Dr T and the staff clearly love all animals and it shows. I love supporting a non-corporate veterinarians office.

The receptionists don’t answer the phones. They incorrectly schedule appointments on their new app they use. They don’t care about time, courtesy, efficiency, or professionalism. The Drs don’t seem to notice how poorly they are running the show. Two thumbs down.

My young cat was brought to Dr T as she is experiencing separation anxiety. He gave her a thorough exam, all her vaccinations, and then consulted with us on the problem. We couldn't have been more thankful! And, his fee was very reasonable. I feel very secure using Light Street Animal Hospital.

I have a rescue chihuahua, inherited from my little sis. He is a sweetheart but doesn’t like visits to the hospital (he turns into a gremlin !!!!) However the vet at @ Light Street is able to tolerate and treat him, which at other hospitals have been close to impossible.

We love Light Street Animal Hospital! Dr. T and the staff are the best! I haven't lived in Baltimore in almost 5 years, but I still drive from Silver Spring for my dog to see Dr. T. It's very obvious that they care about their patients and it shows in every part of the practice. They are reliable, informative, and the pricing is fair.

Nice enough, but wouldn't suggest it as a long term vet option.

Dr. T and his staff are friendly, accommodating, and professional. The office is always clean and they try to make sure all pet patients are comfortable. They also have great pricing and are quick to respond if you need immunization records and/or other documents.

Made an appointment for 5:15pm so I can go after work. The vet office has called me four times asking me to move my appointment to 3 or 4pm. I kept declining. The vet then calls me to have me move my appointment. I explained that I'm tired of his office calling me asking me for this. I made the 5:15pm appointment for a reason. He then says "it's cancelled then, find a new vet." Doctor - You are unprofessional and unaccommodating because you want to get our of work early. Update: Doctor your unprofessional reply with lies of me being rude shows the true person you are. I expressed to her that I'm frustrated your office does not care for the people who cannot move appointments because of work. And when you told me to find another place you finally admitted to me why you were trying so hard to move my appointment. As you stated "I want to get out early today."

Started going to Dr. T & Light Street in 1999.My G.Shep puppy had been poisoned, I live in Dundalk, and the Dundalk/Essex/MRiver/Towson vets wanted 2k minimum upfront to even see my 9 month old. Found Dr.T in the phone book, called in desperation, and Dr.T said bring my puppy in and I could make payments. Saved my dog's life with emergency surgery and the care of the staff there at Light Street over the next few days was phenomenal. 22 years later and my new puppy made his 1st visit to the only vet any of my 3 dogs have had since that night years ago. Dr. T is professional yet a down to earth individual who engages in getting to know you and your "family" member. Case in point, after taking my 9 week puppy in to Light Street, 6/ 03/21, and explaining that I had just given my dog the vaccine dose given to me from the seller and getting a check-up from Dr. T on 'Grunt's' overall health I went home happy with a healthy puppy. Today, 6/04/21, I'm driving to a store when a call comes in from Dr. T. He was concerned about the vaccine I told him I administered yesterday. Said he was worried and needed to know whether the vaccine had been refrigerated before it was given. Told him it had and he was relieved. What other vet would follow up on a concern/question about something that may seem trivial but actually is extremely important. As stated, Dr. T and his staff, are professional and thoughtful about their 'patients'. No better veterinarian/person in the state as far as I'm concerned.

First vet trip for our two little kitty girls and it went swimmingly! Entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the vet was great with the girls as well! In and out within 40mins for two full exams & 2 vaccines each, and 2 nail clippings! Definitely recommend them if you're looking for a new vet/clinic.

I did not have a great experience with this vet. I am a first time pet owner, and I felt judged for asking questions about my new puppy when I felt overwhelmed. The vet also heavily pushed his opinion of spaying/neutering on me, although I clearly stated before the conversation started that I was under legal obligation by my breeder to neuter my puppy. My puppy also showed signs of worms so I asked for a stool sample and was told it was unnecessary, but had an issue shortly after that resulted in them asking for a stool sample.

We’ve been visiting since we got our new corgi puppy. She’s 6 months now, and just got spayed here. The staffs were always friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable. Just make sure you schedule way ahead for the spay/neuter operation, we put down the schedule around 3 months ahead and when we wanted to make changes close to the date there was no availability until several months later... The regular check ups are pretty available though.

I can't ever say enough about light street animal hospital and their staff. The first time I went many years ago Dr. Trajillo was so caring and compassionate and the ONLY thing he was worried about was saving this dog that I brought in. It was a dog off an older lady who couldn't afford a vet and I offered to help get her dog taken care of and he was the best. I called allot of shelters, animal hospitals, etc and the 1st thing they said it's their prices, Dr.Trajillo asked about the dog, her symptoms and how long has she been in her situation. Let me just tell you, I could take my family or to McDonald's for more than that beautiful Soul charged me for the lady's dog. I will continue to take my animals and others pets that need assistance there bc he was so amazing. ❤️????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

We have been patients here for over 10 years. I have never been disappointed with the service and care. The office staff is consistently kind and there is very little turnover. They just did a face-lift of the place and it looks great.
