These ladies really are fantastic and treat our furbaby with kindness and love. I would recommend them to family and friends. They are so friendly and take such good care of the dogs. Our little dog looks great! She always has a nice groom with a bath and haircut and if you ask for something special to be done, they take care of it. The salon is clean inside and outside. I am so happy we found them!! Thank you to everyone at Pet Care Extraordinaire!!

The staff members are warm, welcoming, and always receptive to feedback. Our dog has sensitive ears that are prone to infection. When I noticed the fur on his ears was too long, I asked them to clean it up a bit more and they made the change without any hesitation and without additional charge. Great people and great service!

Fantastic grooming and nail trims! The women that work here are so kind and gentle with my dog and made her look beautiful. She’s not one for grooming but they made her feel so comfortable.

New owner is amazing and they always take great care of my dogs. From booking to easy parking and quick and easy drop offs and pick ups the whole experience is a breeze and my dogs are so happy and clean. I'm definitely going to be bringing my dogs back here.

Great friendly staff and good with pets

New owner lost her mind bc I asked for and appointment and she told me she is only accepting dogs from her previous business! She was very cold and not professional! I’m a RN of 30 years and I never experienced that type of disrespectful response!!!! Wow!!!

New owner has revamped the place! It's so cute and welcoming, and the staff made my rambunctious golden retriever feel at home immediately. He hates getting groomed, so I stayed to make sure everything went okay, and they were so patient and gracious with him (even though he had a couple nervous accidents and was not easy to deal with!). I don't trust him with anyone else now. Couldn't recommend enough!!!

The new owner was very rude and hung the phone up on me and told me never to come back because I wanted my dog's hair cut lower. This is so unfair and poor treatment to her customers. The old owner would have never directed me like this. !!!!!BEWARE!!!!

I’ve taken my dog, Sophie, here since she was just a puppy. Hilary and her team are amazing and go above and beyond for her! Sophie always comes out smelling and looking amazing. Occasionally on holidays she comes home with a festive bandana too! Sophie always enjoys her spa day thanks to Hilary!

I absolutely feel Hilary is the best groomer my 13 yr old Westie has ever had ! I think our Coconut feels the same way. She is so proud when I pick her up and when she gets home she struts inside to show everyone how GREAT she looks.

Today was our first time at PCE (only our second groomer experience with our rescue pup) and it was an amazing experience! Our pup is very nervous around new adults and his groomer came right out and got down on the floor with him to help him settle down. Right away I felt good leaving him in their hands. I had a few pictures to show what I wanted and they really took their time listening to my requests. Tater was in and out in 2.5 hours! (He’s only 9 lbs though.) His haircut was PERFECT! Exactly what I wanted even though we were piecing things together from different pictures I showed them. I loved that they gave me a little report on how he handled the whole thing knowing that he was nervous at the start. On top of all that, their price was better than any other groomer we called. 10/10 recommend!

Took my puppy for an overdue grooming, for the first time ever. My wife and I had a lot of 'fears' for how he's going to take the whole experience, but they were VERY nice and professional, and when everything was over my dog seemed VERY happy with no signs of stress. He also looked GREAT!

Got an appointment same day. You would think it didnt get more awsome than that but then there was the staff and all were very helpful, friendly and social. They took excellent care of my buddy Rocky. I even got to meet an identical to my baby. Thank you guys again it was along day and I was a hot mess today but u all got my baby looking and smelling fresh. See ya soon

Attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and kind staff. They are also reasonable priced and willing to take walk-ins if they aren't too busy. I've taken my dog here for over ten years just to get his nails clipped and they are always wonderful with him. Pet Care Extraordinaire is a great local business. Pet Care Extraordinaire is much better than Pet Smart! (I have friends who've had bad experiences at various Pet Smart stores).

Excellent customer services I was super surprised, and they did a fantastic job grooming Jackson, he always gives groomers a difficult time but he was handled with such great care. I will be back soon!!!!!!

Loved the experience. Our dog is usually quite anxious in new situations and they came out right away and made her feel so comfortable. They were right on time to when they said she’d be ready, and I loved knowing that they weren’t going to stick her in a kennel while she waited. They really are focused on giving your dog the best experience.

Went to get my dogs nails trimmed. Took no time at all. Was able to walk right in and they did an excellent job. Good price, good service. They made my dog feel comfortable.

Our dog is a HUGE handful, and some folks have a hard time handling him...our first session was a little less than perfect because of an uneven trim...but if you understood the dog, then you might have an uneven shave/trim too. Our second visit was less involved, but still pleasant just the same. We hope to continue coming.

This place goes above and beyond for their customers. Very professional and well run business with a friendly atmosphere. Took my dog here for a summer cut and I couldn't be happier. Hillary did an excellent job. Made me and my dog feel like family. The attention to detail and symmetry were flawless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with pet grooming needs.
