They are so organized... and customer centered... a great pet resource

Not a big box pet store. They offer unique brands and helpful customer service. They often give out samples. The do-it-yourself dog bath area is always clean and ready. I enjoy every visit.

Courtney and Jennifer were a huge help. Love the atmosphere and ambiance of this place. Highly recommended for your healthy pet needs

Very good store in a great location! Parking can be a bit confusing since the storefront is directly on the street - but otherwise good selection of dog-related goods at decent prices.

The staff here are always friendly!! Darrin did such a great job on my puppy. I brought her in for grooming expecting her to have to be shaved down because of matting on her face and neck. Darrin did a amazing job at getting the mats out and not having to shave her!!

I order same day delivery for dry food off the website and always get stellar service, latest order included food scoop and mini toys too. Thanks so much!

Great store with friendly staff. Highly recommend their grooming services with Darrin, he was so good with our very large, very excitable pup, even got his nails trimmed which is a miracle for us.

Extremely disappointed that I prepaid for unnecessary dog washing to support this business only to have them discontinue the dog washing service they allowed me to prepay for. Dishonest business.

LC took over Dogma which was a beautiful caring local pet store. Now it's just another corporate conglomerate like PetValu. I'm still trying to find a independent pet store again.

Definitely would’ve preferred it stay Dogma as this store doesn’t have much for cats and having the same name as their other more inclusive stores made for a wasted trip. I’m not sure why loyal companion bothered to buy out and “unify” so many stores if they weren’t actually going to unify their products or their customer service approaches:/ wouldn’t be a big deal if I hadn’t been to 3 loyal companions in the Baltimore area in one day looking for items I’d found in the Columbia, annapolis, and olney locations on different occasions. Didn’t get much help besides being told they didn’t have the product. No similar suggestions or offers to find the product at a different location. The staff is friendly as usual though.

I had such a great experience with Brittany today at the Canton store. She helped me find a good paw balm for my APBT! Would shop here again in the future !! They also offer a curbside service that I was happy to hear about!!! Don’t be afraid to call and place that order !!

I have an anxious rescue who hates getting groomed. I used to drive an hour to get her nails trimmed and a bath but dreaded the drive every few weeks, so I figured I would try Loyal Companion a few years ago and I’m so glad I did!! Robin and Darren are so calm and patient and handle Baya with so much love. I love that I can shop around while she’s getting her nails done too, they have the highest quality of everything. The staff is always so sweet and helpful. So glad I found this shop!

Little Lola just loves everyone and everything about this Loyal Companion. Every time we come in the staff is extremely friendly and very helpful with any questions and providing opinions about the products. We cannot imagine going anywhere else with Lola!

LOVE this store!! Not only do they have rewards and sell the raw food I feed my animals, but they have THE best staff ever! Trish always goes above and beyond with her customer service, including figuring out the jigsaw puzzle that was the box for the display fountain and always making surewe get some raw food when I forgot to place an order (like grabbing it from another sister store so we'd have it fatser). And staff like Kristina and Mariah who made today's visit a pleasure and fun for Jazz ! Aka filled with friendly pets and yummy dog treats!

Friendly staff! They have some sturdy rope toys for my pitbull shepherd. 1 month in and he has not chewed through.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff...went there with a boatload of questions about raw feeding for my 5 month old American Staffordshire and they were to help so much...10/10 reccomend this place amd the prices were amazing as well

Finding this place was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly an knowledgeable about diffrent breeds . The store has a groomer and a wash station on site for your pet. The inventory was great and the prices were reasonable.

Under the new ownership the stores prices have gone up and customers are missing out on previous promotions available to them. The staff is not helpful. I had a legitimate concern as a customer and I was given an attitude while the store owner stood by and watched. I expected her to step in n help rectify my issue but nothing was done about my issue or the attitude of the store clerk. I shopped here for a long time when it was Dogma but it’s definitely not the same anymore.

They know they have broken equipment in their dog bathing stations, but don't fix it. They just send you to a different station. Same problems.
