I cannot say how much I appreciated the care and support Peaceful Passage gave us with our dog. I highly recommend them for this type of at home service.

Last week we had to make the painful decision to say goodbye to our cat Bashful. Dr. White was very sympathetic and explained everything that was going to happen. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. Bashful died peacefully on my husband’s lap and we were given time with him before my husband carried him outside. Bashful hated being in a cage and being at the vets office. I’m so grateful we were able to spare him from that stress and fear in his final moments. When the time comes to say goodbye to our baby Bruiser I will not hesitate to call Peaceful Passage again.

We could not have asked for a better experience for our beloved 3-year old Golden Retriever, Goose, to make the transition over the Rainbow Bridge. He was in such pain, and was so ready to run again... Dr. Tracy Thompson was WONDERFUL! She was so kind and gentle, and she gave us all the time we needed both before and after Goose left our world. What a peaceful way to leave for Goose, and Dr. Thompson made our most painful day in a lifetime, have one bright spot in it! Thank you Dr. Tracy and the incredible staff at Peaceful Passage for helping Goose shed the cancer and be able to run free again... Noah Wheeler

Peaceful Passage was so wonderful. They were so caring, they explained everything that would take place and let us spend as much time as we needed with our baby. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I absolutely would recommend this service to others who are in the sad situation of having to say goodbye to their pet. Everything was very calm, and peaceful. There was no anxiety over having to put my cat in a carrier ( which always caused stress for all involved), and then going to a vet’s office. Instead, when we knew that the end was inevitable, our beloved cat was relaxed, with us, not afraid, and sent peacefully over the rainbow. Absolutely no regrets!

I couldn’t ask for a better experience. If I could give them a 20/5 stars I would. The vet was so kind and patient with us, and made the experience comfortable and painless for our dog. He let us have as much time as we needed with him, and although it was a heartbreaking moment, it felt so peaceful. It is so reassuring to know that our dog was at peace and at home, knowing we were all there with him. The vet was so gentle the entire time and made sure that he was in no pain, and even brought in a basket with blankets to take him away in. This is a bittersweet moment I will forever cherish, thank you so so much.

Outstanding service that was compassionate, very caring, and allowed me to grieve. I had to euthanize my beloved furballs and Peaceful Passages helped me through a very difficult and emotional decision with care, compassion and thoughtfulness that eased my pain and allowed me to say goodbye in the home we all shared totally bypassing the sterile, cold atmosphere of the Vet's facility

I recently had to help my cat Rocky cross the rainbow bridge, and I couldn't have asked for a better team to help him go peacefully. Anna, who took my initial call for an appointment was so sweet and kind, and made me feel at ease. Dr. Caplan was also very sweet, gentle and comforting. Thank you very much for helping my husband and I with this difficult time.

From the first phone call until Dr. Shearer pulled away with our sweet Kitty, Peaceful Passage was wonderful. I dreaded having to take my incapacitated 18 yr old cat to a cold vets office; Peaceful Passage and Dr. Shearer was so respectful …

I would highly recommend choosing this service if you're considering at home euthanasia. Dr. Caplan was very communicative and kind. I would even say he went above and beyond to provide comfort to our family. During the visit my fiancé and I were so emotionally overwhelmed we froze when it came to asking if he could give us a specific part of our boy Max's fur. I called Dr. Caplan later and asked if getting the fur was still possible. Not only did he fulfill this request he was kind enough to deliver it to our home. Thank you so much for your service!

Made a horrible event much more bearable. Giving our four-legged family members a stress-free transition is the least we can do. Lots of compassion from the phone call to the final event.

Dr. Caplan made the completely devastating loss of my beloved dog, Pip, more bearable. He swooped in within an hour of my panicked call on a Sunday morning, so that Pip didn't have to be in pain. Because of him, Pip was able to take his …

The care and compassion provided by Peaceful Passage was what my heart and mind needed to help me with the passing of my 17 year old fur-baby Yorkie named Pookie cross over the Rainbow Bridge in the most gentlest & pain free way and all from the comfort and convenience of the only home Pookie has ever known. I held him dear to my heart as he gently and quietly passed away in my arms and all the while whispering to him how much I loved him & how much I was going to miss him and to wait for me to come find him someday. I highly recommend Peaceful Passage and thank you everyone there for all that you do.

My experience with Peaceful Passage was beyond 5 stars from start to finish. I called very early on a Sunday morning to schedule a consultation as my husband & I were facing the decision to let our sweet Beagle (Scarlett) free from the cancer she was suffering. I spoke to Lindsey first who listened to my observations, concerns, and uncertainty over if now was the time. She reassured me that everything I was feeling was normal and explained we did have a small window before our girl would be much worse. I talked things through with my husband and called back to schedule the home visit. I spoke to Elizabeth who was also amazing and so kind. All of my questions were answered and I never felt pressured either way. Dr. Thompson came to our house at the scheduled time (and called when she was on her way). She even honored my odd request to not knock when she arrived and just walk into our house, as I knew Scarlett was too weak to do her usual howling and greeting she gave to all visitors. Dr. Thompson sat right on the floor with us and let Scarlett sniff her and her bags. She then explained the process and prepared us before each step. She even fielded a last minute question/request to have the cremations split into 2 portions. Our sweet Scarlett was given peace & comfort in her last moments with us thanks to the service of Peaceful Passage. I highly recommend this company to assist anyone facing the same (toughest) decision & experience.

Incredible service & people! My 15 year old boy, Samson, was struggling to breath due to an inoperable tumor pushing on his trachea. I spent the entire sleepless night holding him, doing all I could to help him relax, so he'd take small breaths & not go into reverse coughing panic attacks. It was time & through blinding tears, at nearly 5am in the morning, I sent a Facebook message to Peaceful Passage with the details. At 7am Dr. Robinowitz responded telling me that although the office isn't open yet, she is on the way & will be to us in just about an hour. I tear up writing this now.. her only concern was to provide us all with relief.. we'd work out the transaction details later. Samson hated the vet's office, it was a source of major anxiety for him. I couldn't bear the thought of his last moments being scared. I cannot thank Dr. Robinowitz & Peaceful Passage for their care & understanding. Samson went to sleep peacefully in my arms, surrounded by his family & all the sights & smell of home.

We had an all around wonderful experience with Peaceful Passage. Once we knew that our sweet boy, Red’s, time was near our biggest focus was keeping him comfortable and surrounded by lots of love until the very end. The thing that gave us the most worry and anxiety was the thought of having to put him in the car to go to the vet when it was his time since the car always made him very nervous. We felt such a sense of relief and comfort from the moment we learned about Peaceful Passage and the wonderful work that they do. From the first call to the intake staff, we were treated with such kindness. They explained how everything works and what we could expect and thoroughly answered all of our questions. They were flexible with scheduling and gave us really helpful guidance about how to navigate everything with our other two dogs. Dr. Thompson was incredibly knowledgeable and kind and had such a calming way about her. She put us and sweet Red at ease during such a difficult moment. She listened to stories about Red as we spent our last precious moments with him and gave us plenty of space but was there for any questions that we had. She explained everything she was doing step by step and gave us time after so our other dogs could sniff Red and say their goodbyes. We truly feel that the work that Peaceful Passage does is such a ministry and, while we dearly miss our sweet Red, we are so very much at peace with the way in which he passed as we know he was comfortable, calm in his familiar home, and surrounded by lots of love. While we hope to have many more wonderful years ahead with our other pets, we will absolutely plan to give them this wonderful gift when their times come as well and we highly recommend Peaceful Passage to anyone hoping to make their precious pet’s final moments filled with as much dignity, peace, and love as possible. Thank you Peaceful Passage for all that you do ❤️
