Happy Dog Baltimore, Maryland

I’m new to Baltimore and had not found a groomer (plus so much more), so I have been driving 2 hours each way since I moved. Well no more, Happy Dog is my new place to go. The team are wonderful and they are definitely dog lovers. They welcomed Riley, my 80lb Bernedoodle, with love and excitement. When I picked up Riley they were so happy to tell me he was very good and chill. Riley was very relaxed when I saw him. He looked very handsome, his hair very soft and smelled wonderful. No perfume smelly stuff. They use natural products. Happy Dog lives up to their name.

Great job of washing the dog, outright rude and obnoxious customer service. My appointment was for 1250, no one came to the door and the door was locked so I waited 15 minutes. Finally the owner pranced over from the nail salon next door …

Right before the pandemic (January 2020), I was struggling to manage walking my dog in the morning and evening with my day to day tasks. I looked into a dog walker and found Happy Dog. I reached out and Katie (the owner) came to my home and visited us. She asked a ton of questions which made me feel like my pup was in the right hands. I kept the service throughout the pandemic although I was working 100% remote and it’s been over a year and a half of having my dog walked by Corey or Avery twice a week. It’s been great! The cost is very reasonable and I totally recommend them if you are trying to balance life with a career and kids and still want your pup to not miss a beat!

When I found happy dog, I just assumed they did dogs and not cats but upon entering their website I discovered that they actually do cats as well. I went away for two weeks and the cat sitting service they provided me was nothing but stellar. Every day I received photos of my cat and a long description of the cleaning, feeding and playing they did with Samson! It was really great to know that he was in good hands. I would definitely use happy dog again!

They should call it Happy Owner. I have a scent hound: oily coat, thick nails, long ears. He can get... odorous. I'm not sure what grooming magic they do there, but he always emerges fresh as a daisy. And the staff is so sweet, I just adore this place.

The store is very cute and you can really tell how much the staff love pets. They trimmed my 11wk. old's puppy's nails and she did so well with them. I'm also very excited for our puppy lessons.

Happy Dog exceeded our expectations with their hands-on care of our, Adie, a miniature schnauzer! We used their services while staying in Baltimore. Our situation for their services was unique and they were able to accommodate to ensure Adie was taken care off! This is my favorite place to bring my dog!! The owner and staff are all so friendly and welcoming, they give my dog so much love! Today he was running around the shop, checking out the toys they have for play, and eating their adorable gingerbread men treats! I also love that it’s a mix of things for your dog and for people (bought the COZIEST blanket today). Its honestly just the perfect place for any dog lover. I have two very active dogs. I am also very picky on where I leave my dogs when I am away. I can feel at peace knowing my dogs will be taken care of. Katie, Mike, and the team are awesome! They tailor the time with your dog to what's needed for them. I love the photo journal log for each visit - let's me know my boys were taken care of and when... in case I need to run that extra errand!
