Love this place. Everyone is very friendly and they have a good range of toys, food, and dog apparel. I recently picked up a michigan state spartan toy for my basset, and she loves it.

My girlfriend had just left me and I was having a very bad day. The owner/manager was incredibly emotionally supportive, she helped me find everything my Ruffus needed, gave him a treat, and took me by the hand and assured me everything was going to be ok. I don’t know what everybody is saying in these negative reviews the lady is not abrasive…

I am conflicted about this place. I like to support local businesses instead of buying online. BUT, they mark up everything so much. Collars, sweaters, dog bowls. You're looking at 100% markup on stuff. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Take your money to other stores that are more reasonable in their prices.

Our dogs ALWAYS love getting to stop by the dog park. Great selection and friendly people. We are so excited for the doggy trick or treat to return this year!

Cute stuff but the person working was not only unfriendly but outright rude. It felt like we were a big inconvenience as soon as we walked in. If I lived here I'd make a point of shopping somewhere else.

My sister and I (two Pacific Islander women) had gone in today to shop for her new adopted dog, by the way his name is Simba. The owner would’ve known this if she actually spoke to us. We had came into the shop excited to see what they had to offer as a boutique, expecting personable customer service. I believe the lady in the front was the owner of this shop. Another employee had came on shift, it looked like she was just starting. Mind you, it was about 15 mins before anyone had acknowledged us. At this point the owner had looked up a few times, keeping her eye on us as if we we’re going to shoplift. She finally asked us “is there anything I can help you with?” In the most shroud way. It wasn’t pleasant or friendly, it was more of a (are you going to buy something, if not, leave). She didn’t say this but she didn’t have to. Two minutes later two Caucasian girls had came in as we were checking out. What’s crazy is the owner changed her personality from night and day. It was like a new person!! She literally came around the counter and greeted them within 1 min of them stepping in the store! The crazier part is I have never experienced anything like this before in my life, until it’s right in-front of your face, happening! What I couldn’t stomach was looking at all of these 5 star reviews and believing it was the same shop. I knew what had happened was wrong but it took me a few hours to really process that this was just pure discrimination. The thing is I am not the person that just spews lies just to bring down someone’s business. My aunt and uncle that raised me, has their own business so I know exactly what hardships small business owners face. I would never in my life make anyone feel the way this establishment made us feel. As if we were “less than”. I am a leasing consultant, and I stand on giving all of the people who come into my job exceptional customer service. Which is why this truly disappointed me. To be honest we would have been better off going into Petco and receiving better customer service. If you are the owner and you are reading this I hope you really do a self evaluation.

The associate was friendly right off the bat and drew a glittery heart on the paper bag for our dog treat (4 yr old LOVED it) Great selection of pet supplies and even greater treats! Your pup would love to visit.

Love stopping in here when were walking down king street. Make an effort to remember your dog's name! Slightly higher prices than big chains but happy to support this local business.

This was a recommendation from a family member. We loved the store, the owner was attentive, the setting was good and the treats were to die for. Will come back again when we are in the area. PS: my dog discovered he loves donuts today and it was thanks to you guys!

Such a great store! Staff was beyond helpful and friendly. I needed a new harness for my jack Russell. The staff member showed me her recommendations and demonstrated how to properly put the harness on my dog. She even offered if I could t get it, just to bring her on and she will show me how! I was amazed with the customer service, knowledge and choices of snacks. Will be my go to pet shop!

Wonderful pet store with friendly and helpful staff. My dogs love the frosted cookies that are purchased by piece. They are decorated based on the season or holiday.

Karen (owner) was very helpful and kind. She answered all of my questions about what we needed to be prepared to bring home a new puppy and helped me with things that we hadn't even thought of. This is an independently owned local business and will be our "go to" place for our future pet needs.
