dogs and it tells in their care. Best of all I can go onto the webcam and watch her play. Happy puppy! Happy momma!

I have taken my Kodi to Sobo a few times for boarding purposes and also for grooming with Nicole. Let me just say I wouldn't take him anywhere else!!!! The ladies at Sobo treat him as if he were their own. He is always treated with love and kindness there. Love Sobo Dog Daycare <3 LNC

I love the webcams that let you watch your dog all day!

This place is aweful, the crates are rusty and the building is falling apart. There's a reason they don't let you into the back rooms to get your dogs. The facility smells of dog piss and feces as soon as you pass that back lobby door. The employees are not kind to dogs at all and your dog is ensured to be taken care of while boarding at the facility when I personally seen dogs lose more and more weight being at the place in boarding. They're not given much water at night or personal attention. I would recommend best friends fur ever before I ever take my dog to this place. I know a previous employee. Taken it from the source.
