Wait list was long. Couldn’t go in. Waited three hours in car.

This place is awful. All they want is your money…

Recently not great. They have separation between front desk and phone callers and the pharmacy and no one communicates. Conflicting information, problems finding my account, and feels like they are taking all opportunities to upcharge and tack on emergency fees.

First and foremost, the curbside service doing this pandemic was perfect. The tech and vet were excellent with the handling of my dog. I was always worried about an astronomical bill from Falls Road for what I had heard from other pet owners but the service I received was well worth it and the bill was MUCH lower than I expected. I was even given an X-Ray estimate before the service was provide. Kudos to Falls Road Animal Hospital!

They did a good job assisting my granddaughters bearded dragon. We were given information we didn't know before. The vet took her time and was patient and thorough helping us. Be prepared though, the wait is long. We were given a 10 hour appointment window. This was the third vet we tried....overwhelming

3-500$ for cpr if your pet chokes..... 3 grand for an over night and then they still try and tax you. Better have money when you just want to make sure your pet is OK. This is disgusting.

Until I met Dr. Jones and Mrs. Kera, I didn’t trust the people in the veterinarian business. So PLEASE, believe me when I say “This place is AWESOME!!!”. My 9yr old female pit-bull, Diamond was in DIRE condition when I took her to Falls Road Animal Hospital Monday morning. In my opinion, this facility is for Animal Lovers, ONLY. So, if you don’t regard your pet as FAMILY?! You might want to go elsewhere (Which I WOULD NOT recommend) because you are gonna pay a couple of dollars for their services. IT IS WORTH IT!!! WELL worth EVERY, SINGLE PENNY. They WILL do their BEST to save your Beloved. Diamond had a nosebleed that lasted well over 4 days. She had NO platelets and she was bruising easily. Dr. Jones, Mrs. Kera, Mrs. Hyde and others really dug in and cared for Diamond, diligently and nursed her back to health. It took IVs, a Blood Transfusion, medications, a few tests and staying a few days in the facility. It’s Wednesday and she’s home now, doing MUCH, MUCH better. “No”. It WASN’T cheap but it was WAAAAAY, WAAAAAY, WAAAAAY WELL WORTH IT. When you’ve had a pet that’s been there with you thru some difficult times?! That’s FAMILY. And like any and all family, when they get sick?!- They deserve The Best. The ABSOLUTE Best. That’s what F.R.A.H. IS. The BEST. I’ve ALWAYS kept a dog. I’ve been dealing with veterinarians, since I was 10. I’m 52, now and I’m telling y’all “F.R.A.H. is The #1 Animal Hospital in the Baltimore City/County area by a Huge Margin... They are The ONLY veterinarians that I actually RESPECT and TRUST.???????????????????????????? PS: Allow me to DOUBLE DOWN: Even if Diamond would NOT have gotten better- My opinion would STILL be what it is- NO OTHER ANIMAL HOSPITAL IN BALTIMORE CITY/COUNTY CAN EVEN COME IN CLOSE 2nd TO F.R.A.H... Flat Out!!!????????????????????????????

So my cat had an upper respiratory infection back in March this year, then she had all the same symptoms recently, so last Sunday October 3rd, I took her in , so they get her, but they tell me it will be a wait because they are backed up, but then the kicker is the doctor calls, says I need further testing, $450 to draw her blood. I say do it, they do it. Calls to tell me nothing bad however still don’t know what’s wrong. I used my common sense and figured it’s what she had last time, so give her the antibiotic, I’m happy to say she’s better already, but I still had to kick that bread out, a complete ripoff. They could have just gave her the antibiotic and let us go. I pray she don’t need them anymore. 11/27/21 So they left the remark saying it’s being looked into, so I waited, gave them a call back and nothing, they just wanted the money I owe them, I strongly pray to God my cat or any other animals need Falls road, I guess that’s what they have to post to make it look like they are genuinely concerned, but they are not and so . Moving on

I really loved the care that FRAH gave to my cat Charlie. The staff kept me in the loop of the condition, treatment, and post-care of my cat. Very professional. I highly recommend FRAH.

The staff was kind and efficient in diagnosing the issue with my rat. They also gave different options for how to deal with it.

After being on waitlist and arriving for curbside service still waited half hour. However once inside the Technician and Dr. Lee were wonderful snd so patient!

Do not take your pet here!!!! The staff is incompetent and put my cats cast on the wrong paw. The wait is forever so if your animal is dying they may pass while waiting.

This is my second time using Falls Animal ER and both times there were problems. I will never bring a pet here again. My 2yr old cat died within 12hrs of leaving this establishment tho when we brought him in he was stable. They claimed it's because we denied further test but this was said after his death. However, when we picked him up they told us they didn't feel any broken bones and when I asked was my cat able to walk they said "yes but he seems to sit back down from the pain (weak legs)" Tho we couldn't afford an xray and extra blood work to confirm, Cats still don't usually die from broken bones or fractures so I'm not sure why he was in worse health after getting him from the vet. I would not recommend this establishment!!! 0 stars

I took my pet for the first time for vaccines as my regular vet office is temporarily closed. They were able to get me in as an emergency and the wait was much less than expected. The staff was very friendly and reliable.

Absolutely shocked at the service! Do not call here for an emergency because it will not be treated as such! The girl who answered the phone clearly does not want to be at work on a Sunday and the technician who came out to get my pet was about as informative as a blank sheet of paper! The overall mood of the individuals are pretty negative and yet that’s who you must deal with when you bring in your pet for an emergency.I guess I should apologize for having an emergency on a Sunday.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE! I recently brought my cat here because she had flea and tick poisoning and they told me they were running fluids on her and that it was as a good thing I got her there in time because she could’ve died etc. All the find out they didn’t do ANYTHING to help her. The Dr. Sandra Bloom lied to me on the phone about the treatment she was getting and got caught in her lie when I asked for specifics! I paid $200 for them to monitor my cat when on multiple occasions, they told me they were running fluids on her. This place is a scam!!! And my cat is in worst condition then when she came in!

One of the days I took my cat here, I waited for almost 2 hrs for the staff to be done with him for routine bloodwork. I contacted them multiple times to get status updates and no response. I was either put on hold endlessly or told that it would be only 15 mins when it ended up being an hour. I won't be taking my cat back here. Their customer service suffered significantly during the pandemic and with curbside service. It seems to have not improved.
