My mother took our puppy here to get vaccines today. We have an older dog who also attends this vet office. After waiting for 40 minutes without being helped she asked if someone would be able to help her soon. The front desk receptionist that was working today 10/5/2020 proceeded to slam the front door of the office open and get into my mother's face, screaming at her, cursing at her, and asking her what her problem was to the point where my mom felt scared and threatened and needed to ask her to calm down. Clearly, there needs to be a bigger emphasis on professionalism and customer service at this practice, and maybe mental health counseling for employees. Neither of our dogs will ever receive treatment from this practice again.

I'm glad I chose the to take very good care of my dog and their response to her issues, I really appreciate, what they did to help my dog "lexie", I do miss her so.....thank you.

Switched vets last year and after two check-ups I couldn't be happier. They are wonderful and very patient with my very skittish dog. A genuine love of animals is evident in everyone I've dealt with. Can't recommend enough.

Dr. Cheney is hands-down, the most amazing vet ive ever met. She personally cares about my pets as if they were hers. When my moms elderly chihuahua first began showing signs of heart failure, Dr. Cheney would stay up on the phone with her at night to help her. Shes the most caring vet who truly loves her job, and you can tell.

The care of my pet was outstanding. Was disappointed that they will not honor online pharmacy requests to fill prescriptions for my cat. They will only printout prescription which I must then mail to the online pharmacy. I've been to several vets, this is the only one that has not honored online prescription requests.

I took my 7 year old boxer, Izzy, and our two 2 year old cats, Everest and McInley to AAH for the last 3 years. All the doctors here are amazing. My boxer doesn't like men, so she did really well with Dr. Chaney and Dr. S. She occasionally gets snippy and they never make you feel like you're in the wrong- they just take control and do what they can. Dr. Reed was so great with our cats. When one of them was less than a year old, they had to have emergency surgery for eating something that got stuck in their intestines. Dr. Reed was very informative, he explained the cost, and he even worked with us because I was so stressed out by the entire thing. My dog also had a lip injury- long story short- they had her come back 3 times to keep an eye on it, and they never charged us the full office visit. They're just really good people here.The front desk staff is so helpful and kind. Everyone here cares. The facility is nice, big open waiting room, hardly ever crowded while waiting. I wish we didn't have to move because it was just nice knowing that when it came to our animals, they were always in good hands.

I've been coming here with my dog and grand dog for more than 15 years and everyone has been wonderful to us. All of the Vets and techs are caring people.

The doctors and staff are nice. The issue becomes if your dog gets sick. I called on a Thursday at noon. My dog was sick with a horrible rash . The best they could do is see her on Tuesday. If I waited until then the rash would become infected . This happened to my daughter on a different occasion with her sick dog.

All the employees are so nice and the vets and vet techs are excellent.

Good people that love animals.

Dr. Chaney is amazing. She is very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I rescued a puppy from the spca about 6 months ago. 2 weeks after I got she broke out in complete facial swelling, fever and pain. She was left with a hard bone deformity on her skull. I was seen 3 vets before finding Dr. Chaney and none of them knew what it was. I suggested calvarial hyperostosis based off mine own research and the vets seemed clueless. When Dr. Chaney told me that’s what the lump was before I shared my research I almost cried. It was such a relief hearing it from a doctor. She was very confident and knowledgeable about the disorder. She even shared with me that she has seen this before and read the same research articles that I have found online. A burden has been lifted from my shoulders now that I no longer have to worry about what was really going on with my dog. She even wrote down a tremendous amount of information to help me with my pup. From start to finish my entire experience was amazing. The entire staff was very friendly and caring. I would recommend her to everyone I know who wants the best care for their animals. I wish I could see her as my own primary care physician :).

I had an appointment but I had to reschedule because I couldn't get my cat into my the carrier. The receptionist was patient, accommodating, and gave me a bunch of good advice for next time. I am happy and looking forward to my appointment. The time of my call was 4:45 on 10/11/17 so whoever was attending the phones at the time, good job.

After moving to Annapolis, I found Annapolis Animal Hospital. The kindest and most educated vet group I have ever been too. My puppy got really sick and they went above and beyond to ensure he was restored to perfect health! Dr. Chaney is very knowledgable on specific breeds, she taught me a lot about my German Shepherd puppy. The staff is fanastic!! So grateful for this group!! Look no further, go to Annapolis Animal Hospital!

I called in to get an appointment and informed them that my dog was in fact sick. I was told I would have to wait 3 business days. I have been going to the same vet for 8 years, and was NEVER turned away. It's a shame that they don't find a way to see a sick dog. I will gladly take my 4 dogs elsewhere

The doctors and staff will go above and beyond for your furry family member. I whole heartedly trust any vet in the office, which is why we don't mind seeing whoever is available when we call for an appointment. They're compassionate, thorough and diligent when it comes to our 4 legged family.
