My dog has been here quite a few times for regular baths, haircuts and nail trims. They always do a great job, take less than 2 hours start to finish to work on my pup, and charge fair prices. My dog has seen a few groomers there and always looks great. Would highly recommend!

Ayesha (spelling might be off) was fantastic. She knew how to approach my pup who was a first time customer with her. He came in with a lot of matted hair on his legs (because of me) but she didn’t make me feel bad about it at all. She was understanding and patient with my questions and the timidness of my pup. We will 100% be returning. He got the spa package and he looks perfect!

I took my cat here for a nail trim and was so happy with the service! The two women working were so welcoming and kind and so gentle with my cat. I will definitely be back!

I used to take my dog to Petsmart out in the burbs, but I tried Groom Haven a couple days ago and all I can say is, goodbye Petsmart! 1) Their prices are about the same as what I used to pay at Petsmart for the same services (reasonable) 2) A way more convenient location. Since I live in Fed and work from home, I can just walk my dog to and from her appt any time of day, instead of trying to work in an appt on the weekend amongst other burb-y errands requiring a car. 3) The employees I met are very nice, Iesha was the groomer and she is wonderful. 4) My dog normally HATES baths, she gets very anxious, shakes and pants heavily the whole time. The best part of my experience was when I picked her up, Iesha said my dog was totally fine the whole time, not nervous at all! The fact that my dog seemed to enjoy the experience makes me so happy ???? 5) And she looked great, with noticably less shedding (I got the shed-less bath). Mission accomplished! I will 100% continue to bring my dog here when she's in need of some professional TLC. And you should too, esp if you live in the area!

New to the area and they were amazing with my 90lb pup that hates getting his nails clipped. It’s also owned by two local women so it’s great to support!

Cost's about twice as much as Petsmart for grooming. No upfront pricing. The front desk girl makes you feel bad the same way auto mechanics make you feel bad about your car preparing you for the eventual sticker shock. I'm happy enough with the service performed.

The groomer took the time to give our wheaten terrier a very nice looking cut. We will definitely be coming back again!

Very happy with my experience here. Iesha was great and my dog Sadie became very comfortable with her quickly. She was groomed perfectly and came out smelling great! She even got a few compliments on our walk home.

My dog’s cut was not what we discussed. Face was groomed improperly. Her cute wheaten style is gone. Didn’t recognize her, and it will take ages to grow back. She went in stylish, and came out looking goofy. Will not be returning here.

My dog went in needing a summer haircut and came out looking like a million bucks! The staff over there are great! When we first arrived my dog was pretty anxious, Iesha ( the groomer) sat with him and mellowed him out pretty quickly. Just really nice people who are great at what they do. Highly recommend! They take great care when grooming my goldendoodle. She is usually much more anxious at the groomer but does great at Groom Haven. They take their time and you can tell they love dogs!

We had a really positive experience at Groom Haven. My dog is always anxious when she enters a grooming salon, but Ayesha (the groomer) had the perfect calm manner to set my girl at ease. She asked all the important questions up front and my pup is looking fabulous!

Just had my goldendoodle groomed by Ayesha and she did an amazing job! She was friendly with Phoebe and came out to greet her when we arrived and took such good care of her. The groom itself was very impressive as well and we will definitely be back. So happy to have a new groomer in the neighborhood!
