Final initial shots, vet is very kind our dog responded well. This a very good veterinarian. The dog got a rash and he received very good care. He wasn't spooked or dismayed by the shot nor by the collar he has to wear.

I haven't shared this story in years but I really want to put it out. Dr E made me, at the time, a minor, and my mother essentially be the assistants for euthanizing my cat I've had since I was a toddler. I heard a friend recently ask for recommendations and Dr e was on that list so it reminded me of that story and I don't know why I never wrote a review. Don't go here. I'm actually traumatized by having to hold my cat down while she administered the shot that ended her life. Also she overcharges because she doesn't pay her pills ????‍♀️ look it up in Maryland case search

Dr. E was extraordinary! I had an emergency with my dog and needed to get him seen immediately. But it was Xmas eve and none of the pet ERs would see us because he wasn't on the verge of life and death. I made an appt elsewhere, had that appt confirmed, only to show up to a closed office. In a desperate attempt I googled for other vets nearby, found Dr. E and she told us to come straight over. She is extraordinarily knowledgeable, 30 years of experience, warm and friendly! My dog loved her right away and was not scared or stressed like he usually is in sterile vet offices. She didn't make me feel dumb and she didn't scold me/talk to me in patronizing manner. Needless to say, I now have a new vet. Highly recommended her clinic!

Phew.. we took in a stray cat that we wanted to adopt. We have 2 cats and 1 dog and have a vet but they didn’t have an opening to get the stray checked so.. we we called around and this was the only veterinary open. They took care of our needs (getting the stray his shots, which cost over $300) but OMG the vet was as hard and rude to her assistant as she was to our cat. I’ve never seen anything like it. Oh well.. we just needed initial shots and flea stuff so he could leave the basement and mingle with our cats but - I will NEVER take any animal to this vet ever again. Yikes.

The veterinarian was amazing ???? ???? she has my Nicole feeling so much better!! First experience and wow recommend this place and her to anybody....Thanks again ????

As a healthcare professional, I did appreciate the vet taking my pet in as a walk-in. However, I found that she is unprofessional, misdiagnosed my cat and overcharged me for 2 visits. I have since found a fully operational animal hospital that was half her cost and better equipped. I never heard of a doctor charging a fee to show how to give a pet an injection.

I really loved this Dr. She calmed me down and helped all three of my yorkies! Love it here and the prices were low as well! Thank you to Dr.E! ❤❤❤

I went here last month with my pet, when i first got there i signed my papers and the receptionist was very nice but then when we got to the room with the vet she didn’t have good customer service no greeting or anything. Only the receptionist made me feel welcomed. The vet diagnosed my animal incorrectly! because now it’s been a month and he’s getting worst day by day the medicine i was given did not work, Not working at all and then she told me to stop using the medicine with no further instructions. I will NEVER go back & i don’t recommend anyone too, On the phone the vet raised her voice at me because i told her i think she diagnosed him incorrectly and that is not professional at all! ... Bring your pets to a vet that you feel welcomed at, good customer service and trustworthy. i wasted $120 including poor service

Ridiculously that a doctor can be so uncaring. My dog was on deaths door and the doctor here turned us away because she had other pets checked in. Wouldn't even triage him just told us to go elsewhere. Take your pets to a doctor that cares.

BUYER BEWARE!! After more than a week, this place still hasn't called us back, as promised, to talk about crediting our kid's account for all the surprise unauthorized charges! The cat went in with a minor cough and come out with a $792 bill! Petwell even took it upon themselves to include clipping the cat's toenails and charged $22!!

I called Doctor E a week or two prior to bringing my puppy in to ensure she still did puppy exams free on the first Saturday of each month. She ensured me that they do and I should bring in my puppy on any first Saturday of the month. I came in and she only cleaned one of my pups ears and gave her two shots which took a total of three minutes, doesn’t seem like much of an examination to me. She rushed the service and not to mention the room looked very untidy. Open bottles and clutter all over the table, and strange fluid on the floor. After that I asked her if we were free to leave and she said not until I pay. I was perplexed because as mentioned previously she claimed the puppy exam was free on the phone. When I asked her why she was charging me, she said she stopped offering the service. I then asked her when she stopped offering the service and she then became extremely hostile and unprofessional and gave me attitude claiming its her business and she can do as she pleases and that if I don’t like it I can take my business elsewhere. When I mentioned that we spoke on the phone and she said that she still offered the service she said it wasn’t her that I spoke to. She has a thick accent that is literally not hard to miss, so a blatant lie straight to my face. After going back and forth I had no choice but to pay, but I let her know that it was wrong for misleading me on the phone. After I left the establishment, my friend brought her pet in one hour after me and she offered them the same service for FREE. Not only was she unprofessional and disrespectful, she lied to my face and was deceitful, charged me wrongfully, and discriminated against me just to be petty. I want my money back, expeditiously. if I could give zero stars I would. And if you’re going to run a business have good customer service please. I mean that’s the whole point of a business, to retain customers. Not overprice, deceive, disrespect, and be unjust to the very people who put money into your pockets. if your looking for a place to take your pet, BEWARE!

My son called me yesterday morning about Petwell. He and his wife had taken in the cat. After doing x-rays, they left the cat at Petwell for "some" blood work. When they returned to pick up the cat, they were charged $792! There's ZERO way they authorized all this testing. Petwell never gave him an estimate on what needed to be done. Petwell never provided a cost sheet to show how much the individual tests were going to be. He would have definitely gotten a second opinion. THEY EVEN CHARGED $22 FOR CLIPPING THE CATS NAILS!! I called Petwell as soon as I hung up with my son. The vet said she wouldn't work with him on the charges because he had already written a bad review about Petwell and it "damaged' her business. While we were talking yesterday she said that she had my number and would call me back but she never did. This is ridiculous. If you take your car to a mechanic at least you get an estimate for repairs!

Staff was friendly and welcoming, and so was the vet. However, this place did give me the creeps a little. Going into the room, I immediately noticed how unkempt and dirty it was. Several bottles of hydrogen peroxide left out, unpackaged gauze, many products open and left out, packaging not thrown away... It was very unsettling. Vet had to use clippers. After seeing the state of the room I wasn't sure they had been disinfected. Now I'm sure they weren't because once she shaved the area on my pet she just put the clippers on the floor! Look, I was grateful that they could see my dog with very little notice, and I'm sure that my dog will be fine. However, I won't be going back. Please have your staff keep your rooms neat, tidy, and clean.

My cat had a urinary blockage and this vet was able to get him in right away. Went here because right now, every vet has long waits and a urinary blockage needs to be treated asap. Was given an estimate of $1200, final bill was over $1700. I understand it's an estimate, but if I gave an estimate at my job and was off by that much I would be fired.

I called this morning and made an appointment for 11 AM. When we showed up, the receptionist said the vet was not there and he didn't know when she would be in. I had to ask him repeatedly to call the vet to find out how long I would have to wait. By 11:20, I insisted. He called the vet but she did not pick up. I left, very frustrated at the extremely poor service. I had to find another vet. Will never return here again.

Not professional. Terrible explainer of information. Horrible with getting the medicine my cat needed (2 weeks it took after calling several times). I had to ask so many questions it felt like I was giving an interrogation. Now my cat is DEAD. Didn't even want to give 1 star but she did take my cat when we didn't have an appointment.
