Very quick service. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable veterinary. My my daughter's dog had a lame on leg that she couldn't walk on it was like that for weeks we got in there and he diagnosed my daughter's dog within 10 minutes gave her medication and we were out love this place

My girl Bella had an ear infection and the vet staff was so kind to her, even tho she was nervous and upset.

We went to Eastern to meet with a surgeon for our beagle, who has a torn knee ligament. I felt welcomed from the moment we walked in, and we hadn’t even gotten beyond the front desk. Dr. Dycus and his tech, Kristin, were firm but gentle with Snoopy, confirming his diagnosis and need for surgery within minutes, but thoroughly. They were sympathetic that Snoopy was in a lot of pain. He explained exactly the type of surgery he recommended and took his time to answer all of our questions. And we had a lot of questions!! He was knowledgeable to the point where he was able to explain to us the difference between human and canine anatomy, and actually WHY Snoopy’s injury has to be repaired in the way that it does. He brought an anatomical model to the exam room so we could get a visual idea of what was going on in Snoopy’s knee. He also thoroughly explained what would happen after the surgery with Snoopy’s recovery, and the exact steps and time frame we would be looking at as far as recovery. When we left the consult I felt like a weight had been lifted because Snoopy was going to have the surgery and recover. Fortunately, he had an opening and Snoopy will be having the surgery on Tuesday, which is only 6 days from the original consult. I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff from check in to check out.

Super friendly, courteous and professional staff. Our first appointment was a little more involved than any of us expected and I not once felt rushed or like we were inconveniencing anyone. Dr. Buttaro is great. The techs and whole staff were absolutely wonderful! Most importantly, they were all fantastic with our newly adopted 13 year old pup!

6-25-2021 This is my 4th visit. Last visit I boarded both cats. They were very well taken care of. Since then my 15 year old cat Shadow had to be euthanized. My young cat Ava took it very hard. She looked all over the house for Shadow for weeks. Today's visit was a routine checkup for Ava. Check in was fast. Ava was freaking out being back here without Shadow. Technicians only took about 10 minutes for the preliminary exam..Doctors came in and ordered flea and tick treatment and stool sample. Everyone in here is friendly and professional. Great atmosphere. I recommend this place. ******** First visit for my 2 cats. This new place is spotless clean and very well set up. There is coffee and tea in the waiting room as well as snacks for your pets. Staff is professional and courteous. The doctor explained everything clearly and took the time to ask if my concerns were answered. I am going to board both cats for 10 days so we will see if my review stays the same. So far they are hitting on all cylinders.

Our best friend passed away 11.23.2021 and it was around 8pm. I called this place to see what they can do and it was the only one I've found that opened later than normal. Unfortunately our doggie passed away on the way there but they were able to take us in and took care of the rest. They were very friendly and really was comforting during the hardest time of our lives. Highly recommend this hospital for your pets. It was really clean and very modern. They really care about animals.

First time at Eastern Animal Hospital. I was very impressed with everyone from the reception to the exam. I am so thankful they have urgent care. I did not have to wait long. I am looking forward to having a reliable place to go. Their hours are great.

We love Eastern! We switched from another vet when our puppy was having weird GI issues and we felt that the other vet didn't have a plan/wasn't taking it seriously. Eastern immediately came up with a diagnostic plan and communicated everything very well. Our pup has lots of allergies as well, and every time we go, the staff is so kind and helpful. It's certainly on the pricier side, but it's worth it for us.

Always a great experience at EAH. I would not trust my pets with anyone else. We have moved since taking our pets to EAH and still travel the distance for the quality of care that we receive.

The facility is aesthetically appealing with much space which is important for me. Didn’t have to wait super long to be seen by Dr. Kaufman. And the level of professionalism from simplifying health concerns to explaining how the different medicines need to be used to help our cat. You definitely want to come here

They were very patient with my hyper pups. The doctor and techs were very informative and thorough.

We recently took our 3 year old pit here for an emergency visit. I was so relieved because almost every other vet I had called in the area was at full capacity and not seeing new patients. The doctor and techs were so patient and kind and really made all of us feel comfortable. We were given options and an estimate before just being told to do this or pay this. The prices were also very reasonable. Such professional and great service and they handled our big baby with care. Highly recommend and thank you all! Our baby is feeling and doing better already.

I always have a positive experience at Eastern animal hospital. The staff is pleasant. The staff is professional. They are patient with my pitbull. Highly recommend this facility.

Accidents happen all the time no one is ever 100% ready ! But the staff and dr understood and was able to point me in the right direction! My little girl is getting the help she needs and I’m thankful they were able to do so with out completely breaking the bank ???????? Even tho she’s not at 100% yet and this will be a semi long process I really think Ellie is in good hands ! So thank you guys for the help!!

Had a urgent care visit yesterday for my dogs ear infection. Had to wait a little because of emergencies, but glad I did . My dogs ears were cleaned , and treated, and I went home with antibiotics. My dog is much more comfortable today thanks to Dr. Haviland , and Eastern Animal Hospital !

Took my 6 month old GR in as a urgent visit. From the front staff, to the techs, to the doctors are wonderful. They are professional, and compassionate. You can tell the whole staff enjoys what they do. Im appreciative to Dr. Kauffman for taking time out to see my dog, and helping. Thank you for the follow up phone call. This is a place i recommend for all animals to go to. Thank you again.

Eastern Animal Hospital has given my dog the best medical care over the past few years. They are extremely responsive and truly care about my dogs wellbeing. Their doggy daycare is amazing, my dog gets so excited every time he goes. All around this is a great medical and daycare facility for dogs.

Dr Warner-Jones is the best vet we’ve used. She always gives options rather than saying “you need to do this!” We’ve been coming here for 16 years. Love the new facilities.

This veterinary is extremely overcharging in terms of what other local vets are charging for their services. First of all a comprehensive office visit here is $80+ when the going price for ALL local vets in the area is in the $50-$65 range. Before you agree to continue with any of the services they are offering please please get other quotes this vet put my dog under anesthesia to perform a bandage change and then when I went to another vet they were able to do the exact same procedure with no anesthesia and the cost for the same thing was about $60 less. Don’t get me wrong their services are good but they will try and get your money by any means. The vet I went to after did the same things and the bill was 1/4 the price I kid you not, this vet also said the last bandage change done at Eastern was too tight causing my dog a lot swelling luckily it will heal on his own. But I will never go back here and I highly recommend you look around other vets before going to eastern.

The staff is very good, and took my dog in right on time. They took great care of my dog and are very knowledgeable.

This hospital is the worst place you could ever take a pet. I took my 9 yr. old husky Sept. 2nd she suddenly was leaking urine. Dr Warner kept her did $2300 worth of test.Picked her up that night with couple hundred dollars worth of meds. Dr. Warner believed she had a uti, but she also wasn't eating.took 2 days for Dr. Warner to call me back, said test didn't really show anything. She treated her for incontinence,that did clear up. Dr. Warner didn't know why she wasn't eating though. 2 & a half weeks later we're back at the emergency room, different Dr.,she ran some of the same tests & it showed a big difference in her blood counts.Scheduled her for an ultra sound & liver biopsy for Thursday Sept.30, she was given alot more meds on the 26th of Sept. The meds say take with food, she was there because she couldn't eat. Sadly my sweet girl died in her sleep Sept. 28th. Don't know why. My husband took her in to have her cremated, desk person on Sept. 29th was only concerned about the money. Apparently compassion cost extra!! Took everything my husband had to take our sweet girl in for cremation & no one cared,business as usual. Do not bother to respond to my review with a corporate letter, means nothing. Take with it what you will , it was never about the money with us !!!

I was very happy with everything! We brought our new puppy in for his check-up and shot . Everyone was as nice as they could be. They were very sweet to our new puppy!
